This was my first time going to a Fred Meyers and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a nicer version of a Walmart Super Center. One stop shopping! Lots of parking, groceries, household goods, and many other services. This location was well stocked, clean, with a nice ambiance and helpful employees. Just got a few things as I was passing through but they seemed to have good prices. Apparently they are owned by Kroger. I would shop here again and recommend it to others. This location has a gas station and there is a coin laundry next door. So if you’re an RVer this would be a great place to stop. No overnight parking though.

Expensive, app has more bugs than a zoo, can't get reception in the store, sale items not in the digital coupons, qr codes don't work, sale items are always sold out or sometimes never come in (no rainchecks), can't see where to park no stripes left, I dread Fred. Also watch those slots, they put sale and much more expensive stock in the same case. Also the coupon price doesn't always match the register price, so a good long wait in the customer service line is often necessary. Worst store ever

Just tried to get a fill up. The nozzle kicked off and the attendant said my tank was full. I said the tank wasn't near full and He said because the nozzle kicked off my tank was full. I thought I was the owner of the vehicle and know pretty much how much fuel it needs. Usually they ask if the gallons on the pump readout sounds correct. Left with only half a tank. Whatever happened to the customer being right! Wife and I thought he was rude.

I use the pharmacy and it is taking me weeks to get refills. I am not usually Impatient, but their answering machine/voicemail/automatic phone system plainly stated that my meds were ready and even gave dates and times. I tried to talk to an actual person, but nobody answered the phone. I went to pick them up and was told that there was an insurance issue. I mentioned that their system said that they were ready and the woman at the register Said in a condescending tone, "You DO know that it's an automated system?". I then repeated that I had tried to confirm with a actual person And she spread her arms, sighed, and said, "As you CA see, we are busy and don't have time to answer the phone!" I would like to suggest discontinuing the "automated system". IF nobody knows how to stop it from lying. I further suggest that there be the opportunity presented to leave a message if nobody can answer the phone. Also, you staff needs Instruction on respect for customers.

We have had many problems with this store. Many times items in the sale ads are out of stock, with no rain checks or substitutions available. And after 3 hours to get the app and all the coupons loaded, the check out clerk said we didn't have any and would not allow me to get my phone from my car to show them we did load them. We had to put most of our items back and now will have to shop at Albertsons to get what we need to feed us for the rest of the month. We will not be giving you any more of our money. You have really good deals, when you have the items in stock, but your app and your clerks are not worth our time and money. Your app doesn't work and your clerks are rude and no help.

I've been a loyal Kroger customer for over 30 years. I've worked for them as well. This particular store has the worst customer service. The store is always out of carts and when I asked an employee to help me find a cart they suggested I go look out side. I had an arm full of groceries and had to put them down. I just left. Went to Walmart where I received excellent service. Guess it's time to switch. Who knew.

I love Fred Meyer (the renovations are gorgeous!)... BUT... it's not a very accessible place for folks driving on the electric carts. Whenever I take my mom there, who has limited mobility, she loves driving the electric carts because they give her the freedom to go where she wants... the only problem is that she can't access all the places she wants to go because there are too many shelves/displays in her way. She told me today, "If I could just get around the store, then I'd buy more!" So, I hope this review reaches the manager of Fred Meyer, because I invite you to take one of the electric carts around your store. Try to access the jewelry display in the women's section. I had to move three different display towers just so my mom could get close enough to even look at the jewelry. Your store is so wonderful, and you've taken such care to renovate it and make it a pleasant experience. But it shouldn't just be beautiful... it should also be accessible!

Remodeling and painting the outside. Looks great! Not one cashier in the front of the store! Told to check out my groceries in appeal. I didn't have my licence with me so I couldn't get a bottle of wine and I'm in my sixties! I've been a loyal customer for years. Shopping elsewhere.

It was a good day at Fred's. I hate their buy 5 get $1.00 off each one. They are usually out of 1 or 2 of the items and screws up your shopping list. Today they had the 5 items I wanted. Got my favorite checker Kevin. Didn't have to wait in line very long. The most important was there were no trip hazards in the aisles.

Store is always clean and always has what I’m looking for. Associates are very friendly. And if your shopping, you can swing in to the fuel islands to top off your tank before you head home or grab a coffee inside at the Starbucks inside!

I love shopping at Fred Myers, but the deli sushi is such a rip off, they are cheating customers basically less ingredients and selling sushi rice as sushi rolls!

The electronic department mislead me about the price match policy by saying that the electronic items only match with the local shops. However, according to their policy, they have to match other online retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. Same Samsung tv was 1599 while they were selling for $1899. Not honest. I asked the manager and who didn’t not have me this information as well, his name was Denise, I believe.

Stopped by the store, found everything we needed. Staff was great, there was an employee named Danny who was super kind and went out of his way to help me out.

At first I thought this store was great, but today I encountered an extremely rude worker that wouldn't let me have my items, after I had already paid for them at another checkout while my freinds were still inside. I decided to go back and find them because I couldn't get into the car without them. When I found the people I entered the store with, it was time for us to leave, when this lady stops us and asks for my receipt, so I kindly state that I no longer have it, and that I threw it away outside. The worker then confiscated the items that I bought, then told me to leave the store. She was not willing to listen, and was not very professional in the slightest. Never going there again.

The store looks so nice since the remodel. There is so much selection and a wide variety of grocery and clothing items. Friendly employees, spacious aisles, and very neat and clean.

Clean store, friendly staff and good prices. I love their produce.

Fred Meyer usually has what I want at a price I am willing to pay. Fred Meyer has a great Fuel Rewards program too! 👏 For the past couple of years I have enjoyed $1,00 per gallon of gas because of Fred Meyer's Fuel Rewards.

Usually very reasonably priced, very good coupon choices on their app. Fairly clean bathroom facilities.

I've shopped at Fred Meyers for over 25 years and the Klamath Falls FM since I moved to K Falls. The K Falls FM has been going through a remodel. For months. Shopping here has been awful because merchandise locations keep being changed. After too long grocery shopping trips due to having to search for items you want, then you have to wait in long check out lines because they're understaffed. Today I had to go from one end of the store to the other and back to find a cart. All this was followed up by a 45 minute wait in the line for the pharmacy. So it is not getting better but worse. I go grocery shopping at Albertsons now and will only go to FM when I have an Rx to pick up. FM is another example of a good store gone bad. And also what happens when Kroger buys a grocery store chain,

Great place to shop and relax while waiting for the Tesla to charge. Nice gardening and Lego areas

Went for something for diner..bought 2 stuffed chicken breast at meat counter...(EXCELLENT !!!!) and then went to get some cat food and passed these new mason jars and canisters..great prices and only at freds!!!

You get good gas discounts, .. and it is a nice clean store

Waiting to check out here usually takes less than two minutes. Sales associates are very helpful and always available. They also have a wonderful rewards system that allows for discounts on fuel or rebates on their quality products.

It's a pretty good store. I think they're a little overpriced but still good.

A one stop store it just about has everything. This store is nicer than Wal-Mart super center. When I come to Klamath falls it's a must to come here for restocking...Great customer service.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!!! The Mens toilet was missing the seat, was out of toilet paper and had pee all over the floor! Very disappointed at how dirty the store was.
