    We went there during off hours but there was what looked like a mgr doing something at the front with her back to us. She never saw us until another employee told her we were there. The root beer syrup was almost out so we told the employee and he said that they would look at it. Never did. As we were eating an employee started emptying the trash but didn't finish so cans were left pulled out and left with no liner. Just seemed like they didn't care what the restaurant looked like or if we went somewhere else.

    General manager barely understood English, and she was the one taking my order, no napkins in the lobby, fries ain’t salted, don’t know if meals come with drinks or not, but the meal I got showed a picture of a drink on the menu. Still didn’t get no drink.

    Well. I infrequently visit the Klamath Falls location, and normally bypass Arby's in favor of other menus. Today, well, not so good a day. My order for take out was given away to the drive-thru window. We tried some new and staple menu items...no cheese on the cheesy sandwich and somehow lots of pepper. Two stars, but only because the shake machine worked. Ugh.

    Food is hot and ready to eat. Have to to double check to make the order is correct. Been a few times I'm missing items. Not so very lively on the inside and have to be pulled around and wait for my order.

    My mom and I had the French dip that were on the 2 for $7 menu. They were delicious. Also had the mozzarella cheese sticks...one of my favorites.

    Every time we got here we get parked and we only get minimum of four times, and know it shouldn’t be taking longer than 5 minutes to get everything out! I work in fast food and woke at a place where we can’t park people… this is not a good place to go…..

    Meat getting smaller and smaller on the sandwiches. Service is better as time goes by but food not worth the price. Not the employees fault though

    Look at the menu online and it said I could get 2 classic Roast Beef sandwiches for $5 on mention of a coupon but when my daughter go there and order they charged her full price for them when said asked whey they where not $5 was took she had to have a coupon

    Over priced, Drinks have been downsized , Staffing quality degraded, High wait times. I am just done with this location. Tastes like the fryer oil is recycled.

    Please Arby's feed the old lady with the sign INSIDE your establishment so she doesn't have to ask for money from you're patrons It's scarring the kids

    Soo they are out off a lot of things 🤔. Both drinks and foods. Charge me for a large drink when I got a bottle of water that was 16 oz because they were out of powered. All our other large shrinks came in small cups. Definitely not worth $55

    Extremely friendly but seemed so "programmed" order-clerk. Chicken nuggets tenders were over breaded and over sauced. But yet flavorful. Crinkle fries & unsweetened tea are good.

    Paid 40 $ for two meals OK had to wait fifteen minutes in parking lot for meals when it finally came order wrong cold fries sandwich drenched in so much sauce couldn't even eat the meat only well shake it is for lunch really not impressed And it wasn't busy three employees sweeping parking lot of leaves it was awful I'm good with sack lunch now

    Late lunch. I did not like the pecan chicken sandwich at all. Kept falling off the bread and it was too dry not enough flavor. Too bland. Through most of it away. Loved the salty caramel chocolate chip cookie and dreamsicle Shake.

    Greek Gyro is delicious, fish was great for a drive thru...tarter sauce is absolutely DISGUSTING. Only reason for 4 stars. I would not even hand this out as tarter sauce....it's like mayo mixed with sugar. My advice would be to rethink where they order that from cuz its garbage.

    Customer service was excellent. Woman forgot to give me my card back, but when I pulled up she was smiling and laughing with my card in her hand. She was a little cutie. The reason for the low rating is the food was awful. Other than that, A+++

    This particular arbys is not all that good honestly. One tried to get a job here. Was denied because I’m not originally from Klamath Falls. Which confused me being that the manager clearly looks like they are not from here too. Second,for the last two years that I’ve gone to this arbys; they’ve messed up my order. Today being no different. I asked for a regular roast beef sandwich. What I got was cold meat on a stale onion 🧅 roll.The drive Thur box is messed up, you cannot hear the team member through the thing. Then when you pull up to get your order. They’re rude to you. Thrusting my change back. Today is my last visit to this arbys franchise. The manager asked me what my problem was in this most hateful tone ever; when I wasn’t even talking to her.I gave her no indication that I was even talking to her. My sandwich was cold and stale. From years of getting a roast beef sandwiches I never did get it with a onion roll. It’s supposed to be sesame seed bun. Such a shame cause there’s not many fast food restaurants in this town.😭😭😞 UPDATE: So the manager Cindy tried to call me, however when she did. A crew member was obviously standing right beside her and I could clearly hear the team member saying that whomever “ always has something to complain about “. I didn’t know if they were talking about me or what. So I hung up. Next time if you’re going to try and make things right with a customer. Don’t stand beside your crew while they’re talking so negativity about customers and or potential customers. I still refuse to go back to this location. I’m appalled by it all.

    The food was mediocre...it was'nt up to the level of which I expected. Our fries and curly fries were not hot. The customer service was good. I was very disappointed with the food this time.

    Messed up my order, took 20 minutes to get. No they were no short staffed. They had staff standing around doing nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND Kalamath Falls Arby's

    My wife and I went to Arby's today,we don't go very often because there alot more expensive,don't matter cause food is good and when I asked for a veterans discount the new owner stepped up and said only if your active military and I looked at my wife and said that foreigner M----F-----r So as far as.im concerned they lost 2 good customers thanks Arby's for saving me a buck

    It's been awhile since I came in cause of WAITING 35 mins in the pull around side park for chicken sandwich. Today I got my chicken sandwiches fast but was missing BACON! Is that why it cost more or is it no longer have bacon! Pix showed bacon or old pix! Not happy again. 🥺I keep giving chances but now! @I had to call my boss that I would be late coming back!!😣

    I was very happy with my visit. Everyone was nice, greeted me me right away even though they were very busy with the drive through orders. Even when there was a misunderstanding with my order they were apologetic and fixed the problem very quickly. Food was fresh and very good. I highly reccomend this location.

    This Arbys does a great job of hiring great customer service reps. Im typically greeted by the utmost articulate and upbeat professionals in the food industry....I mean its not always on point like that, but their doing things for Klamath falls...Plus...they have the meats

    It was horrible. They can't seem to work both the drive thru and the counter. My son stood there for 15 mins just to get waited on got his food and found that the gentleman before him still hadn't got his food. This place has gone down a lot.

    I ordered crinkle fries and a chicken sandwich with no mayo & no arby sauce in the drive thru. When I arrived home that evening, my sandwich had mayo & Arby's sauce on it & there were curly fries in the bag. I looked at my receipt which also indicated no mayo & no sauce on the sandwich & crinkle fries. I returned to Arby's & requested a refund on my credit card. I waited 15 minutes & manager said he could not refund me because of a software glitch which prevented him from giving a refund. He told me to call the manager on duty the next day to get a refund. I called the next day & they told me the same thing. I finally called my credit card company & disputed the charge. This is the second time within a 10 day period that my order was wrong.

    The roast beef sandwich I bought was mostly bread. I haven't been to an Arby's in a long time and expected the sandwich to be as good as it used to be. I was disappointed. The service was good but that's about it.

    Diablo chicken sandwich was very good. Flavor and a bit of heat. Restaurant drive thru was busy and order took a while inside. Would recommend though.

    My kids got us something to eat from Arby's today 12 - 13 - 2022, got the soda wrong and under cooked hamburger. I am so disappointed. And it was 1 of there new hamburgers
