Pleasant environment, quiet and clean in Facebar Taipan. Staffs are friendly and well trained. My therapist Susu which make me feel comfortable to have my facial regularly with amazing products. Susu explained to my skin condition and the way to take care healthy skin.

I was greeted by Carien and my facial analysis consultation was done by Nora. Both were done promptly and thoroughly. I was hoping to do the Big Bang treatment but I was having an acne breakout so my beautician, Susu, recommended a Cleopatra Cleanse instead. The entire process was very well done in my opinion, done meticulously and I stayed well-informed throughout the whole thing. Of course, there was absolutely no hard selling, but I decided to buy a product anyway thanks to the birthday discount my friend has (we came together). It’s my first time and will most definitely come again! The improvement is obvious even for acne-prone skin, my skin is clearly brighter and smoother.

The session was relaxing and every step she explained what the step does for my skin. She also gave me tips for my skin through the facial. Very nice and friendly girl. Ambience: Clean and relaxing facial spot. They provided hot towel and tea before facial. After facial, there is Dyson hairdryer to use and hot tea. However this location, parking is a pain as taipan parking is difficult to find.

Very good service and no rush. First time facial only RM29. The experience is very soothing and peaceful and has privacy. There is a door in the room so no one could come in except the worker. I even felt like falling asleep because of how quiet it is. I would come again if I could 10/10
