The hotel service was terrible, the staff will not greet you until you do. They are arrogant, unable to help. Everything has always been a problem. We had to change our rooms and call the reception three times because we forgot something in the last room and they looked there three times and couldn't find it. Until they took me into the room and here it was. It was not in some invisible place. This is just my point about how good the cleaning service is. :) They are not able to satisfy our special food needs. I know it's hard to do something for vegetarians with lactose intolerance. But it is not impossible, they didn’t even try. when I told them about this special need, they immediately said that it is not possible. I would expect at least small attempt from a 5-star hotel. The spa was good but without service, so if I wanted anything, I had to ask at the reception

Hotel is 3 star quality , not 5. Bathrooms in the room r very low quality . What comes to food it was really terrible and overpriced. Would never advice anyone to come here

Das Hotel ist einfach fantastisch - wir waren für ein Wochenende dort. Unser Zimmer war riesig, ebenso wie das Badezimmer. Die Architektur des Design-Flügels ist sehr extravagant - der Bau ist in Form einer Spirale designt. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht dem eines 6-Sterne-Hotels (wenn es so etwas gäbe) - mit Eggs Benedict, Lachs, Salaten, verschiedenen Dips, viel Fischspezialitäten, Kuchen und Co. Das Personal ist ausnahmlos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war am Wochenende recht voll, viele junge Familien und Paare, die ein entspanntes Wochenende verlebten. Einfach nur toll!

We have booked the hotel several times in the last few years, each time in the mid-season. The hotel with SPA and the location is beautiful. Each time we were delighted with the excellent service from Agnè (front office manager) and Victoria (breakfast service team).

We would like to leave a clear comment after the visiting of this place lately. We have been very satisfied with Spa location, garden, parking and etc. The room where we stayed was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. The Spa area was quite empty it was very comfortable swimming there and staying in jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant was very tasty unfortunately the prices are quite high comparing with other places. In general we are quite satisfied with the services staying in this hotel.

We stayed in the design building. The hotel is nice, good spa facilities, however, it is NOT a 5 star hotel. Important difference between a 4 star and 5 star hotel is personalised staff attention, which was totally not a case (except the restaurant where the service was great). The service was average (only basics), the staff didn’t provide us needed information, e.g. where to park for which price and just charged us max price at the end, they didn’t really show hospitality, e.g. didn’t even ask how was our stay, didn’t help with our luggage, etc. or any other extras that are quite common in the 5 star hotels. To sum up, it is a good hotel, but some improvements are necessary to call it a 5 star.

I have been here some 10 years ago. Nothing has changes. Still the same interior, the same rooms. Thou, the hotel getting old. Using spa is little inconviniet - have to go across the parking to another building.

Waiters at the restaurant were cocky and arrogant, especially Tomas who served us. We were four of us and we didn't feel welcome in there.

Very nice part of Palanga, impressive sauna, polite staff and good kitchen. Rooms are a little dated and with marks of age. Dissapointed by a €20/night for car parking.

Loved our weekend stay at Palanga Spa! Their indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the spa were beautiful. The Saturday sauna ritual was amazing, we found out so much about traditional Lithuanian sauna and its benefits. Breakfast was amazing quality. The only thing that could be added is fresh juice bar as they all seemed to be from concentrate. Overall I was very happy with our stay back in May 2018.

Nice, quite location surrounded by forest. The rooms are big and well equiped but not too modern. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! SPA is limited to a couple of swimming pools, hot tubs and sauna, but it is never crowded. There is a staff member in the sauna to assist with the process and tell interesting stories about the bathing traditions.

This is one of the best hotel SpA I have been so far, it deserves all 5 stars... the service, the food, the personnel and the environment all top class. Among the SpA they offer various treatments of excellent quality. 👌 PS the pictures do not say/show it all

Perfect place to relax. Mineral water pools, sauna, hamam and swimming pool. Nice and clear rooms, no right angles to hit your pinky. Stuff absolutely great and loved our cat. Yes, this place is pet friendly 😊

Unfortunately, our stay was just average. Not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. At the reception no one greeted us until we did. We arrived 30 min before official check in time (2:30pm) and luckily the rooms were ready (we are grateful for an earlier check). It was my fathers birthday weekend and I really wanted to create an excellent experience by choosing a 5* hotel. But from the beginning there were issues with check in (the rooms were confused, we had to switch and my fathers room was not as nice as ours (ours was with a bath tub and lovely bed, higher floor) even though both were considered "Superior". Even though our room was nicer, it still had a cracked sink, a spider in its spiders web above the bed, not working wifi nor tv.. When we asked if someone could look into our non-working TV issue, lady at the reception explained that its normal due to excessive amount of guests. But tv and wifi in my parents room was just fine. Only great service we received from breakfast staff (exceptional - just what you would expect from a 5* hotel) and SPA receptionist, who made us feel welcome and gave all necessary advice. Breakfast food was great too. Also, hotel is in an excellent location - close to the sea, park and main street Basanaviciaus. Would we choose this hotel again or would we recommend it to our friends - that is a no. There are far better price and quality hotels in Palanga.

Disappointing experience this time round. Had to change rooms twice because of a flood and then broken and insecure bathroom which caused me to slip and injure myself. The staff inside the sauna are most obnoxious and unprofessional - part of sauna was closed off because “there aren’t enough people”. Terrible service and this hotel definitely doesn’t deserve 5 stars. A 3 star hotel at the very best. Previously, the hotel was outstanding and the staff were courteous whereas this time around the staff were obnoxious, unprofessional and didn’t make me feel welcome. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere. Quality went downhill by 1000000%
