The shops here do have great prices but the state sales tax eats into that discount quite a bit. Not really worth the trip when you've got the Merrimack outlets in tax-free New Hampshire next door

Lots and lots of great stores. But pricey I found that some local stores sell the same products for the same or less. No real discounts to be found Lots of fools over paying for the same products as the local malls. Not so called outlet malls

Always has the replacement clothes needed for comfortable work experiences. Even the sale items were in stock and I got out of the stores spending less than $100 . Amazing!

We love the outlets! The food truck festival they have every summer is one of our favorite events of the year. The bathrooms are well maintained the outlet stores have great prices

Had some good deals at Nike, Champion and American Eagle for my 16 year old. Get the Nike app and become a member to save 20%. It’s free.

So many stores and so many great deals! My personal favorite is Locally Handmade across from McDonalds. I always find just the right locally crafted items for gifts!

I was here to charge at the Electrify America chargers here. These units will not charge my Nissan Leaf. Based on prior experience - it is the particular brand of charging station they use - the CHAdeMO negotiation seems to fail, and charging never initiates. I wish they would actually work with the charging station manufacturer and figure out a fix for this. As far as I understand, any earlier model Nissan Leaf cannot charge from these chargers.

Love shopping here when we come here for vacation 3 or 4 times in the summer. Great shops all around the area.

Some businesses are actually outlet prices while others are just as expensive as box stores and malls. Be aware before you buy thinking you are getting a great deal. As for selection there is so much to choose from thats a plus.

Great selection of stores along the strip. Multiple name brand clothing stores from infant to adults, shoe stores, home decor, handmade crafts, food and much more!

Helpful friendly staff, such cute little toddler crocs I found for my grandson. They had buy one pair get one pair of equal/less value for half off on the clearance crocs. Bought myself a pair and 3 pair for my grandson for $89.

We chose to come on a weekday to avoid crowds. It was still pretty crowded and the deals were incredible. We are never disappointed

The outlets are spread out and on two sides of US-1 so one must drive from area to area which can be inconvenient. Many of the stores that use to be there have closed so there are vacant spaces. This was once a great shopping area; however, things have changed.

A lot of good stores but split up into different shipping centers. Have to plan out accordingly. There are good prices available in many of the shops so it is worth the time to visit.

Always love shopping here. Great deals! Got levis for 12 bucks each! Clarks 2 for 100! What's better than that?

    Perfect as an Outlet.

  • 3/5 Melissa M. 5 months ago on Google
The outlets themselves are awesome, which is why I'm giving three stars. What brings my review down from five stars is the restroom situation for new parents or parents of children in diapers. There aren't public restrooms at all of the plazas and the one near Nautica does not have a changing table which makes it incredibly hard to change a poopy baby. It was pretty cold out so I didn't want to change my baby in the back of my car, but that probably would have been a better option.

Terrible! It used to be a highlight stop anytime we traveled to Maine. There was so much traffic, but it was Saturday. It didn't help that they decided to have an artisan market in the parking lot. Usually the outlets are where you go for deals. Not this time. I wasted valuable vacation time stopping at Kittery. The prices were ridiculous. Bought ONE pair of shoes. No deals and huge lines. Torture.

Nice place with a lot of stores. I didn’t like how spread out it was. Can’t just park and walk unless you want to cross a 4 lane highway. Prices. Seemed to be out of outlet range and more like normal prices as well.

We come up here every year and we were so happy to see it thriving again! So many places ended up closing due to covid. Help is still a challenge but they seem to be managing. Great location to get your shopping on and enjoy the local catch of the day and one of many restaurants.

Great for an outlet mall. Free parking. Bathrooms. You can buy food and the prices are good. I am a fan of the Lindt store. I hit the clearance rack typically for the best prices

Just the best fried seafood, plain and simple sets the benchmark high and many others fail to meet it!

