Rooms are nice, but small details - hole in the ottoman, toilet seat cover has chips in it, not a huge detail though. But seems very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The really nice thing is the yogurt, fruit cups, and coffee/hot chocolate machine are accessible 24/7. And they put out cookies at night for free.

This hotel experience was very unfortunate. For the price the hotel should be on point. There were tiny white bugs all over our room. The breakfast area was missing items and we sat there 20 minutes and nothing was being restocked coffee, milk for cereal and biscuits. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Definitely wouldn't uncourage this has a first pick stay.

We stayed at this Best Western twice during our 2 week long road trip and unfortunately, had less than satisfactory experiences. The rooms were fine but lack of customer service detracted from the overall experience. There was apparently no one assigned to replenish the breakfast items such as coffee, juice, and other food items in the morning and there was a long wait to check in probably due to lack of staff. Another minor inconvenience/annoyance, after an over 12 hour day of driving, we went to our rooms and the room keys did not work so we had to go back down for the staff to activate our key. On our way back, we decided to give them a second chance and this time unfortunately, the ice maker was out of order on the first floor and the other ice makers on the second and third floors were completely out of ice or also broken. We had excellent experiences at the other 2 Best Western Hotels that we stayed at on our trip and were disappointed that this one did not meet the usual excellent Best Western standards.

NASTY DIRTY!! OLD BATH MATS THAT ARE CLEARLY FILTHY AND WARN. HAIR, DEBRIS AND CRUD ALL ALONG THE BATHROOM AREA. Those things are not present if CLEANED properly. Absolutely absurd pricing for a nasty joint like this. Now I know why there was vacancy when other places were completely booked out!!! Thankful to have been able to rest after 11 hrs of driving with toddlers but disgusted in the standards and price of this hotel!! Being in the hospitality industry, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! ON A SIDE NOTE THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND HAD A LARGE SELECTION. THE EMPLOYEES COULD USE SOME TRAINING IN THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW TO INTERACT WITH GUESTS, ALSO. AND THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT THIS PLACE NEED TO BE CLEANED!!!

The place at a quick glance is nice and I would stay there again however I do notice the fine details and especially when I pay almost 200 for a night. Things like the room door that closes on its own and it should however a elderly person could get knocked over from the force or not be able to even open it. They door have milk and cookies in the evening for a snack and that's a nice touch. I tried to exit out the lobby after 11 pm and to my surprise couldn't because the automatic doors were off and the door was locked so I ended up exiting from the end of the building, now I understand why they may have to do this however what if the was a fire and I was trying to exit I might not have been able to think about the other exit. The rooms look recently remodeled however things need touched up every now and then and I will post photos of things. All the staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was a touch above other places but not by much. The lobby was nicely decorated but the animals need to be dusted. The property was quite and there were no homeless people in the bushes so that's nice. Over all a nice place to stay I just thought it was over priced about 25.00

If this is a BW+ then I do not want to ever stay in just a BW. I only give it 2 stars because the room was clean, dated but clean. The automatic sliding entry doors on the way into the lobby juddering and banging as they seemed to try to jump out of their tracks should have been a giveaway as to how tired this hotel is. A simple apology from the front desk staff about the elevator being out of order to this senior couple who came in with 2 suitcases would have been at least polite, but no, we were left to find that gem out for ourselves. The breakfast buffet was so bad I walked across the parking lot and had McDs garbage instead. The poor quality of this hotel was a great let down after our previous night in the BW at Pasco, if BW Corporate is reading this then see my review of that hotel.

For the price, this is a great hotel. This was my first stay here after staying at another Klamath hotel several times and being unhappy there. The room was well appointed, the layout was easy to get around and the people I interacted with are nice. The only downside was everytime I went through the main entrance there was someone smoking. I get a horrible headache from nicotine so I had to remember to hold my breath. I would stay here again and I recommend it as a place to stay in Klamath.

Just wanted to leave a big compliment for the hotel staff. I was very upset when I arrived to find out that the elevator wasn't working. I have so much equipment that I transport for work that I couldn't stand multiple trips up the stairs. But Caroline helped me with that. I was amazed at how helpful she was, and just wanted to say that I am so grateful. ALSO the next morning, Carmen was above and beyond helpful as I took everything out. She even helped me reserve a room for the next time I come through. I am really just amazed at how these two people took initiative and empathized with me. And this was all on their own, and not a result of my asking. I will stay at this place EVERY time I come through.

We stayed at this Best Western during our road trip as it was convenient for Lava Beds National Monument and Crater Lake. The hotel was overpriced and the lack of customer service by reception was disappointing. Breakfast was awful with the hot food just reheated in the microwave, although the Greek yoghurt and toasted bagel were an alternative. The lady replenishing the food and drinks was doing a good job although it was clear they were understaffed. The room was bright although the bed needed a new mattress and pillows. Shower was good. Overall the hotel was overpriced, needed a refurb and the distasteful animals in reception removed.

Standard rooms but what a great lobby! I must say though, the rooms had very comfortable beds I hadn't slept that good in a while! Cookies available in the lobby at night as well as the full breakfast in the morning.

We usually only stay at Best Western Plus locations. I'm not sure how this location received a BW Plus designation. Elevator, Ice Machine were out of order, and the rooms and stairs were dirty. Pillow cases were old and the material was balled up and rough. The breakfast was cold, and the coffee was gone and never replaced. They ask a premium for their rates, they should provide premium service.

It is a great place to stay!! My parents liked to stay there and took my daughter and me there on vacation on our way to Las Vegas. They served warm fresh cookies at night and really made it a memorable time!!

