I was a loyal customer since 2009 but my recent visit to the restaurant was quite disappointing. The ingredients were no longer fresh, and the portions reduced. Design of the grill became black (not sure why), not sure if it's an illusionary effect but it wasn't as effective as the golden ones while grilling. The signature gravy sauce tasted different as well. Don't think I will visit to any of the restaurant anymore.

recently they changed their way of placing the garlic and chili. they used to put it in a covered container with spoon in it. now they put it in an "opened air" bowl without any spoon in it. We saw some people scooping the chili and garlic with their used spoon and chopstick half way from eating. this is so unhygienic. besides, what if there are small cockroaches, lizards or even flies roaming around the garlic and chili? this will eventually cause food poisoning and sickness that can infect one another.

Very bad ventilation. Food is not impressive. Meat and seafood is not fresh. Soup broth is water. Drinks are too sweet. Staff is untrained but friendly. Very noisy restaurant mostly contributed by the staff especially when they clear the tables they just throw things around and always dropping plates and bowls on the floor. Also very noisy when they wipe the chopsticks. Someone please train them to work quietly it's very annoying. Definalty not coming back and highly not recommended.

This outlet has birthday set so long can prove birthday within 3 days before/after. The meat slices in this outlet are not too thin not too thick, good for two to three pax for this portion. It is slightly cheaper compared to other non birthday sets.

The shop very oily, floor, chair, table, everything. Previously they did clean the table with liquid, but now still very oily even they clean it. One of the best place to have bbq food. The set meal for lunch was reasonable price, only rm15.90 pork set. Promo for lunch is from 12pm to 5pm. Must try their bacon roll , one of the best bacon roll I've eaten so far. Surely recommended, place is sop priorities, social distant and well sanitize. Clean place and good bbq food.

If you love BBQ plaza, you should come during lunch. Lunch set for 2 cost you only around RM15 per pax and you get good portion of meat, condiments, garlic rice and a drink. That's awesome value.

Came here to enjoy the bbq, service was quick and efficient and staff always served our demands quickly. We ordered the sets and found to be good value for money. The meat and the vegetables were all decent quality and freshness. The griddle pan and cooker heats up fast and cools down quickly when you adjust the temperature, very good. Their bbq sauce is the real secret though, suggest you to mix it with the minced garlic and chilli's and stir and eat with the meal. Also recommend the garlic rice soooooo delicious. Great fun for all the family at reasonable price.

The cabbage is pretty bitter after ee cook into the soup. The soup just like plain water. We order 2pax set, but the portion is definitely not for 2 pax. Definitely will not visit again.
