bad customer services order goods from June and book for delivery on august (saturday) , after double confirm for delivery they notified delivery only weekday ( after customer follow up) . rude customer service because I don't buy them in large quantities they said " bil bukannya besar mana".

Ordered a wardrobe and upon delivery noticed the writing 'old model' on the wrapping. Upon closer inspection saw that the boards were stained and dust lines apparent inside the wardrobe. The fact that the item was sent for delivery is very unprofessional and kindly do not take your customers as ignorant. Do have some integrity and business ethics. Spoke to the manager who attended to me in Belakong and will wait for an actual new model to be sent. Must say am rather dissapointed. This is not my first purchase but after this incident I am now skeptical of future purchase.