Stayed here during training. The place was absolutely awesome. I even found some personal items, a previous lady left behind, turned it into the front desk. If I have another trip here, will definitely stay again. They made me feel at home. Thank you.

Good service, clean rooms, nice breakfast. 4* because it is a little pricey, but it was a great experience overall.

This was a great night's stay with a variety of breakfast options in the morning with decent hours. There is some shopping right across the street if you need a few items. If you have long hair, ask for more shampoo and conditioner before going up to your room because there is only enough for one person at that point. We would stay here again for a night or two.

After a 10-hour drive on day 3 of a 4-day road trip, I was so happy to arrive at a Best Western. When I asked for a room, the front desk person told me they don’t accept pets. I thought it was a Best Western policy to accept pets (for a fee of course)? The hotel was mostly empty and I offered to pay any kind of cleaning deposit if they’d give us a room, but no. My small, well-behaved dog is perfectly house-trained, does not bark and will make far less mess in a room than the average hotel guest, but they’d rather have a room go unsold than accept him.

Breakfast was ok. Elevator was broken. Bed was firmer than similar chain hotels. My room did not have a desk but heard that some of the rooms do. The table that was in there was fine but the chairs were awful and very tightly packed next to the AC. Free cookies were not great as they were always over cooked and crunchy. Guest services guide in rooms state gym is open til 11pm and I did get to work out 2/4 nights I was there til 11pm; however, the last night I was there, the gym door was locked at 10pm and I noticed there was a sign on there that said it was only open til 10pm. Either fix your room guide both digital and paper or keep the gym open til 11pm please. All in all, wouldn’t recommend this hotel when the awesome and similarly priced Holiday Inn Express is right down the street. Will request my firm to not use this place in the future as the services were just not worth the premium price and the lack of amenities with limited hours make it inconvenient for my staff.

The staff was great and got us checked in quickly. We were just there to sleep for a few hours. Their express checkout process was easy. The only downside I have was that our bathroom had LOTS of ants. With the price we paid for the one night, I expected more.

Front desk service was outstanding. Breakfast is included. They bake cookies in the evening. Plenty of parking. Good location. Not too far from Oregon Tech.

Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, with our travels. Always friendly staff, nice big rooms and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel. Quiet, with a nice breakfast and cookies at night.

The important things are good. The sheets, room and bathroom were clean. The shower head sprays everywhere. I think thats standard anymore in most hotels? Lol. Well kept property, didn't see littering or transients everywhere. Seems like a safe location. It's been very quiet inside which is great, especially at night. Close to a lot of restaurants. I recommend the Thai Orchid Cafe nextdoor and Jimmy Johns is always good. The ACs (maybe just mine) sucked. The fridge in my room crapped out on me and ruined the food I brought. They were willing to replace the fridge the next day.. but that didn't do me any good for the food I lost. Breakfast is as expected. Nothing fancy. Everything I tried tasted fine. Not much to do in the area.

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Very nice breakfast. Good place to stay when visiting southern Oregon and northern California. Crater Lake and Lavabed National Monument are the 2 main nature attractions in the area.

Staff was very friendly, but for $200 I would've hoped for better amenities in the room. The fridge was missing a leg or something, the microwave was ancient, the toilet leaked and had to loudly refill itself every 30 minutes or so, and the shower was just a high powered stream of water. More likely then not never coming back, definitely won't be recommending it to friends.

We always stay at Best Westerns whenever possible. This is a nice location. We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The reception staff were very friendly and informative. The lobby has lots of natural light, a large fireplace and trophy animals displayed. Breakfast was typical BW buffet style with lots of options.

It's definitely an older hotel that has reduced its amenities/food because of covid. Beds are ok. Generally clean.

Very nice hotel. Appreciate the breakfast, lunch/dinner, and the cookies at 8pm. Had an issue checking in, but otherwise great place.

I’ve been staying at Olympic BW whenever I come to KFalls since ‘06 and I have yet to be disappointed. The front desk is always polite, efficient and laugh at my stupid jokes The rooms are large and spotless, the breakfast is above par with other BWs. If you’re still hungry afterwards, it’s your own fault. The evening cookies are always a diabetic treat. The only downside I can think of is the pool is outside, which is awesome in the summer but not so much like today when the temperature is around 20 degrees. The south facing rooms (even numbered) can be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper. Then again, maybe you’ll be lucky enough to have me as a neighbor and my snoring will drowned out the traffic.

Ok stay. Rooms clean and well kept. Between room insulation needs improvement. We heard someone practicing guitar in early evening. Breakfast ok but no waffles or pancakes

If there was a negative 5 to select that would be my rating! From the moment we drove into the parking lot, I was nervous. First, there were about five scary looking characters smoking near the front door and the windows are filthy. Stepping out of the car, the parking lot was dirty as well, trash littered about, cigarette butts overflowing from outside ashtray, and dried up spilled liquids. Upon entering the front door the filth continued inside, with the dirt and dried on spilled liquids throughout the lobby, hallway and elevator. The elevator reeked like marijuana as well. Once inside the room the first thing I noticed was the hair on and inside the bed covers and pillows. Also on one pillow was what appeared to be a large, dried up buger. Carpet hasn't been vacuumed in ages and it smelled like stale cigarettes (even though it's advertised as a non-smoking hotel). We just checked in about an hour ago, so cannot yet comment on how the noise level will be throughout the night, but If you care about cleanliness, I highly recommend you do not stay here as you will freak out!
