I
went
there
with
my
girlfriend
and
idea
was
to
eat
some
good
food
and
i
expected
to
be
treated
as
anybody
else
regardless
of
my
nationality
and
language
fluency
but
that
was
not
the
case
last
night!
Waitress
named
Jana
was
really
rude
for
some
reason
to
me
and
my
better
half...
I
never
had
a
problem
with
any
personal
and
we
decided
to
ignore
her
attitude
and
ordered
food
and
drinks...My
girlfriend
got
her
dish
but
i
didn't...
even
after
40
minute's.Then
i
got
up
and
politely
asked
a
waitress
when
will
i
receive
my
order...
To
which
she
replied
:
''
I
didn't
understand
you
even
though
she
did
because
it's
impossible
to
misunderstand
word
Gulaš...
and
after
i
ordered
she
confirmed
it
so
it's
either
ordering
system
error
or
she
forgot
totally...
I
paid
a
full
service
and
all
that
we
ate
and
drink
regardless.
I
was
not
offered
a
discount
price
for
the
inconvenience
that
was
caused
that
evening...
I
mean
just
imagine
how
bad
that
situation
was
and
how
little
did
she
cared
for
the
customers...

of
i
don't
care
about
table

My
Czech
is
decent
and
i
spoke
Czech
that
night...
We
had
a
much
better
experience
in
Restaurace
Letná
where
we
ordered
deserts
and
in
that
dessert
there
was
a
piece
of
eggshell
after
we
reported
that
to
the
personal
they
apologized
to
us
and
they
didn't
charge
us
that.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
manager
is
reading
reviews
and
this
won't
happen
again.
