An unexpectedly great last minute find! After a lot of fried and grilled food in our Japan trip, the change is very welcomed and we loved how the place is run and most importantly the food too! ⏰ we went at 6+ for dinner and was told we only got an hour since we have no reservations, immediately went in and order without hesitation knowing it’s fully booked out! 👨🏼‍🍳 the owner is very friendly, explained to us the items on the menu and even snapped a few photo of us (and with us!) 🍲 the hotpot was a clear variant, and came with some dips to go with - very unlike what we are used to in Singapore where we have flavoured soup 🥩 the meat is great and really tender! Loved every single piece of it 👍🏻 🤤 Definitely recommended for those looking to have a hearty meal - though a reservation will be much preferred!

Came here for lunch. The service was very fast and the people there were very friendly, but limited English. The food was good, but nothing out of this world. The staff help us work through the shabu shabu process and was very friendly. The prices were right, place is very clean and I had a good time. This is nothing I would go out of my way for, but it is a good place to go and visit if you have time. Their set up for the shabu shabu is great. We had someone who did not eat meat, but we still had to order a meat set for him. All together I had a good experience and loved how helpful the staff was.

Please don’t waste your money on this place. Food was expensive, given the quality of the food that was served. Shabu shabu in just plain water, I am not kidding, it is not even dashi! And paired with ordinary tasting store-bought sauce. It does not even justify the high 4.3 rating. It is mainly just for foreigners which probably seen the reviews and went for it. When I was there, there were around 3-4 groups of customers and no Japanese was dining there, just foreigners like me. Sad to say that this is not Japanese standard way of serving food, very disappointing. The most disappointing meal so far in my entire 10 days in Japan.

We were staying in the Namba area and wanted to have Shabu Shabu for lunch. This place had excellent reviews, so we headed over to try for ourselves. Personally, the experience was quite underwhelming. We ordered a set each, but each set came with only 4 super thin slices of beef. The meat was good, but just too little. I ordered a serving of basashi (horse meat) sashimi, and it was served still frozen, which is pretty unacceptable for such a highly rated establishment. Service was good, but not as good as some of the cheaper places we've been in Japan. Overall, it was ok, nothing special, and if you have limited time in Osaka, I recommend using that time to try other restaurants instead.

Everything seems perfect, the meat the vegetables BUT they uses plain hot water for their shabu pot. Which means those looking to sip soup and have shabu at the same time should avoid this place. You are basically just eating meat cooked with plain water.

Randomly walk in to this small shabushabu place hidden in a small alley and it is surprisingly one of the good food experience in Namba, Osaka! Counter bar seat is a must. You can see every details the chef cook from the soup, beef slices, and ramen noodle at last. Lots of beef quality and price for selection as per your satisfaction. Best combination with ice cold beer. Highly highly highly recommended to try this place if you are in Osaka. Open til late night.

Really friendly staff and english menu is available. The quality of the meat was fantastic and they provide two types of sauce: sesame and ponzu/sour sauce. Highly recommend!

Interesting place, shabu with bar stool style. the food is 9.5/10 fresh and good quality. The owner is friendly and takes part in serving customers (English and Japanese) . The beef melts in the mouth, the noodles are also very tasty. Overall happy customer and happy belly.

We had a very good experience at this Shabu Shabu restaurant. The menu is very extensive and there is a good selection of premium meats to choose from. I particularly enjoyed their premium Kobe beef as it is sliced right after you order. Prices are very reasonable and the service is very attentive. The restaurant is tourist friendly with English menus available and the other advantage is they accept bookings online. Worth a try if you're in the Namba area and have a craving for shabu Shabu.

Loved this place! We realized we haven’t had shabu yet during our Japan trip, so we stepped in this place to avoid the ridiculous Dotonbori crowd. Everyone was super nice, including my neighboring diners — saved me from stupidly dumping the ramen sauce/broth into my pot. The lunch sets are great value, too! The regular beef (¥1500) is already delicious, but the Kobe melts in your mouth (¥2500). Felt great to eat some vegetables after days of meat, egg, carbs and dairy. The ramen is the best part! As instructed by my helpful advisor, cook it (very briefly), scoop it into the peppery sauce next to your pot, then ladle in ~3 scoops of delicious broth. Add some green onions! I regretfully finished mine before remembering that part.

My wife felt like Shabu so we decided to come here as she have heard good thing about this place. We ordered the wagyu beef and premium pork set. The meat was nice and the vege was too. There was 2 sauces that was provided. One was a more tangy and the other was nutty and creamy. I much prefer the nutty and creamy one, I dipped most of my cooked shabu in it and they offer refill as well when you ask. Near the end of the meal, the staff there prepares a ramen to cook in the remaining broth and adds some of the broth into a bowl with some seasoning with the noodles. The noodles was actually pretty good and I didn't expect it. I was not super full after the meal and kind of would have wanted a bowl of rice with my shabu. The staff here were friendly and the old guy who I assume is the owner was welcoming and seems to be able to interact with English well. He is definitely very smart in promoting this restaurant.

