My
ratings
is
not
because
of
the
dr
who
seems
to
be
knowledgeable,
gentle
and
genuine.
My
issue
is
with
their
archaic
administration.
1.
Called
to
make
an
appointment
that
was
set
at
2.30pm.
I
arrived
at
2.30
and
the
clinic
wasn't
even
opened
yet.
Had
to
wait
outside
for
them
to
come
back
from
lunch.
2.
When
I
set
my
appointment,
I
would
expect
that
the
said
time
has
already
been
booked
for
me.
Instead,
I
spent
an
hour
waiting
and
the
dr
only
saw
me
at
3.30
because
there
was
another
patient
before
me.
3.
They
only
accept
cash.
Yes,
I
know
u
explained
that
the
Internet
connection
is
bad
and
it
affects
your
credit
card
system,
etc
but
I've
seen
this
complain
go
waaay
back
from
previous
reviews.
They
have
had
so
much
time
to
improve
on
customer
feedback
and
choose
to
ignore
it
instead.
So
okay,
I
went
to
the
atm
withdraw
money....
when
I
paid
for
my
bill,
they
don't
even
have
change
🙄.
So
again
I
have
to
wait
for
them
to
get
change.
Its
just
seems
like
poor
management
la.
Only
accept
cash,
but
when
you
pay
in
cash
they
don't
even
have
change.
4.My
bill
came
to
rm380.
I
would
love
to
tell
you
the
breakdown
of
my
bill
but
they
can't
even
provide
it.
Why
?
They
give
you
a
really
traditional
hand
written
receipt.
Im
paying
so
much,
at
least
provide
me
a
proper
receipt
la
right?
They
were
nice
to
say
that
they
would
provide
a
breakdown
of
my
bill....
but
only
in
2
days
.
Why
does
it
take
so
long
to
break
down
my
bill?
And
it
has
been
2
days....
still
no
breakdown
from
them.
Guess
I'll
have
to
call
them
again
to
rush
them
on
something
they
should
already
be
able
to
provide
me.
In
all,
just
skip
this
place.
For
the
price
you
are
paying,
you
can
get
much
better
service
elsewhere.
So
disappointed

jabs

issues
totally
unrelated
to
my
complaint
and
instead
focused
on
the
quality
of
my
language
(??)
and
my
career
(
I
guess
freelancers
aren't
welcomed
here
???)
Anyway,
I
dont
think
-having
time
on
my
hands
,
-showing
up
with
rm250
in
my
wallet
(urm
I
had
credit
cards?)
-
having
subpar
language
skills
-
and
expecting
basic
services
(like
providing
a
receipt)
Is
too
much
to
ask.
The
clinics
reply
to
this
review
should
be
evidence
enough
on
why
you
should
definitely
avoid
this
place....
especially
if
you're
a
freelancer
🤣🤣
