I was diagnosed with Keratoconus from Dr. Argawals, at the time it was advanced and it could only take a cornea transplant. I was received well, and taken through the registration process professionally. Even when I was told the problem concerning my NHIMA registration, the lady at the reception entered my name which enabled me to be attended to. I then saw the person in charge of refraction, he was very professional making me feel comfortable. Finally I saw the doctor who was professional and courteous. Thank you Agarwals for the work you are doing. Keep it up; there's always room for continous improvement.

I was delighted by the services I got from the hospital and other staff members except from the receptionist. The receptionist are too arrogant and bad attitude towards patients, they don't even pick phone calls when a patient call. Imagine I called more then 15 times no one picked my calls. Please Dr agarwals is well known with good service these receptionist are painting bad reputation more kitwe branch to be specific.
