Chicken fries yummy

The food is great but the fries usually too little, you can count them on one hand...literally. Now coming to the main reason I am writing this review, customer service. It is really bad. Guys the reason why you have that job or business is because, someone (Customer) paid to get a service or product from you and thats what puts bread and butter on ur table. Don't act like your doing me a favour when i am paying you. This attitude needs to change.😡😡

Let's just be honest here, Hungry Lion will always taste great. No matter what you order, how long you wait for it - and you probably will wait a long time - it is great friend chicken. Staff can sometimes be unhelpful and seems to always be an issue when it comes to your drinks(either take them when you pay for everything or they will NOT give them to you when you hand in your receipt) but it is great food with a great price tag.

They literally spilt candy on the counter and tried to put it back in the storage bowl in my presence.. Raises a huge concern about the hygiene...

Food is great, but the drinks are luke warm, what's up with the fridges? They don't chill the drinks, then instead of you finding a seat, you have to wait by the till because you don't want to miss hearing your number. Kindly bring your restaurants up to standard by installing a pa system whereby your customers can sit and wait rather than standing for who knows how long, by the time the food is ready, customers are tired of standing.

Firstly the food is absolutely amazing and delicious the only problem is poor customer service in terms of attitude by the people working there especially the outlets kitwe including one at Mukuba Mall where they look at the status before you are served in time. Remember Hungry Lion is a family cafeteria where most people would rather go and seat and enjoy the comfort and the goodness of the meals but if the attitudes of your employees in these places continues then it may attract bad business. Thank you for your services in these other outlets Hungry Lion.

Poor customer service...we waited for an hour to get the food after the said it will be ready in 5 minutes
