By far the worst boost franchise I ever seen , the service is so slow , need to wait almost 50minutes for just one drinks , the worker and the service is the worse I have ever seen .Only 2 worker do the work to serve lots of customer.Lastly ,the worker must not playing their own phone while there were like 30 customer waiting . If there 0star rating ,no doubt I will give it .

Came for twice. First is during peak hour, more than 5 staff in the store but their movement is slow. Not sure is not well trained or how. Second when there is no customers, 5 staff was behind counter chatting and when they saw me, not immediately come to front for collect order. Wait for decades to get my drinks even there are 5 staff. I went other branches with only 2 staff, they are faster. Disappointed

lousy service #slow #lazy #workerwasonherphone we had to wait 20+ minutes just to order 😡😡 and the worker taking our order was calling someone. Worker who was making the actual smoothies was very slow and did NOT rush even when the line was long.

The drinks was not smoothie although I order smoothie, is very diluted.. Everytime the drink not taste good. Sometime I went to buy drink but the staff everytime saying was break and ok I come 1 hours ago then told me was closed .. what service like that? And everytime only got 1 staff take the order, washing, making juice.. disappointed pls take note 🙏🏻 will not come again

Unless you have the whole day doing nothing, can have a drink here. Only 1 staff with unfriendly and overworked face. Slow because need to wash, take order, make order, clean tables. Boost Juice, please look into this. Will be last time to order drink if I see similar stalls elsewhere. Not worth the wait.

Bad experience. One of the female staff eating bubble gum while blending customer beverages. I don't think that's appropriate. Staff all make fun , play joke seem enjoy the work...But lot of customers was `Q`ing there..So...Why no one helping ? I can see many Original size drink order are not fill up full in the cup.. When I asked, she just give me extra few ice cube and apple juice..Then blend again..Omg ... And then pass the beverage to me with the unhappy face. Seriously!?! Hmmmm...Still many customers Q and support this Boost store. Hope u guys play hard, WORK hard too!

Bad staff attitude, bad quality juice. Ordered for extra banana but did not provide extra banana, when ask for about it staff insisted that added extra.

The worst drink i ever had among all the boost i had been

Ordered single juice watermelon NO ICE, but unfortunately the drink 100% like plain water. I noticed the staff cut the watermelon together with the skin and i did ask them for new one and the staff (namely NAFIS if im not mistaken) said, “air buah kita memang xde rasa,just rasa buah je, rasa fresh” . Im dead the second they told me that. Someone please tell me, the watermelon memang rasa mcm plain water. Then im okay. Plus, the made a new one but with ICE. And then they bluntly told me the drink made with no ice. I cant argue no more. Boost Juice just getting bad and bad i suppose.

Come here at 720pm, staff said close cause they are on break. So i was like okay i'll come later. I come back at 855pm, staff said they are close for the day? What is this? If by 9pm you are close there is no need to mention you are open till 10pm? There's no notice whatsoever. You could just tell me at 720pm that you are closing at 9 so i have to come back before then? Faham je kalau short staff but inform properly la, why waste my time to go back and forth.

The queue wasnt that long but very long waiting time. The drink was very diluted as well. Idky the staff was asking me to add on blueberry(RM1.50), but i still couldnt really taste the blueberry. Its more like a diluted ice blended juice. Thumbs down for boost IOI City Mall. Will not visit again. Unpleasant experience

9.16pm Nov6 2022, Only customer when they took order. Only order two juices, staff playing around and not focusing. Had to wait 20mins just for two juice.

Poor service. Customer is not the staff's priority. They took payment in advance but make us wait for 20mins, and when questioned our order was not even in the list! Strange!! And not even an apology... What a waste for a cup of juice!
