Very convenient transportation mode for travelling KL-Putrajaya-KLIA2. Friendly staff & quick response whenever you call them for assistance. Would recommend to purchase ticket via their apps as they offering various of tickets promotions. The public facilities are satisfying.

Most shops are closed (temporarily?). Dunkin' Donuts and "I Love Yoo" are operating as normal, in case you get hungry. The ERL Klia Transit trains are running daily (even on public holidays) but with revised timing. Parking is available and you may Park N Ride using your Touch N Go card. However, if you pay at the counters using your Touch N Go e-Wallet, you get 15% off the normal fare.

Missed this place due to PKPB and MCO. Clean and tidy, and this place has a lot of parking lot. The ATM machine just beside the entrance. You can buy a ticket at counter or self service machine. For fast entrance, used Touch n Go card at the gate. You can topup at the self service machine here.

Always the best option after flying from my hometown. It's more cheaper with discount offered. Comfortable, faster and convenience mode of transportation.

24 Mar 2023, MYR30 for the biggest locker which can put a 26 inch luggage plus 30L hiking backpack, still have space left. Duration is not mentioned. Come around lunch hour, less than half lockers were used. You have to buy token from the machine, MYR10 for one token, no change!!! Prepare small bill in advance.

Service at the counter was very helpful and professional. She was friendly. The station was clean and spacious. Paid using my TnG card, for a trip to KLIA2. Waited at platform 3 for the ERL slightly after lunch, and there was not many people. The platform was also spacious and well maintained. Good experience, and I plan to return to this station in the near future.

Clean Quite Windy Humble staffs

11/Jan/2024 Almost easy to access. The elevator going up to the station from the drop off/pick up area was not working. Me and several other people (young & old) struggled to lift heavy baggage up the long stairs. You can purchase tickets through various modes: online (cheaper than buying it at the station), through the machine or at the counter. It's nicely windy at the platform with fans operating all the time. The metal seating is very uncomfortable. Good thing the elevator going down to the platform was functioning at least.

Station needs renovation. More food corners are needed being an important transportation hub. Parking is MYR 8 per day

The city view is beautiful. Convenient traveling with Grab or Buses. Station staff is very helpful and kindness. For left luggage service by drlock was poor, machine was malfunctioning need to switch on/off the machine. Please don’t rely on this service.

From this station to the KLIA only has 1 stop in between for 9.4 dollars! Excellent value and nice train to ride on.

Clean and efficient. Problem is construction. No access by walk to north side, which is closer to city. Tip if u go from KL to airport. Go out here, check out, check in again, take next train 20 minutes later and you will save 20 RM on fare.

Just less friendly at KLIA 2 station as it cannot top up TnG traditional cards. No worries, just walk to the car park lift and one can top up cards at self-help machine.

I use this transportation to commute to Putrajaya from KL Sentral. Purchase the ticket at the counter at rm14 and took about 20 mins to arrive. The train arrives every 30 mins . Please keep your ticket until your destination as you will need to scan it to exit.
