Amazing food great service, I love that the kids have a play area to keep them busy while we wait for the food. The waiting staff are amazing, one of the ladies once even offered to hold my baby while I ate! I would say they go above and beyond. They'll even sing a birthday song if you need👌🏻 My only qualm is the past two times I've been the music has been a little too loud for me.. I don't get that. I really hope the music gets turned down a little, I do appreciate music, I just don't want to be subjected to loud music for the duration of my meal and time there, second the kiddies menu (the pics) looks amazing but not so much when it's brought to you on a plate. Now we just order for the kids from the "big people" menu. Otherwise, I love the food and service!

This is a perfect place to have your breakfast, their services are good and the atmosphere perfect and safe for children. I took my family there to have our Ice cream. There also have a good and free place where your kids could play and socialize with their new friends. I love the place because it has got and appreciates diversity. It has got food for different races and cultures. You can have food, coffee, ice cream drinks, Juice, Chips etc Nice place to visit with affordable prices!

Always a blast at spur. When my wife and girls are with me... My girls can play to their hearts content, me and my wife can relax with a coffee or a latte.... And some spoils with a waffle and ice cream for the girls... Also a good place to have meetings with clients.

Fantastic place for real steaks. The customer service was par excellence. The price was very reasonable and to top it all because we were a large group they gave us 3 complimentary burgers to take home! Other establishments can learn a lot about good customer service and appreciation from them. Well done! Will definitely visit the place again very soon.

Consistently great food. Steaks, burgers, ribs or wings; name it and it will taste great. Customer service is was a bit behind in terms of speediness, but nonetheless - best family friendly diner. Kiddies menu + play area great for bringing all along.

Tried their classic burger for the first time. I liked it. Pricing is rather relative really. Some may say it's fair, some may say it is steep. Their menu is in the ranges of $2-$30 at the current local exchange rate which is K21-$1. I loved their setting, it has the Apache vibe to it which is a nice change of scenery to the usual drill elegance of most restaurants. It has a kiddy jimjam park area for the kids to have fun and a set apart smoking zone right outside. A decent hangout place.

There aren't a lot of places you can get a good English breakfast in the tiny town of Kitwe. We were visiting from the United States and my father took us out for breakfast here. We tried the eggs, waffles, juices, and coffees and everything was well prepared. Service was a little slow but the staff was still very friendly.

Today 3rd January 2021 I took my family (7 adults) for breakfast. The food and was terrible, firstly breakfast we ordered took forever and eventually we recieved the breakfast without toast, the steak was over cooked and tiny. After a complaint to the manager who basically brushed it off the poor waiter explained the place is being run down. This is disgusting and I can assure I will not he returning to spur in kitwe. International franchises being dragged to the ground.

A good place for a meal, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. We went to have a Sunday lunch there. We chose to be seated outside, the waiter didn't introduce herself, but offered us menus and asked us if we would like something to drink before we order. After placing our orders we waited less then 15mins for the food to arrive, which was very quick. The only disappointment was the 400g pork ribs that looked more like beef ribs due to the size of the rib bones. We enjoyed the meal.

The service was the worst I have experienced. The food was dry and overdone even though I requested medium rare steak. I used to enjoy this place but their standards have dropped.

The service was above bar. The Waitron was simply professional all the way. Though I can't remember his name but I remember his professional conduct and smile.

Most of the meaty meals taste/smell a few days old , but actually good when it's fresh. Those weekold onion rings are awful. The service is quite good and so is the atmosphere for where the place is located. A plus for the kiddy zone, that's what has brought us back there a couple more times than we wanted The bathrooms could use better ventilation since they're enclosed. Happy to return, support and improve my review if I notice an improvement.
