Giving this place 5 stars because they allow us to sit on their massage chairs for free! Very nice after a few days of long walk, managed to recharge!

Had a pretty good experience with the electronic department staffs! They were knowledgeable about their products and was efficiently in answering my queries. Bought a LG Gram + View and had a great time doing so.

Bought few electronics stuff here. They were cheaper than places I came from. The staff was very accommodating and kind. As I wanted to combine the amount to have tax free but I was buying things from different buildings (not floor!) He followed me with the basket to the next building and helped me out. And when I wanted to shop alone, they kept my goods at the cashier and gave me a number tag for it.

The birthplace of Japan's largest consumer electronics store. There are more than 10 chain stores in the vicinity. It is a district of Yodobashi Camera. What you should pay attention to here is the “Outlet Hall”. Originally a camera store, it began selling almost all household appliances, starting with the opening of a large store in Sendai Station. In particular, the lineup of camera products covers almost all products on the market and is almost perfect. The price is slightly higher than the cheapest store, but it is popular because of its convenience. The online shop offers free delivery even for 100 yen products. All chain stores in this town are old buildings and narrow, so the Akihabara large store is more popular. #letsguide #origin

In terms of toys, model kits, games, figures, and other collectibles, you can't go wrong with Yodobashi Camera. I highly recommend the Shinjuku West branch since they have their own dedicated buildings for each section, with the aforementioned things all being found in the same building, on different floors each. I've bought a few of my gunpla and other plamo here.

I walked in here on the second day of being in Tokyo with limited knowledge on how to speak Japanese looking for a specific product and the customer service was spectacular. I walked out with the specific product I needed! The staff here are incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Their SD cards are way overpriced, 5 times the market price and they don't do returns and refunds as these are tax-refunded. I didn't expect such a scam from a big and established store like this. They are also unable to help with the refund process. Do not shop here it's a trap

This place has a lot of good cool stuff ! But for the most part it could be expensive so I would recommend checking online before purchasing anything you are not sure of. Customer service is very inconsistent and I could agree because I have been here so many times and I know the high volume of traffic they get from people from all around Japan and from foreigners. A fun place to have a quick walk around and see some for he new tech and gadgets. Also many restaurants near this place with in a few minutes of walking distance and is located literally across from the Lumine Store at Shinjuku Station

OMG - if you want to try headphones - the 5th floor (North building) has like 1000 for you to listen to - many with audio plug so you can plug in your own smartphone to compare - prices up to 180000 yen or Au$2200 - that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back - I had to bliss out in a foot and back massage chair on the 2nd floor for 30 minutes - OMG I'm trapped here!!!

Thank you to the shop assistants for your help going above and beyond to help us find the film rolls section! We couldn’t speak Japanese but your friendliness and willingness get us to communicate! We were happy to find an authentic Japanese film roll that’s not imported to Europe and can’t wait to see it developed!

Well, you can probably get every thing you need including luggage and alcohol, I found that the multiple buildings and different places to get things to be very confusing to shop. Also, it wasn't clear to me how my purchases would add up to qualify for tax-free if I were to purchase alcohol in one area and then electronics in another.

This place was pretty amazing. The breadth and depth of their offering is top notch and the staff are knowledgeable and tried very hard to help in spite of our language limitations. If you like phones, games, computers and cameras then you should definitely not miss this place!

Yodobashi camera has almost everything you would be looking for and staff are quite decent too. Some can even speak Chinese and English. However, when looking for cameras, their prices are quite expensive compared to camera stores nearby the area. Although they can lower their prices (yes, if you show them a store that sells the product for cheaper), they still don't get that cheap.

Excellent organisation of amenities according to floor. Goods of different ranges from budget to luxury. Almost no electrical and electronics appliances left that you may dream even.

Great for checking keyboards and mice to see if you like them or not, which you cannot do with Amazon or Rakuten.

This Yodobashi is a little confusing, as it is spread across multiple store fronts in a section of Shinjuku two blocks west of Shinjuku Station. If you are able to navigate your way around the maze though, you might find some good deals on electronics, video games, etc.

I would like to buy ps5 here but the sales say I can't buy it because of I haven't member card. I havent been in this situation in other yodobishi. so it's bad feel

I went this place because of the tamagotchi station. Toy corner is in different building but clerks of here were so kind that I could find what I want well. This place was larger than other Yodobashi camera and also kind of goods were various. I want to go this place again and buy more tamagotchi as soon as I can!!

One a kind electronics store. World famous! Whatever you need, they've got it. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If only they could get rid of that annoying jingle music that has played continuously in the store (for at least 40 years, as I remember. )

You can buy many kinds of things, not only electric appliances, in their several buildings in the area. It seems they can take care of you at least by 4 languages, Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Probably more languages. And the foreign workers also speak good Japanese... They can use Japanese to explain the difficult SIM contract things to Japanese customers, too! So clever guys! If they have food section, it would be perfect. I hope it will be.