The Omi Wagyu Beef I had the pleasure of savoring was simply phenomenal! The tenderness of this meat truly took me by surprise. It practically melted in my mouth, leaving an unforgettable taste impression. But it wasn’t just the food; the service was top-notch as well. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the chef not only excelled in preparing the Wagyu but also provided excellent guidance in choosing the perfect noodles. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for this incomparable taste experience. An absolute highlight!

Value for money traditional Japanese shabu sets. Several sets to choose from each coming with sides of veggies, tofu and mushroom as well as a delicious ramen ending specially prepared by the chef in front of you. Lines get long but we dropped by around 10pm as they were nearing shop closing and were seated at the bar immediately. Accepts credit cards.

The boss is very friendly, and he slices your order live. The vegetables are fresh. Kudos. But as the place mostly caters to tourists, they seem to have at least one special waitress to serve foreigners, and interestingly she didn't seem to speak much Japanese. She wasn't rude but she would collect your dishes without saying anything first, in true foreigner style. Your tourist customers came to experience Japanese culinary and service. Please hire Japanese staff (only).

Saw good reviews, so we went to try it. Remember to make reservation. We ordered 1 Kobe beef set, 1 Wagyu beef set and a vegetable bowl as one of us do not take meat. ¥13050 for the meal. The beef wasn't what was expected, maybe because shabu shabu could not taste the juciness of the beef. The guys couldn't really tell the difference in taste for the 2 types of beef. Service is fine. The waiter nicely offered to take photo for us

We found this place by chance when looking for food during the cold winter. The food quality was great and the portion was quite big too. A bowl of noodles was served for each of us after we almost finished our meal, which we thought was icing on the cake as the noodles were simple but extremely yummy. The staff were very enthusiastic and even helped us to take a group picture. Highly recommended!!

Affordable shabu shabu, friendly staff. Easy to order, we picked combo of Japanese beef and pork. The meat will be cut fresh for you. Set came with vegetables, mushrooms, rice and noodle. I cooked the noodle wrongly, and staff kindly help me to cook, prepare the broth. Also offer to help us take a picture.

Cosy shabu-shabu restaurant located a short walk from Namba station. The meat was sliced-to-order and the accompanying vegetables were also fresh. It had all the usual additions, including sauces and noodles and all of it was delicious! There is also a selection of sake and other drinks available to order.

Stumbled upon this gem in one of the alleys. High Cospa. Very friendly boss and staff. Delicious food. Cosy ambience. Highly recommended.

The meat quality is superb. Excellent service and food. With a plain shabu shabu, you can taste the best favor out the meat. We enjoyed both pork, Kobe and wagyu, and all three are great! They portion is quite large as you have a lot of vegetable, a bowl of rice and some noodle, so better order additional meat only if you are not full

Great place for shabu shabu. The waiter was very polite and even helped us out with some inside tips about Osaka!

An absolutely hidden gem within Osaka, away from tourists and crowds! The shabu-shabu was delicious but the service was even better. The restaurant has a variety of options for meat, ranging from premium Kurobuta pork to A5 Kobe wagyu, all at extremely reasonable prices! To this date, the most inexpensive A5 wagyu I’ve ever had in Japan. The owner and staff spoke perfect English and were extremely attentive which greatly enhance my dining experience. If you are in Osaka and are craving shabu-shabu, do not miss out on this hidden gem of a place!

Fresh delicious food + helpful service. First time trying Kobe beef - it was delicately sweet and melt-in-your-mouth. There was also a generous serving of fresh vegetables and noodles + free-flow rice + tea. The beef was so good I ordered another serving to share. The staff explained to us how to eat the shabu shabu - first add the vegetables, then dip the meat in for a short while. When you're almost finished with the meal, add the noodles. He even offered to help us take a group picture! Highly recommended - reasonable lunch sets with good service.

Small setup run by family of 3, good vibes of Japanese culture. They speak a lil English, and English menu is available. Place is typical Japanese, sits about 15-20 pax. Food is good and meat is tender, makes the broth very sweet in the end.

Four stars for food. Additional star for service. Go early especially if you have a large group. While we were there, they had to reject at least 6 groups of customers because the place was full.

This restaurant was just perfect! The food was delicious, great quality and taste. A proper shabu restaurant, not touristy. The service was outstanding! The server spoke great English and was accommodating to my 1 year old. He was so patient and kind. Thank you for a delicious meal with wonderful service! What a great experience. My whole family was impressed with the entire meal.

Really fresh wagyu beef and premium pork slices. You're here to taste the quality of the meat, not the "soup". It's just water to cook the meat.

The food was delicious but the service was especially excellent. The owner is extremely kind and attentive which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. As I was eating, he helped me finish cooking my noodles and plated them beautifully. We sat at the counter where you can watch them prepare the meal and can interact personally. Overall, this place was an all around enjoyable meal.
