Have been visiting Dr Gin for a number of years before she set up her business at Hello Dental. End-to-end service was A+. Booking: placed via whatsapp, the receptionist was courteous and even pointed out a reserved parking bay given this is Taipan subang. Upon arrival: clinic is very clean/hygienic and facilities are new. There is a washroom and area for children to play. Service: Dr Gin as usual was very patient, calm and thorough in her explanation & during her treatment. My family and I will continue to revisit :)

Very good place. The environment is soothing. The dentist is friendly and very informative. Call and make appointment 1st cos there is only 1 dental room for now. They are still in the midst of expanding.

Doctor was super nice & he will explain on every steps he took. Painless filling, Rm120 per tooth (I had 3, did 2) + Rm30 for consultation . He uses clear filling n reshape it (so it look exactly like my ori tooth)....Awesomeee. Place was clean, comfy & staff are courteous. Child friendly ya. You may park at Wisma Conlay, Rm1.20 per hour. The Dental Clinic is at 2nd Floor.

Did my wisdom tooth extraction and minor surgery with Dr.Gin, she thoroughly explained and walk-through of the process is crucial in the alleviation of anxiety of the patient. The whole journey has been really smooth & it was painless too. The environment is clean and comfortable, nurses is friendly and professional to provide the treatment.

Newborn had tongue tie problem, went here and dr gin was very very good! Gave a clear explanation and the procedure takes less than 5 mins! Hopefully my newborn is feeding well after this. Overall, very satisfied with the service over here, especially the consultation and procedure! . Thank you

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Dr. Gin and the awesome team at Hello Dental! I had the ICON treatment to fix up my teeth, and the results are incredible. My smile went from "ermmmmm" to SUPER CONFIDENT😁 I'd had braces at another place before, but it didn't quite work out. At the end of 2021, a friend recommended Dr. Gin, and I'm so glad I found her. Spent about a year getting my teeth sorted, and even though they're all nicely aligned, I still had some gum and yellowing issues. So, I went for the gingivectomy and also did ICON. The results are for lifetime, and it's totally worth it!!! The team is fantastic, super helpful. Huge thanks to Dr. Gin for her patience and skills. She's been with me since the braces days, it's been 2 years, I can honestly say I've never felt more confident.

My most pleasant dental treatment experience so far. Had a big filling done by Dr Chang, very satisfied how my tooth turned out looking natural and perfect. Decided to continue with Dr Chang in removing my wisdom tooth, whole procedure went well without any pain which is not as traumatic as I thought it would be 😂. I was attended by Dr. Chang for my wisdom tooth extraction. I cannot express my gratitude enough on how amazing the experience was. Dr Gin is very friendly and thorough in her work. The clinic has a child corner and she is pretty good with children, being fun and patient. Recently radiography services are available as well.

The clinic is so comfortable and kids friendly. Dr. Gin gives a good explanation for all your questions. She is so helpful and supportive in breastfeeding. We did a tongue tie release here and the baby can breastfeed much better. Will definitely come here again.

Been going to Dr Gin for years as she’s the first dentist who showed me that checkups can be painless and not traumatic 😀 she explains things clearly before starting any procedures so that you know what’s going on, and she’s always so patient to answer my questions. Love the new clinic! Very clean and welcoming, with books and toys for kids as well. Finding parking at Taipan can be tricky but you can park inside the building (Wisma Conlay).
