Selected this place because of the 4 star rating. From my visit in July 2023 for ultrasound scanning: 1. was charged RM360 instead of RM350 as said during tele-conversation. Payment mode is CASH only, what a joke! it’s 2023! 2. the clinic ambient felt “dead” and not lively 3. they’ll charge RM20 if you make the toilet wet, they put a note on the wall (the toilet was wet when i entered, not sure if someone has been penalised) 4. Dr. Sharad & nurse/receptionist were SEEM friendly but, felt FAKE. Not genuine 5. Dr. Sharad was acting defensive towards my question. He should has explain the info 1 by 1 thoroughly. Being a specialist with numbers of certificates but act like operator. 6. They don’t even have weight & height scale to measure, what a joke? since they need the info they should have one! 7. Dr Sharad dont even wear glove during check-up. The gel wasn’t apply properly! 8. The quality of paper of the scanning result is worst for RM350. compared to RM180 i paid at other clinic which was very clear. 9. No proper printed receipt, they used cheap receipt book from stationary. In a nutshell, I would not recommend this place. Don’t trust the 4-star rating.. honest review.

Overall experience was pleasant. Nothing to complain about as the staff is friendly as well as the Doctor.Best to come early as the Doctor is busy. The Doctor is very professional and able to accommodate in times of emergency. Price wise also reasonable. In all positive feedback and highly recommended

When I called them, they said consultant charges are 80-100rm. After I went there, they said I have pay deposit of 250rm and also they accept only cash. Tests and medication are separate after 250rm. I asked asked why they didn't tell me when I called, they are asking me back whats the problem of paying 250rm as deposit. And hospital was very hard to find.

Very expensive. I arrived with nobody around but the doctor. I'd say it's stupid I even proceeded in fear, should have just rejected the visit and save close to Rm400 in 10 minutes with no breakdown when asked, amaze. Got a second opinion with the same treatment for Rm150 at another Subang clinic days after. This is not my first visit to this clinic, I think it used to be the one in ss15 where I boycotted years ago for the same expensive reason.

It's the worst hospital I've ever visited in my life. This hospital created a bias against Malaysia. I booked my appointment at 7:00 PM and I arrived on time. But the doctor didn't come back to the hospital until 8 o'clock, and I waited an hour before I could see the doctor. Also, Rather than identifying and treating my symptoms, the doctor asked me for useless questions. I used 300RM for unwanted care and I didn't get anything (Treatment, alleviation of symptoms ..) from the hospital. He just prescribed the medicine with the words 'I'm not sure' and the medicine doesn't work at all. Add, When I heard that the credit card is not accepted at the hospital, I asked the doctor, 'does here is the right hospital?’ and He Said "No." I do not even know whether he has the right medical knowledge.

Very good service. Explanation and information provided were detailed. All follow up appointments were very satisfactory as well. Doctor gave feedback on questions that we were unsure of. staff and doctors are friendly too!!

Took my wife for her pregnancy check up. Set appointment at 7pm, clinic opened on time. Dr. Sharad Ratna was there on time. Pleasant approach, good treatment and reasonably priced. Definitely will follow up.

Dr Sharad's attentiveness in listening to my concerns is commendable. Cleared all my apprehensions and queries patiently which kept me confident throughout. Short of words to express my gratitude towards Dr Sharad.

Wow, I have never spoken to any customer-facing person as rude as this, even in the wet market people have more manners. Due to MCO & lockdown I was requesting for a letter/ proof of appointment as with other doctor appointments we had and apperantly I am wasting their time! Do not even bother to come to this place!! 🤬

My ratings is not because of the dr who seems to be knowledgeable, gentle and genuine. My issue is with their archaic administration. 1. Called to make an appointment that was set at 2.30pm. I arrived at 2.30 and the clinic wasn't even opened yet. Had to wait outside for them to come back from lunch. 2. When I set my appointment, I would expect that the said time has already been booked for me. Instead, I spent an hour waiting and the dr only saw me at 3.30 because there was another patient before me. 3. They only accept cash. Yes, I know u explained that the Internet connection is bad and it affects your credit card system, etc but I've seen this complain go waaay back from previous reviews. They have had so much time to improve on customer feedback and choose to ignore it instead. So okay, I went to the atm withdraw money.... when I paid for my bill, they don't even have change 🙄. So again I have to wait for them to get change. Its just seems like poor management la. Only accept cash, but when you pay in cash they don't even have change. 4.My bill came to rm380. I would love to tell you the breakdown of my bill but they can't even provide it. Why ? They give you a really traditional hand written receipt. Im paying so much, at least provide me a proper receipt la right? They were nice to say that they would provide a breakdown of my bill.... but only in 2 days . Why does it take so long to break down my bill? And it has been 2 days.... still no breakdown from them. Guess I'll have to call them again to rush them on something they should already be able to provide me. In all, just skip this place. For the price you are paying, you can get much better service elsewhere. So disappointed Edit in reply to 1st reply: Clinic decided to take jabs at issues totally unrelated to my complaint and instead focused on the quality of my language (??) and my career ( I guess freelancers aren't welcomed here ???) Anyway, I dont think -having time on my hands , -showing up with rm250 in my wallet (urm I had credit cards?) - having subpar language skills - and expecting basic services (like providing a receipt) Is too much to ask. The clinics reply to this review should be evidence enough on why you should definitely avoid this place.... especially if you're a freelancer 🤣🤣

I was actively looking for obgyn that is open during weekend and came across this clinic.Called them and fixed an appointment. This place can be a little tricky for you to find if it is your first visit. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr.Sharad was very clear on the issue that I was facing. He took his time to explain on the next course of action and why it has to be done. He also checked if I have any concern that I would like to clarify on. The charges were also reasonable. The clinic accepts only cash for now however there is an atm kiosk nearby. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking for an obgyn. Excellent service rendered👍🏾

It was my first experience in Malaysia to visit a gynecologist and I don't regret that I've decided to visit Dr. Sharad's clinic. I had few visits and every visit was smooth, professional and pleasant. One thing is that there will be quite long queue and need to wait for your turn but again the waiting is worth it, furthermore it makes to think that Dr Sharad is really good in his job and not only me who have chosen to come exactly to his clinic and didn't regret about it.

Very kind and understanding Dr Sharad. No cash accepted here. But there is a ATM nearby and they accept online transfer. Price is reasonable.

This place is quite hard to find if you're not familiar. But this new clinic is definitely way bigger than the previous one in SS15 Subang. Would be great if the place accepts credit card as I don't carry much cash with me most of the time 😅

Overall i have a pleasant experience at ob-gynae, like it how they can do appt after 7pm on weekdays which can accommodate to my busy work schedule and open on weekends too. Dr is pretty busy, so not much time to ask much questions, best to come ready with questions before meeting dr.

Been a patient to dr sharad for a while, ive had the worst case of period cramps growing up and not even painkillers would help. Went to a few gynae before i saw him and all of them dismissed it. He prescribed me with medication that changed my life. No more pain after and its been a few years long now. The dr is super friendly and informative, its such a comfortable and safe space for women. Would 100% recommend this to people who want to go for check ups.
