Since our little one only speaks English, and we couldn't come on English Wednesdays, we signed up for their EAP via email. The EAP comes with 5 popular activities so we didn't need to worry about running around and signing up for jobs. Our 4-year old had mad fun and the EAP instructors were amazing and so kind. We enjoyed watching our girl work. We will do this again! FYI We did EAP at Koshien location as well, booked at the same time as Tokyo's via email. Both EAP covers 5 jobs, however, the itinerary was a bit different and we personally felt the Tokyo EAP had a better set up and instructors.

I was surprised for the long line. Better come early. Kids were excited, they already have their job list, so its easy for them to find what they like to do. Staff are friendly and nice. They have a lot of job list but unluckily 6 hrs aren’t enough, hope to come back again for other job. That was the best experienced for kids

I booked the English programme EaP Ekxpress for my son. The programme is well organized. His favorite is the firefighter experience. I may have given 5 stars if the facility were more spacious or there were less crowd.

I would give 0 if I could. This place claims they have English sessions on Wednesday but they don’t. We got here at 4pm. After a long wait line to checkin, everything quickly filled up. The only one we can find is 5:30. And they have a stupid rule that you can not make another reservation before the current one is finished, which means I have to wait till after 6 to find another activity, but all activities are now all registered till 7:25 or 8:30. So I will have to wait for 2 hours for another activity. This is ridiculous! Don’t bother to come. It’s not English friendly regardless what they say on the website.

Kid wants to be independent, this is a great place. For 3/4 years old, they might lack of patience and doesn’t understand what is going on, so they lose interest very quickly. Wednesday is english day.

EXCELLENT and a must go site if you have younger children! There are 2 shifts everyday (9am-3pm and 4pm-9pm). Wednesdays are English day - they have about 30 careers that could conduct in English for tourists. The indoor 'town' is sooo realistic and children could experience different careers! The admission price is not cheap but it's definitely worth it! I d come back again for sure!

Good fun for kids but the explanation in English is not good enough and makes you think you can reserve one thing which is not actually the case . My daughter only managed to try two things because of this, you have to be quick and reserve things for your child fast

(Translated by Google) A dream city for children! After work experience and work, you will get money that you can use in KidZania, so you can buy what you want to save at a department store (this clerk is also a child!). Money can be deposited in a bank, etc. However, popular activities often fill up the frame at the time of admission, so especially Hi-Chew or glasses studio? If you want to do something like that, we recommend lining up in the morning 1.

A great place to pretend-play! The kids can learn how it’s like to work and earn money from it. You can go to a bank, open a saving account and save Kidzania Currency(with interest at 10% - love that thoughtful detail)! There are so many jobs to choose from. only downside is that it’s so crowded and popular jobs are booked pretty quickly. When you have a reservation of a job you can’t book any other jobs no matter how long time you have until the reservation.

A unique concept and different from other kid places. The concept basically exposes the child to a profession/occupation and the child earns money for participating. At the end, the child can then buy things are the department store with the money they have earned. Be sure to arrive early and plan your activity as each slot is limited and they only allow for two reservations at a time. They charge for adults which I really do not understand why as the adults do not participate in any activities.

Should be fun when there is no/less crowd. Go in weekdays if you can. Weekends and holidays is really really really not recommended unfortunately. The place is too over-crowded during weekends/holidays making it a time-waster during those times. Even for people with professional memberships, like my daughter. Don’t expect to do many activities since you will have to book for them. Let’s say you go in at 3pm, by 9pm your kid(s) will only be able to do maximum 4-5 activities averagely (for popular ones). So again, visit during weekdays. Food sold inside the premise aren’t that good, so have your meals before entering.

Ok... this is just amazing at so many levels. Kids get to have crazy fun in a miniature city doing all kinds of real life jobs in life-life offices, learning what various jobs are about, and teaching about respect, team cooperation, hard work, managing your money (with a freaking bank account) and more... i was impressed, and the kids didn’t wanna leave.

We love that children can learn actively about jobs. The staffs were nice and well-trained. It's good that after trying a job, children can get money to use there and some other stuffs. We enjoyed the science lab, ice cream, and soap making. It's good if children come with their friends in a group. Every stall usually fits 5-8 children at once.

