For self defense, well being and keeping fit, they are very good

This place have ping pong! Hahaha They also have gym, futsal, mma training, badminton and woman fitness (zumba, yoga etc.) Alot of parking toooo! The toilet is clean. The facility is well maintain n properly clean. The price is cheappp broo. Haha Bonus* there is a cafe of the corner. Bicycle cafe. Cosy and they provided refreshing drinks after you workout. 👍

Grounds are well maintained by two guys: two ladies do a brilliant job of keeping the hall, toilets and all in spotless condition: security staff and gym receptionists are helpful and friendly: one young man keeps the gym clean and tidy, fixes whatever is broken to the best of the tools and spares he has and is always free-enough to explain how a machine works. So why one star short? It's the 'experienced' gym users: not all but most simply leave the dumbbells all over the place for other to seek and find and worse, they leave their heavy weights on the bar for the average and new 'gymers' to struggle with before they even start. They train with perhaps 5,10 or 20 kg aside and some Hercules has left 2, 3 or 4 TWENTY-FIVE weights on each side of the bar. And none of the experienced gymers wipe up after themselves.

Great place for sporting event... From badminton, futsal, gym and therapy too. Well maintained

I came here for a physiotherapy treatment ..this place has a big gym, sports courts for badminton etc. Also small shops and stalls for food.

Has improved over the years, frequently train my clients and myself there. Equipment well maintained.Management and staffs are friendly and helpful. Affordable to public to train well. 2 floors of machine and free weights. Ladies training have a separate section too. A plus factor. Highly recommended.

Ample Parking and have some eateries outside. I usually go to the women's gym (1st floor, near the counter. Generally not a lot of people). Walk in price of gym is RM7 and RM5 for students. The equipments are nice, though some are broken. I didn't like that the free weighs section of the women's gym is hot since there's no fan there, also they recently removed the incline bench. The ping pong table is so dirty and it needs a piece of cardboard to stabilise the table (it's not). I'm hoping the management took care of it cause i came here for badminton and futsal, and never tried ping pong. So when i try it.....

Played football here with my friends during September, October and December. Very nice place, a big football court to play in and have a nerf gun battle in. Overall, this place is amazing and I will definitely come here again soon

Good & Nice enviroment But need a little maintenance work on this table tennis table & net. TQ.
