It's always a pleasant to be at Ra-ft Cafe at Binjai. As per my niece's comment, food is not only nice but it's DELICIOUS. Excellent Service from the floor - friendly and helpful staffs....they know how to keep customer happy...Ali, Shah, Qumar....I will certainly recommend to everyone!

During our recent visit to Kuala Lumpur, we had a breakfast at Ra-Ft Cafe, and it was a delightful experience overall. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the coffee and juices. Both were top-notch and served with a wonderful blend of flavors that left us refreshed and satisfied. The granola and yogurt combination was an absolute winner – a perfect 10/10. The balance of textures and the combination of flavors made for a truly enjoyable start to the day. While the fried breakfast had its merits, we did find it a bit heavy on the cheese, particularly in the beans and tomatoes. While cheese can be a wonderful addition, it seemed a touch overwhelming in this context. The chocolate pancakes were a treat for the senses – fluffy and delicious. However, we must admit they were a tad too chocolaty for a breakfast dish. A slightly more subdued chocolate flavor would have been ideal for a morning meal. The cafe's ambience was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall pleasant experience. In conclusion, Ra-Ft Cafe is a great spot to kickstart your day with quality coffee, refreshing juices, and a delightful granola and yogurt combo. While there were a couple of aspects that didn't align perfectly with our taste, the overall experience was positive. We rate it 4 out of 5, and we'd recommend giving it a try during your Kuala Lumpur visit.

We arrived at 10AM, many empty tables, staff told us indoors was fully booked so we went outdoors. Prices were acceptable for the area but the portions were unacceptable. The portions were sized for children & not adults. The chicken gyro wrap was bland, I couldn't taste the teriyaki chicken but the salad sauce was a life saver. Bill came out to RM165.8 for 6 items. The tables remained empty after leaving, it seemed only with reservations & being western could get you a table. This restaurant did not welcome Malaysians. Overall, 4/10 👍🏼Would I recommend? Probably not 🙏🏼

Cozy place to have breakfast especially because it’s nice and quiet at 8 am. The food is decent, nice croissant with butter and proper scrambled egg with salmon. The coffee is far below standard, it is very light and watery. We could sense that the milk in my cappuccino was not steamed properly.

As an American I was happy to stumble across this place. The pancakes were delicious. I haven’t had authentic American style pancakes in a long time. The bacon!! Outstanding real American style. Gas, potato. Everything outstanding!!

Love this place! Atmosphere is great, staff are super friendly and they served awesome coffee with super cute coffee art. Basically made my day with their coffee art haha. Anyway food is decent but I do think the amount of cheese makes it a bit too overpowering in the Carbonara. If you are around KL very early you can surely come here for an early breakfast as they opened quite early at 7:30am.

This is a really nice cafe on the ground floor of the Binjai 8 building. It's at the end of a laneway behind the Intercontinental hotel. I can walk there from Ampang Park LRT or the yellow MRT line. Menu was interesting, coffee was good, staff were great and there was plenty of seating.

Everything about this cafe was 10/10 and we were thoroughly impressed with how delicious the food was! We arrived at 4.15pm and despite closing at 5pm, the staff were still happy to take our orders! We ordered the classic burger and pad thai noodles. Jannat, our server, was extremely welcoming and helpful with giving us suggestions for where to visit in KL. First time here but will definitely be back during our trip!!

The BEST coffee in all of KL and the most wonderful, kind, friendliest staff I think Ive ever come across (no exaggeration). I casually mentioned to a lovely waitress one morning it was my birthday the next day and we might return to this cafe...she went above an beyond and informed all the staff so upon my return, they treated me SO kindly (as they were all the other customers at the time we were there), but made sure I was well looked after. The barista is very talented with his coffee art skills! Very impressive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE!

This place really knows its western food, plus their coffee is superb. Combine that with a beautiful and quiet location and you have a hidden gem. Great to walk to away from the hustle, not sure if parking is available. Bit hard to see from outside as it's part of a menara and Zeus Coffee is most visible (that's just a kiosk really), Ra.ft is inside on your left. Aircon inside or open air outside, they allow dogs on the outside if they are well behaved. Only downside is their name is so odd you tend to forget it.

Portion is adequate to the price you pay for. French Toast - OMG THE BREAD. ITS SOOO FLUFFY! Surprisingly the winning dish of our whole experience. Lovely experience. Definitely will come again for 2nd, 3rd, ++++ times!

I love this place. Environment is comfortable, waiters are polite and friendly. Don't worry even if you sit at a far corner out of sight from the counter because the waiter will check out all corners once in a while. My Make-Your-Own-Breakfast is all good, fresh ingredient, nicely done, lightly seasoned, and filling. I will definitely come again for this. Price: RM40, Food: 9/10

Overall great spot for breakfast. Went here with the family (5ppl). The ambiance is great and the service was on top of everything and very friendly. The food was presented very well and the taste was clean. The dishes were filling yet light enough so we didn't over eat. One thing to note is that they have a different menu over the weekends. I was looking forward to try their signature dish (the crown), but it wasn't on the menu.