My recent visit to the Crate and Barrel Outlet left me thoroughly disappointed. The quality of the furniture available there was, frankly, subpar and appeared to be on the brink of falling apart. While browsing through their selections, I came across three items that caught my eye: a dresser, a bed frame, and a filing cabinet. To my dismay, all three of them were broken or damaged in some way, which was a clear indication of the lack of quality control. Hoping for some sort of silver lining, I inquired about a potential discount, considering the items were already marked at a high price. However, I was met with the surprising response that no further discounts would be offered, even for clearly damaged goods. This policy was quite bewildering to me, as I couldn't fathom the concept of paying a premium for damaged items. As I continued to explore the store, it became evident that my experience wasn't an isolated incident. The vast majority of items on display appeared to be overpriced and of questionable quality. This visit to the Crate and Barrel Outlet was certainly an eye-opener, and it left me with the impression that quality and value for money were sorely lacking in their offerings.

Stop here every year. They have clothing and lots of great items. Carhart is there plus an amazing shoe store. Lulu lemon, nike...

  • 2/5 tom j. 11 months ago on Google
Half of the storefronts remain empty. Many that are open are really just shops moreso than outlets. Kittery used to be the preeminent outlet experience but that time has passed.

  • 5/5 Diane M. 10 months ago on Google
We went to the Nike store to exchange an item. But we really didn't go into any more stores while we were there. Way too crowded! It was the Memorial Day weekend.

  • 4/5 Theo K. 10 months ago on Google
Some of the better outlet malls I've been to, and the best part of the shopping district in Kittery, hands down. I went for somthing specific that I was told to look for, and while they do have ALOT of stores and alot of unique brand-centric stores, the outlets were 85% clothing and shoe stores so overall variety is a bit lacking. If you do need a kitchen store or the trading post they are at other smaller outlets in the area, but you still need to wrestle yourself through the ungodly traffic out of this outlet and down the road to get to the next store. With all this said, if you're a shopper, this place can definitely keep you busy for a day trip, and they do have places to get food!

I didn't want to give 5 stars but also not 4 stars it's more of a 4.5 stars ;) I like the variety of stores, and they are all clean, well organized, and friendly. There are bargains to be found it's the taxes. It's high in Maine. But if you're in the area and like to shop, it's always worth a stop! I was shocked to see a couple of empty shops waiting to be leased. It's such a high traffic area, unless the leases are big $$$$.

Kittery Premium Outlets is terrible. If you want to be in cold winter weather this is the place to be. The shopping plaza is arranged in 3 plazas and you have to drive to each one. I don’t like the selection of stores either.

If you looking for a place to shop without a hefty price tag then look no further! There are so many branding and great place to eat nearby. Welcome to Maine!

So the store were great with covid-19 as they kept a head count and and had hand sanitizer for guest. My only issue is you have to keep going on the main rd as they are not connected.

Spread out along a mile of road and not very walkable. with a few exceptions most of the stores are the same as you'll see in most outlet malls across the country. Bob's Clam Hut is easily the best place to eat but prone to long lines and crowds. Alternatively, this McDonald's location is clean, well staffed and handles long lines with ease. There's also a dairy Queen at the nearby traffic circle. Unique stores include the kittery trading Post and Spruce Creek Provisions. Partners or family members who are not interested in shopping may be pleasantly surprised by the nearby Kittery Historical & Naval Museum.

Overall nice set of shops. Nice atmosphere. Cleaner than most places. Only reason for 1 star off is due to high prices. I found over the last ten years the prices climbing up.

Great deals at the New Balance Store today and they also did their part with social distancing. Same with The Kittery Trading Post no one was without a mask, great deals there also. Where ever we walked people were doing their part with social distancing, Good job Kittery !!!!

Considering the circumstances of COVID this place is pretty cool. They have a lot of different things to look at. They had tons of children's clothes at a very reasonable price. The fudge counter was yummy. You got to sample different kinds. It is hard to stay social distanced inside there. It was a cool place to visit.

Can we get some stores that are newer than 2006 or is that a no? Also way to many clothing stores can we get literally anything else? Place is more boring than watching paint dry on a Tuesday

  • 4/5 Yachai R. 3 years ago on Google
We had a great time shopping here. It is not your typical outlets all the stores are not together. A group of stores will be in one plaza & then another in a different plaza, so you must drive around to get to them.

Huge outlet mall. The stores are arranged in pods along both sides of the road, so you need to be prepared to park, shop, and then move on to the next section. Always find some great deals.
