Unique designed using 6000 tonnes of reinforced steels; make up almost 70% of its design. Surrounded by infinity-like pools. Spacious & open air; walls concept. A must visit place in Putrajaya (the modern government administration town). Visitors can conveniently park their cars at the covered, street level car park located below the Mosque Main Prayer Hall.

Located in Precinct 3, Putrajaya. If you decided to stop for prayer, please bring your own prayer mat (big size) and prayer clothing. Parking space is very limited since you they only allow you to park next to the mosque. Basement parking is restricted to staff mosque. Must have permission to take photos especially near the main lobby. Quite a distance to walk to the prayer hall and the ablution (wudhu') area is on different level.

Beautiful view. Especially during maghrib, you can see the transition of the day . The sunset. (Didnt get the photo, because we just finish praying and its inappropriate to snap photos at this time). Mashaa Allah. I was praying on level 1 and it was outdoor. Its really calming too.

So lovely to stop in this magnificent divine space and experience the calm and spirituality. Pure and pristine. The mosque is beautiful, a good place to sit calmly and reflect. So quaint and peaceful. Just make sure you are respectful because it’s open to the public and it’s a place of worship

This mosque is excellent concept of green and eco tech, harmonized with modern design. Large praying areas and very well ventilated (5star). One sore thing is the sound system, needed to be upgraded, as it isn't up to the standard (1star). You can hear the sermon, but cannot comprehend what's being said, as it not properly tuned. Overall (2star).

Very clean.Ample parking space.Security guards are well dressed in ther baju Melayu uniform and courteous.A pleasant change from the stereo type security guards we meet in shopping malls who are mostly foreigners, ill spoken, ill mannered. The mosque itself is huge and magnificent, like a palace.Fine wall decor, colourful stain glass panel and rich wall decor of ayat suci on the wall on the inside.A peaceful sanctuary for spiritual enlightment.

Very huge mosque! Have lot of spaces for parking. The things that i really amaze is they have escalator and elevator inside, easy to use for those needed like elderly and disabled people. The toilet and wudhu(ablution) area was very clean and comfortable. And during my time coming here, there is a guide with tourist that come to visit the mosque. Overall I feel comfortable with this mosque.

It has 2 areas for Muslimat to pray; one at L1 ( main hall) and the other one in L2. Ablution area is located at GF. The mosque had no fans before but now it has plenty.

Beautiful mosque and spacious. Nice view especially during Maghrib. Limited parking. Please bring your own sejadah and telekung. Quite far between Prayer hall and Ablution room. There are escalator and lift inside the mosque.

What a great experience! This mosque offers unique and impressive architecture. We had the opportunity to get shown around by a lovely volunteer worker. She did not only show us around but also explained Muslim traditions to us. It's possible to borrow long sleeve clothing to cover.

We will choose to go this mosque whenever we have event around Putrajaya/Cyberjaya. Their parking space is spacious, plenty of clean toilet, you can take shower here too after your evening walk. We were awkard at our 1st visit in 5@8 years back for their open concept. However, we are now good and already adapted toany open concept mosque in Malaysia. They have 2 sections for Muslimah prayer spot too. Ya still visiting the same mosque. Thank you.

This mosque is amazingly clean, tidy, well-maintained, and huge, too. The staff are very friendly and helpful compared to pink mosque. Without aircond, inside the mosque is still cold and chill. Nice interior, too. I will come to this mosque more often.

Nice & beautiful mosque. Modern with Islamic architecture style. No air conds required in the praying hall due to open space design. Plenty of Islamic programmes have been organized here.

Peaceful and Beautiful. An Engineering Marvel which keeps it cool even in hot and humid climate, have to visit to experience it. The architecture is Modern as well as well rooted with Islamic events and scriptures. Words can't justify its beauty .

The mosque is aesthetically beautiful. This review is mostly from my experience as woman visitor at this mosque. For women section, you can pray at the open space at level 1 if I’m not mistaken & also upstairs level for private section. Bare in mind that the space for private section are not very big for lots of people especially during maghrib prayer. You can also take wudhu’ at upstairs level. Overall i would say this mosque has a very spacious space and it uses open air concept. Had a good experience perform my prayer here!

An architectural marvel. This massive structure, seemingly 70% steel-built, stands out majestically. What amazed me even more was its ingenious layout - open on all sides, surrounded by serene water pools and allowing natural air circulation The location on the lake adds to its allure, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking architectural brilliance and tranquil beauty.

