1st time visit to this salon on last Saturday and i do anti damage treatment. I request for close space from male as i am muslim and head covered. I'm surprised that this salon already got the close space. My hairstylist is Catherine. Before she start with the treatment, she will suggest and explain what else treatment that i need for my hair condition. She is fully understand what’s my hair situation and provide the right treatment. She also will answer all my question patiently. She also provide further knowledge like hows the treatment can last longer. Overall it's very good experience, Catherine and her assistant(Indonesian) is very friendly. Most importantly, she will not hard sell their products. Thank you for your service 👍🏻

Long time didn't visit 72 Change. Glad my favorite stylist Stella Chee still works here. Came for another perm. Stella is very good, always offers good suggestions on haircare, maintenance and how to style different looks. I am definitely happy with my new look. Don't make me look like near 50's at all, perfect right?

Get my hair colouring done there 2 yrs ago, hairstylist was busy on other people head. Color on my head for 1hr+ back home my scalp was damaged and until now 2 yrs past my scalp still damaged. No longer able to do hair colouring for my lifetime. Scalp damaged and have thin scalp feel itchy all time. Never go back again. One more thing, time management was too bad. I waited for 1hr30mins, whole shop only one hairstylist able to service. The other is only newbie or beginner who able to wash hair only. Too bad experience.

Catherine is very nice and pleasant hair stylist who gave a lot of good comments and advice. Very happy with her service. Definitely will come back again.

The hairstylist was OK but the hair washing team was terrible. Scalp massage session became hair pulling session. Would not come back.

This is the worst hair experience I've had. I have natural curls and frizz. I spent RM579 and 4 hours. I did an anti damage treatment. Just finished, and my hair is still visibly frizzy. Some strands are still curly. The next day, after washing and blow drying my hair, some parts became even less straight. By the third and fourth day, I had given up. Don't be deceived by the advertisements on FB/Insta/XHS. They kept promoting their packages to me, ranging from RM1800 to RM7000! I'm so glad I didn't sign up for their package. This was my first visit and definitely my last. One more thing to note is that their FB/Insta/XHS accounts have so many likes and comments because they told me they have a lucky draw. To participate, you must like and comment. So don't be fooled by all those reviews. P/S: My hairstylist was Stella. The attached photo show the results from the 1st day. Some parts are already uneven and frizzy.

Bad experience. Did reservation online, told us to come saloon immediately, system said no waiting time. When we reach, told us to wait for one hour... Hahahaha ok so we waited. After the 1 hour we get back, they told us to wait another 30 minutes. Cannot stick to their own promises. Irresponsible. No cooperation between barber.

Literally out of a shampoo commercial where those models had silky smooth and shiny hair lmaooo,, my hairstylist was ms catherine, she was super nice and catered to my needs. She explained everything carefully to me, gave me tips on how to take care of my hair, and answered all of my questions patiently, thank you !