An extensive selection of food here. The big breakfast was great and a lot of value choices. Can’t complain with the price for all dishes - simple flavours and cooked well. The iced dirty matcha was too bland however and you could barely taste the matcha or espresso shot. Thought a great atmosphere to dine with nice natural lighting and greenery.

Came here for lunch on labor day and it was nearly full house. Due to the crowd, the place was very noisy. Visitors can park their cars in the basement of the building. The baked sea bass and the pan cake were delicious.

One of my favourite low key brunch places in KL! The coffee is excellent and so far everything on the menu is delicious. They serve generously good portions for a good price and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

Eggs Benedict too. A referral partner ordered Vietnamese noodles - it smelled so great. I ordered for an egg and bacon bagel - it was truly just egg and bacon and bagel. Some side leaves and sauce would have been great! Latte was not bad. I actually had 2 glasses of latte. Friends ordered kombucha. Water is free and has lemon 🍋 slices. Would I come back here? Yes. It’s within walking distance of the Ampark Park MRT, too. Just 5 mins walk, or less.

I want to move to KL just for this place 🤣 the Green Thumb juice is so refreshing and really hit the spot after a long flight. My mochaccino was amazing - the batista made a little cat in latte art for me too. Avo toast... unreal. Definitely coming back

The place is nice. It's an all day brunch, or breakfast and lunch. A lot of variety of western dishes. Very good actually. It's not like a high end brunch, ingredients are fine and the price is fair. And yet they offer some traditional western favorites like the Benedict eggs . Nice place to brunch on the weekend.

Came here for brunch on New Year’s Eve. Atmosphere was chill and cosy. We ordered the tuna & tomato focaccia and the chicken burger. We had to wait about 30 mins for our food. However, I must say that we were impressed with the tuna focaccia as the bread tasted fresh which goes well with the big chunks of tuna. We felt the chicken burger lacked seasoning but fries were good. Drinks were done well. Good coffee with beautiful latte art (did not manage to take a picture, sorry!)

Nice ambiance. Food is good especially the pastas and all-day breakfast with baaaacon!! The latte art :) was my first trip there and never knew why unless I was frowning when I entered. Anyway the place and food for me was the hook + being a member there with the perks is not bad either.

RA-FT is one of my favourite breakfast places in town. My first time was at their Mont Kiara outlet which is review earlier but this time I went to their downtown KL's outlet in Binjai 8 near KLCC. It is definitely more spacious and bright compared to their other outlets. Gotta love the high ceiling with greenery view outside. Back to food - one of few breakfast places with pork in their menu. ◾Classic Egg Benedict - homemade bread, baby spinach, bacon, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce with everything stacked up nicely on the plate. Not enough? Go for more atas one like Gourmet & Royale where they use premium Parma ham or smoked salmon respectively. ◾Instead of full RA-FT breakfast which is their signature, I opted to create my own plate consisted of croissant, scrambled eggs, pork sausage with 2 side dishes of roasted tomatoes and mushrooms. ◾Of course breakfast is never complete without a nice cup of latte and flat white to go with the food. On normal days, I'd go to their Mutiara Damansara or Mont Kiara outlet, as they are closer to home.

Good food especially the French toast.. while it has gluten free bread option.. flat white was nicely made with rabbit art on the foam though slightly acidic beans were used which is not my cup of tea.. pricing on the high side..

The coffee is great. Had their granola and crispy fried chicken sandwich, the bread is very good. Their granola also very nice, but the portion could have been slightly bigger. Overall, good place for breakfast or brunch.

I just love this place, it’s a very high quality brunch place, every dish and drinks are very good. If you go there, please try their Chai Latte, it’s just amazingly good and satisfying, even better than Indian restaurant. I also recommend the egg Benedict Royal that I take all the time and just keep on delivering satisfaction

This is one of my favourite places and I've been going to it over the last few years. You're always greeted with a smile and the food is not only presented well, it tastes good! Genuinely the best breakfast I've had across the whole of Asia in the past 2 months. What a find! I had an amazing sourdough bread with mushrooms, avocado, asparagus, poached eggs and balsamic vinegar. Oh my days, delicious! And amazing coffee! Again, one of the best I've had. They even had soya milk!! Reasonably priced considering the quality of service and food. Will be back, possibly later today!!

We had the signature Ra-ft breakfast & Classic Egg Benedict and it was average-ish. Its because both the breakfast was served cold and I usually like my breakfast to be served hot....but then again we came on new year's day, so it could be the reason they weren't able to keep up as food has to be prepared ahead of the order. We do however enjoyed the ambience - it brings out the casual Sunday brunch with family and friends.

Really nice place for brunch! On weekdays from 11:30 they have brunch offer for 29RM for 3 dishes or 37RM for 4 dishes. Really good deal! We made the second one, were happy!

Great place for a chat with friends or to while away with a book right in front of you - there is plenty of natural light here. It does get busy, and the acoustics isn't the best. The food can be pricey depending on what you choose, but the quality is good here as the ingredients are fresh. But Ra-Ft deserves a 5 star rating because the tremendous service, which is refreshing given that most places will take your order, serve and move on. Please keep on the good work.