Great mosque with beautiful architecture and design with mostly made of steel. A must visit mosque if you come to Putrajaya or KL. Very spacious and clean. Wheelchair accessible and have escalator and lift to tempat wuduk and ruang solat. Advisable to ladies take the lift to level 3. Dewan solat tambahan wanita. Got Telekung rack for ladies that forgot to bring Telekung, also have 2 chairs for senior citizen.

I went there for Eid Visit. This mosque an awesome, amazing creation... I am impressed... Within 1 week I went there 2 time. Both days i prayed Isha Prayer in this mosque. Realy grear architecture... People who visit Malaysia must go to Tuanku mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque Putrajaya. It takes 30-40 minutes to walk from Putra Mosque, Putrajaya.

A beautiful architectural piece of art located beside putrajaya lake. Massive and magnificent mosque that can take a big number of visitors. Managed By kind and welcoming crew who explain and elaborate Islam to visitors in the best way possible.

One of the iconic mosques in Malaysia, it's a big, spacious, beautiful and airy building. Unless you're familiar with the place, you really need to follow the signboard. No worries, there's always staff (guard) around to ask. There are also stairs, an escalator and elevators.

  • 5/5 Azrul J. 7 months ago on Google
I love the open air concept of this mosque. when it is about to rain, the strong wind blowing in bringing cool air is really refreshing. there are also information centre where visitors can ask things regarding Islam. visitors are advised to wear modestly as a sign of respect to the place

One of the best masjid / mosque in the putrajaya area. It's a must visit one as it's built on a completely different and modern style architecture. It also has a huge parking area in it's ground floor so if you do find any parking around the masjid just enter the parking lot.

The second largest mosque in Malaysia that can accommodate up to 20,000 prayers at a time. Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque named after the 13th King of Malaysia. Situated in the prime location by Poudre lake, the view overlook Putra Mosque, Seri Wawasan and Seri Saujana Bridge. The skywalk of Kiblat connected the mosque to Palace Of Justice The mosque was built in German and Chinese style of architecture that looks stunning both day and night time. The open air mosque with unique cooling system was surrounded by water, 70% of the mosque made from imported steel. The aesthetic and majestic design reflected the Islamic heritage and modern masterpiece that rank high on the list as one of the popular places to visit in Malaysia

Visited this beautiful mosque located in Putrajaya, Malaysia while I was on 2019 business trip from former office. Well-built building with artistic architecture made this mosque look spacy, clean, and soothing. The people whom visited for shalat Jum'at here would get free refreshing drink, a cup of iced tea or syrup after shalat. There were also several merchants who were selling various items such as raisin, Moslem wear, honey, coffee, gem ring, and many more. The merchants were all nice.

I prefer this masjid compared to Masjid Putra, less crowded and easy parking here. Due to MCO/COVID-19, kids below 12 years old are not allowed to enter.

Got a multi-functional space for religious activity inside the mosque. Very spacious praying area with a unique styling tree like fan and open wall which allow fresh air to cool the atmosphere

It is too big . Too heavily guarded. The signs are confusing. Unless you have a local who frequent the mosque, you can get lost. The huge parking space is closed until now for what reason Allah knows. If you are visiting as a tourist and take a photo, go ahead. But if you are coming for a quick salah , better find musolla and surau.

this masjid currently on renovation. do not forget to bring ur own sejadah and prayer veil before entering. guard will check.

  • 2/5 Faisal 2 years ago on Google
The place is huge and relatively clean but getting into the main prayer hall from the entrance is a bit complicated especially for older people and first timers. Instead of a clear and short passage from entrance to the prayer hall, visitors need to walk pass several sections and taking the lift to the prayer hall level does not make things less complicated. I personally prefer other user-centric masjids compared to this one

Amazing place. Has always been my top of the list go to spot for that extra calmness. Although i do believe the management have tons of things to improve in terms of the way they handle visitors of the mosque, their in house SOP during this pandemic times. Regardless. It is definitely one of my top of the list calm place to be in.

👍 Love walking through Putrajaya, it the only walkable place in Malaysia. The rest of Malaysia and especially KL should take note of gow to make a livable place. KL is horrible lately just concrete jungle without any green places. It got really bad in past decade.