I was able to work at the "hanko shop" and "shoe factory" that I was looking for, and I was very happy with my parents and children! Also, since the day of my visit was the month of birth, I was asked to issue a birthday card. Show this card to your supervisor at the work and service pavilion and you'll get a nice handwritten congratulatory message! Furthermore, if you show this card at the reception at the pavilion where you pay the kiss, you can try it for free, so it is recommended that you go according to the month of birth ^ _ ^ (I got the birthday card at the information desk when the ticket was issued.) It's a lit. Almost all jobs inside Japan are available here. The place is not big but dense. So the jobs options is side to side and good for little kids start from 3 years old. They offer special event for birthday kids too. You will get congratulations card, sticker, and pin. Also got souvenirs, and kidzania money after your kids finish their work. They also put the cute uniform. It's such the best birthday activity ever.

(Translated by Google) 1/20 2nd copy A-4th lined up from around 9 o'clock It's a corona sickness and Wednesday is English DAY, so I personally felt that it was quite crowded when I thought it was vacant. It's my first time so I don't know how crowded it is ... From 15:30, I entered the park in numerical order and went to the sweets workshop of my child's wishes, and it was the first time. We will be waiting on the spot until 16:00, the start time of the second part. Reservations were closed at 15:38. My child is a 5-year-old child, so he seemed to have a hard time experiencing English, but even though he didn't understand it, the experience seemed to be fun and I was excited. I'm just grateful to the clerk who politely teaches children who have an incomplete understanding of Japanese with English and gestures. Ambulances and fire engines, each costume is also full-fledged and it is fun. I was delighted that many salesclerks spoke to the children under the age of 0. It was helpful to have a free sample of milk and baby food at the milk house on the 2nd floor. All the staff from the reception to the cleaning staff are polite and very kind, so I would like to thank each one. Due to the state of emergency, the hours are shortened from 21:00 to 20:00, and I feel that there is not enough time, but I feel that the physical strength of the child is just right. The reception of popular occupations is closed one after another, so I wonder if I could only put in about 6 of them. (There is a meal break on the way) The food I made and the food sold to adults were also delicious. The kids seem to like it and we, the parents, think it's a very good experience, so I definitely want to go again when Corona calms down. LaLaport is also open for a short time, and there will be passages that cannot be reached after the park is closed, so it may be better to park the parking lot at P2.

5 stars for the quality of the experiences, 0 stars for claiming to have an “English Day” when a lot of the popular activities (eg Nintendo Game Centre) offer no English sessions at all. The booking system is also incredibly and unnecessarily complex (as many reviews here have said) and in all likelihood means you’ll be standing around waiting, but unable to book your next activity, and when you finally can, there’s a good chance it’ll be booked out.

Great attraction for kids to get a good understanding of how the real world works! They can be anything they may have already dream of doing when growing up and along the way they get to learn about earning money, depositing money , taking money out of the bank and buying for there ice cream etc ... and they earn interest too! It’s difficult to get more than 4 themes in for an entire after opening hours ... from 4:30 to 9... so be strategic about which one you want to visit otherwise you’ll need to do another visit as a tourist. Can wait till this shows up in Toronto

Not the first time to visit. There is a good place for children around 4 to 12. We bought an early check-in ticket from official website (can have 30 mins earlier to enter the park). Your sequence for entering the park would be according to your payment date and time. So please buy as early as you can. As I observed, the new games would be “see you next time” very quickly. That is no reservations could be made for whole session. When you have one reservation already on you card, then you cannot make another reservation except you complete that reservation. Staff know some English, if you are not fluent in Japanese. Better do some researches online before go. Birthday month can have a birthday card. Staff would give some blessing by handwriting on your card. Also, you can take photo with the mascot at specific time. Listen to the announcement at the park. Food are good. Staff are nice. Toilets are clean.