The pasta and ciabatta bread are freshly made! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is nice with good music, making it the perfect spot for brunch. They have a nice selection of imported beers and wines! However, the service was a bit slow despite the place not being crowded, and the food took a little while to be delivered. But, it is definitely worth the wait as the food was absolutely delicious!

I shouldn't have trusted the reviews i read here....pork burger was a let down and costs ard rm3x to rm4x (sorry... could not remember, it was that insignificant) the patty is smaller than my palm the whole dish looks slightly pathetic considering the price they are charging we were irritated with the waitress as she took the wrong order. i really dont know how she messed up "raft pork burger" with "raft breakfast". kept arguing with me and showing me what she wrote. i told her off to do not argue as you took the wrong order hence you wrote wrongly. tips: need to ask waiter to repeat your order to confirm. she did not do that else the mistake would have been avoided i specifically chose this resto as it serves pork and wanted to try the pork burger... imagine how hangry i was when i was served a plate that dont even have any MEAT. seriously, she needs some training... even at beginning she already gave me not a good impression as she started taking order in mandarin. i do converse in mandarin but when a customer started with English means it's the preferred language. And do not assume chinese looking means boleh cakap cina. and we were suppose to be served by another but she just rushed to us when i signaled for "Sunny" the waiter. my friend wondered did she just stole his "commission"? I think Sunny and another waiter sensed our displeasure as they came up separately to ask if all is ok. much appreciated. giving face and i was in good mood i guess... as my Karen did not make an appearance sad looking latte art. pls avoid doing them if you cant. pls do not serve lattes with botched latte art. seriously.. avoid this place especially if you want to try the pork burger. i would have given any stars for food if not for the scramble eggs gave 2 stars overall for the 2 waiters' initiatives and the one who ran after us to return the hp we left on the table

Nice environment and delicious food. I have my breakfast around 8am, not crowded and comfortable. I ordered the signature all-in-one big breakfast. Overall food quality is good but I really surprised with the baked potato, it soft from inside, outer skin is crispy and I can taste the sweetness of potato. Even though the price for big breakfast is Rm33, it definitely sufficient for two ladies to share. As a man, it already consider big portion for me.

The place is nice and the ambiance was spectacular. Probably because it was a public holiday and there wasn't really a crowd. Could do my work in relative peace and the waiters are attentive and welcoming. Probably my only complain would be the peaking around the area which is hard to get even on a public holiday.

First time here, had a wonderful experience here. Honestly I had no hope for cafe foods and I was prepared for disappointments but the food was great, there’s a Chinese lady explain to us that the pizza and pastas are all homemade, we were 🤯 I hate pasta but my friend got the fettuccine and dude it was goooooooooooood. I told her that I didn’t really liked the coffee coz it taste a little burnt but she explained that the coffee beans were roasted by themselves (if I’m not mistaken) so it’s alright, ended up had 2 cups haha Service was awesome, she repeated our order and told us to enjoy our meal when the food arrived, even asked us if we need anything or is everything okay, thank you for that <3 However I am a pastry chef myself, the brownies were a 1.5/5 for me, tasted good but it was very mushy like mashed potato texture, I suggest to change recipe :) P/s : she cleared our table when we were done eating, we helped too coz we like to ease the burden for the waiter/waitresses no matter where we are, they praised us for being the best customers, thank you for that coz it made our day, you’re awesome too, thank you for everything and your services <3

Food and drinks price is on a high side comparing with the portion. The good thing is they have online reservation which is very good. We dont need to queue. Things to improve: 1. Having read much ado about Ra-Ft, it however felt just a wee bit underwhelming whilst we had our brunch here. Don't get me wrong, everything on the big breakfast platter felt decent - with perhaps only their thin bread slice as something I wished I had upgraded away in hindsight - but ultimately there something that's just missing from making the overall experience amazing. Coffee ☕was decently good & bonus points for their flexibility in allowing customisations to your orders 👍🏼 Ambience wise it a gorgeous setting with just the right mix of greenery & wood.

Nice coffee and croissants, location is so-so. I imagine mostly for the neighborhood people. Edit: Expanding a bit on the above since it's become a go to place for me over the weekends, I've tried most of the breakfast menu, the eggs benedict are really nice, also the toast with avocado and salmon. Great orange juice also but super expensive (I think around 13-14RM), while on the other hand one of the cheapest coffees in KL (6RM for a doppio). Service is of course great, there is a million servers around so you never have to wait long to get served, and the food comes out quite quickly. Great place overall.

We tried a lot of cafes while in KL, and this definitely remained one of the favourites. Quiet location, excellent cold brew, and the only gluten free brownie (or dessert) I found on the trip! Very very reasonably priced as well.

Lovely ambiance, interesting menu, pretty plating. Maybe due to the MCO (fewer people) and cost cutting, however, it was uncomfortably warm on my last visit, despite it being a rainy evening. Wait staff are lovely and very helpful, and will tell you when they think you're shortlisting an item you won't like, lol. They were down to just two people working the floor in late afternoon though, so when one goes on break and an unexpected crowd comes in, it can be hard to flag down the remaining waiter/waitress.
