The ONLY decent experience I had at the hotel was with the red headed receptionist who works day shift. She was the ONLY staff member who was willing to fix things for us. Between no hot water, a dirty needle on the bathroom floor, hotel literally falling apart, horrible breakfast, restaurant, and the least friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Also they have a whole "village disco" that plays loud music every night till late. If you don't want sleep piece of mind and atleast a good day receptionist, come on downnn. 👎

Appalling, repulsive, unsanitary, squalid, aged, malodorous, hazardous, disheartening, disgusting, gross, dirty, filthy, old, smelly, dangerous and depressing... Multiply all these adjectives by ten, and you'll get an accurate portrayal of Hotel Kladno. My experience during my stay was so negative that I made the decision to check out after just one night. This hotel seems beyond any hope of improvement; it's not only old and unsanitary but also poses safety risks. It's difficult to fathom how it can classify itself as a three-star establishment and charge £50 per night! You couldn't pay me to stay here!!! I strongly advise against choosing this accommodation for your stay. @thefury01

If you are looking for a very poor accommodation and would like to experience a slice of the Czech Republic's communist era in real time then this is the place. It felt like some theather show honestly.. the rooms are very poorly maintained and not very clean. The bathroom/restroom looked like it was last cleaned a very long time ago. The beds are low quality and general sleep quality is very low. The restaurant/dining area looked like time stoped back in 1969, literally all the appliances and equipment were from that time period. Poorly maintained and generaly not clean. Food served on the breakfast buffet was very limited. Good luck if you're vegetarian or vegan. I do not recommend this place at all, instead i recommend to have another look at the smaller hotels around town or the private appartments which are practically the same price for one night.

Zero review, never recommend for any foreigners specially, I can expect low quality low luxury, low everything and it's okay everything for money if you want better staying, but the problem is service and receptionist and also no other contact numbers like manager or anyone to contact with, my situation is I went to my room after long travelling around 2 pm I wanted to nap for at least 2 hours, I started to sleep I found out so much noisy like a party in other room, and it's not just normal music it was with Bass which is making you vibrate while sleeping, I called receptionist and I clarified situation and first thing she said " I can't do anything and you can get your money back and leave if you don't like it" really my body freezed and I didn't know what to say. Sorry for my anger

I'm giving 2 stars, but only because of the price, 680CZK for a night (2persons). Otherwise it would be a solid 1star. Where to begin...the reviews said expect Ukrainian boarding facility...about right. This is an old communist era hotel. It is absolutely RETRO. Nothing has been renovated. The housekeeping is pretty bad, fingerprints all over everything in the room.

Hotel Kladno is perfect for me. It is opposite the school where my children go

Very friendly staff, nice post-apocalyptic view from balcony, breakfast average, but for the price absolutely great!

Loved the old school experience, the interiors are old but still somehow charming.

You have to have nostalgia of socialists times to enjoy it. Retro is its selling point.

Bett sehr schlecht. Matratze liegt auf einer Holzplatte. Keine Steckdosen. Zimmer macht ein trostlosen Eindruck. Fenster läst sich abdunkeln. Sanitäranlage zu eng . Zimmer ist zu laut
