Exquisite eating place, great food.

This place has not evolved from where it was and there are better places and options to choose in the same mall. Cost of the food is above average and dose not worth the money needed to pay. Staff is also not very active

Nandos mukuba mall needs to work on preparing food faster and reduce customer waiting time. Service is very good from the staff,I enjoyed my luncheon there keep it up👍.

This is Kitwe’s best grilled chicken place. Although they say there is no waiter service you get served by one of the most efficient and friendly waiters. And there is always some nice soft jazz or bossa nova music on the speakers. Beautiful art works hang on the walls of the place and you have an option of sitting outside too. Beautiful eating place.

Great place. Their high standards have never waivered for 5 years now. Great food. Their 12 minutes usually means 11 or 15, Only eating place in Kitwe that at least tries to keep their word. Deliveries are efficient too.

Generally a very nice place to have a quick meal at. However, was disappointed on my last visit. The table wasn't as clean as always. The surface was sticky. My phone stuck to the table upon placing it on it. Whatever you placed on it got stuck. The staff blamed it on the vanish on the table surface.

Great place to have a meal, weather on the go or sitting in with family and friends, courteous stuff, and always polite.

My hickey was a little too pink to eat but everyone else's was well cooked. There are no toilets in the restaurant but there are some in the mall just around the corner, however they closed before we left so we couldn't use the facilities again.

Nandos always has fantastic food. Be it grilled Chicken, roasted veggies or Peri Peri wedges. I appreciate the fact that they have a veggie burger too though it would be nice to pair it with a brown roll. At certain times ie lunch, evening and monthend, the place gets really busy and the wait time can be very long. It's good they have a drive through but that is only 1 location in Lusaka.

This is supposed to be the Nandos Garlic Bread.....please can someone tell me where can you see any garlic butter or anything...you might as well have given me dry bread.

The service is good. Food is delicious and fresh. The four instead of a five is because the portions are a bit small.

Too much noise, you can't have a peaceful meal. Felt like the chef enjoys the noise Food is like the rest of other nandos restaurants.

Quick service and great food. The environment is not too busy. Meals can be a bit pricey but it's worth it if you go as a group or get a family meal. Definitely recommend.

I love food and the best way to taste food is with your Wife who is also a foodie lover. This make us want to explore different places together.

Very slow service, disorganized and most of the till attendants lack basic etiquette. It is definitely far behind Nandos outlets in Lusaka which have well trained staff.

They have really good spot here at the mall, right next to the road with an open area. Service is quite good and fast. Not much added from the normal Nandos menu but staff are quite friendly.

The place is nice for food. I always go back to have my lunch when chance allows. The sales ladies and gents are so welcoming.

The cash register operator needs training in customer service. Otherwise the people serving at the tables awesome. The food and atmospheric is amazing.

Waited forever to get my order. Was so disappointed with the service I recieved. Usually most nandos outlets are timely but this one was slow. Food tasted good and milkshakes were good too. The time the attendant took to make the milkshakes was way overboard. It's like he forgot or something

Great food. Nando's is a chain and definitely upholding the standard in grilled chicken. Best ever. Service could be better & definitely faster however good chicken can't be rushed and this is the place to get it.

Food was great and staff helpful - the only reason I’m marking it down is because I witnessed a staff member spend several minutes in the toilet, come out and then fail to wash his hands before returning to the kitchen. We have just had a cholera outbreak guys - please tell your staff to wash their hands after using the bathroom!!

The food was delicious, great flavor and just enough spice. Very clean restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic. Great experience for my first time.

I always look forward to the food, but yesterday I was very disappointed with my take out, I got home to find my 1/4 chicken was not packed. It was not busy for the staff to have missed my order. In future I'll be checking my orders before I leave.