English Programming was great! Just make sure you join the English program group. There was a mix up when we checked in but a staffer found us to put our kids in the English program which was well organized and included the kids assembling a burger which they ate for dinner allowing time for the Mrs and I to check out for a bit to get a lovely sushi dinner in the mall. Incredible value. Shout of to the staff member who hunted us down so we could join the English group.

Not only your kids are guaranteed with an extraordinary experience but the parents as well. Like the real world some jobs are hidden gems and not attracting the crowd but are really worth experiencing. A great way to try out different kinds of occupations in fun settings. Bought weekday-3-hour tickets and my child experienced 4 different jobs and enjoyed so much. Staff in KidZania were all kind and professional. The only drawback is that it wasn’t so informative at the entrance how the system works in KidZania. For the first timer like us took a while to understand the whole system, so we weren’t that efficient to explore in the park. Anyway will return for more experiences again.

My 8 year old daughter loved this experience. The whole setup is amazing and the kids got work jobs for either 15 min or 30 min blocks and earn kidzania money to spend at the end. A fantastic concept. Being non Japanese speaking westerners was not an issue as the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. The parents room where u can pay 300 Y for a bottomless soft drink/ coffee was fantastic. A highly recommended experience.

Excellent indoor facility for children to role play different occupations and earn kidzo (currency that can be used in all Kidzania outlets globally). It is located in a shopping mall and near to Toyosu station. Staff are friendly, helpful and patient, and they make instructions very simple for kids (young kids or kids who don’t speak Japanese) to follow. You can check in (best to buy tickets online before visiting) at the counter before the shift starts (2 shifts per day: 9am to 3pm and 4pm to 9pm) and you will be given a queue number card for entering. You can start to queue 45 minutes before the shift starts at the stipulated queue spot according to your queue number and admission begins around 30 minutes before the shift starts. Once inside, it is best to go to the popular activities (Nintendo, candy factory, pilot) to make a reservation so that you can come back for that activity later at the reserved time. You can only make the next reservation after you have finished the first reserved activity. In the meantime, You can do other jobs that are available (refer to the timing information displayed at each activity). For the theatre events, there’s only 1 session per event(example, there’s only 1 wedding ceremony per shift) so you might want to reserve for a particular type of theatre activity that your child really wants to do. Kidzania Tokyo does not use the B.Kidzania PaZZport so you cannot collect stamps in your PaZZport here. Instead they use the job reservations card and they give out a job card at the end of each completed activity, which is quite a nice collectible. They also have professionally taken photos of your child for certain activities that are printed out and displayed near the entrance and you can choose which one you will like to purchase. (Wish they can be more environmentally friendly though!) They have some F&B outlets for food and drinks purchases, with lots of seatings around. There’s also a parents lounge for parents to relax in. We went for the Speak English Wednesday 2nd shift event, and we heard from the staff that the speak English events are usually not as crowded. Overall it’s a unique and fun place for kids to try different jobs activity.

(Translated by Google) It is good to give children various work experiences from a young age. In the month of birth, you can write a lot of messages on your birthday card. The correspondence of the staff was also good! Parents are also watching and it makes me feel at ease! I would love to take you again. The kids really enjoyed pretending to work, although my son (3) got tired pretty quickly. I'd say that this is best suited to children 4+. It was pretty crowded when I went - summer holidays, but not a national holiday - but the kids could still participate in everything. Also, they have an app you can use to schedule jobs but it's not on the American app store so I couldn't use it. Finally, the photos are really expensive but you'll still end up buying them because they're adorable. They also make you wear a mask everywhere. Make of that what you will.

I went with my son and I was wandering around without knowing what to do for the first time, staff spoke to me, so my son also started to be interested, and I was able to go around 4 times for a short time 😊 It was a lot of fun 😊 It's the number one place I want to go again 😊 (Original)

Lucky to win the admission ticket ✨ I had a good time with my grandchildren. However, when it comes to paying a fee, it is a little expensive at that size and sometimes it is a scratch, but f (^^; (Original) 混んでて大変だけど、子供の体に合った広さで分かりやすいと思います。 入場券が当たってラッキー✨ 孫との楽しい時間が持てました。 でも、料金払うとなるとあの大きさで少し高めがたまに傷ですがf(^^;
