Today is my first time been here the mail 8s so beautiful with a cheap prices and the the entrance is perfectly beautiful Zambia am here to live for a while

Situated just a little ways from the CBD, ECL Mall is a well placed and well organized Mall. With a hotel next door and a vast array of shops on site it is the closest thing to one stop shopping on the Copperbelt, from baby stores, hardware, restaurants etc it boasts a vast square footage. It is however sad to note that most of the mall still remains vacant, large parts of the building are empty. There is no shortage of parking at ECL, with both open and basement parking available and spread out across the building.

This is absolutely one of the best brand new mall in Kitwe, though not yet furnished with food outlet franchise, has a nice Parking space

Good for foods and beverages. Hardware store would have really qualified it a one stop shopping mall. The general atmosphere and architecture is superb.

Chiwempala market is the most known market in Chingola and biggest so far which every one visiting Chingola who'd want to see.

What's there not to like about this place. Honestly there's a store for everything, from food and liquor to clothing and furniture. And yes, perhaps this is one of the infrastructures representing kitwe well.

Definitely a place to be for almosteverything. It's a lot quieter and friendly compared to other malls in town. Parking space is never a problem.

Nice place to hang out,its mostly full of people during weekends. Its a Nice and clean place actually. Nice car park and good air condition, free air space for taking pictures. Come and visit you see our beautiful it is.

Just needs more restaurants, a cinema or a crowd puller store and something/activities for families on the weekend. Otherwise it's a good mall with good nightlife activities

This is the mother of shopping malls in Kitwe despite it being opened recently. It compensates for what Mukuba Mall lacks, eg choppies, food lovers.. It's been designed in an attractive manner. It's peaceful, quiet, and convenient. The parking is ok. Security is also OK. And it's also an interesting piece of architecture.

Ecl mall is a beauty to behold.

New ECL mall with all types of shops with world class quality...rates are reasonable... Chinese and Indian hotels are also there..very beautiful car parking facilities. Nice place to enjoy during evening and weekenda

Very quiet place.....Not much happening here...it was like a ghost town.Not too sure if the lack of People was due to the selection of shops at this Mall that are not the most popular or something else.

Great though some shops are not occupied. There is still vacancies of 40% of some shops. But the good thing is that there is food lovers choppies that offers a good qualities of products.

If you are in charcoal and you have not visited chiwempala then you've not seen capital city of it

Not bad, but for some reason people don't frequent the place. They should consider having a cinema there to draw in people

A beautiful mall with a fair number of shops to pick from. Social is the best restaurant/bar at the mall to try out

It's a great mall alot of amenities and a wide range of refreshing restaurants

ECL Mall is fairly new so some of the shops are still vacant. Some of the shops found her includes supermarkets/hyper stores, boutiques, jewelry shops, opticians, a bank and ATM's, furniture stores, eating places, an entertainment place and government offices (NAPS A & ZRA) just to mention a few.

The place is awesome. Nice clean and beautiful. More big shops with plenty of different items. Good to be there. Nice and morden structures. Great view from all angles.

It only gets 4 stars because I feel it still needs more stores...food stores and clothing stores that will attract more people to go there. The cinema also needs to be up and running as was highly advertised by the owners when building

It is a good mall everything you need is there.

This mall is slowly loosing it's grip on the market and upstair no shops anymore and escalators are not working for months now and the ceilings are full of cob webs and burnt lights on the ceiling and looks like maintenace is something unknown to them. There are 3 malls by Napsa and it looks like lack of maintenance is common for all of them. Choppies, Indish and hotpot Chinese shop must be the highlight if you ever want to come here. They do have a food lovers shop nothing much to say about that..

All in one shopping mall with the art of state infrastructure. Talk of accomodations and convention center it's fabulous

Needs a good attraction. Too little restaurants and the bathrooms are not well maintained. Has great potential, though it is right by the Garden Court

It's always nice to shop at the mall. It allows you convenience to do your shopping within the confine of one location. It's very clean and very well air-conditioned. Dining out at thr mall is always a good experience.
