Good place to eat. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Food service is also fast. The decor is beautiful, worthy of social media posts. The food is also delicious and affordable, while still filling. I ordered most of the dim sums on the menu for my lunch, enough to feel full. The porridge with a century egg also looked good. They also have a good selection of Chinese teas.

Were here few years back. Today is our second time having meals at this good restaurant. Food is decent. Service are excellent. Staff assisted all our needs at their best. Really enjoy our food as the taste is undeniably consistent

The place to eat halal dim sum at putrajaya. There are variety of dim sum and fermented tea. I like i like... The ambience and decorations is calming and nice, but seem becoming a place for gegurl team having a lunch break or tea time while chatting. The food is delicious but careful to choose the portion. There's may portion to eat for a few person, while others for single portion. A bit pricey but compared with the taste, that a good bargain. Staff friendly and services is fast and excellent.

Halal dimsum restaurant at IOI City Mall. The service was great and the food was delicious. Try the guava orange juice combo. The selection of rice we ordered was tasty, especially the salted fish fried rice. We also tried the fried cheese and prawn, I personally did not enjoy that much but the rest of the table did. It was a wonderful experience, I highly recommend.

I love having my cravings here. All are good, from service to food taste to atmosphere. Spacey and not packed. Only pay by card are accepted here.

The quality of the dim sum dishes that I had sampled here was good and decent. It may not be at a level comparable to the more well known places but it’s certainly worth a visit. The service was good (for a Thursday) and the decor of the place delivers a great ambiance.

The food was fantastic! Service was excellent too. But I don’t really fancy the crowd who visited the place. They are all adults but sadly they behave like a band of uncontrollable teenagers during school assembly. Not a very pleasant environment for you to enjoy your meal in peace. We ordered Chinese tea but apparently they charge the tea per cup instead of per teapot(something you’d like to keep in mind when ordering). Definitely won’t be visiting Dolly Dim Sum IOI Mall again. Not worth the price you paid for the overall experience.

Overall the place is clean, ample seating but always crowded. You may need to queue during peak hours or during weekends. It is also quite pricey. Food wise, some taste different now but the dim sum is good if you're going with your non pork diner friends.

Was there to celebrate Mil's birthday. It was quite a disappointment. Service can be much better. Some dining areas were closed despite the queue outside, consisting of seniors and couples with baby/toddlers. Some tables were placed with dipping sauce (as should be). We had to ask for ours despite food already served. Server didnt even acknowledge request, as we hadnt spoken to her. She merely placed food stoically on table and moved on. This was generally be the vibe that day. Indifferent, with the exception of a lady server who seemed friendly. Her name started with a C. Perhaps it was a bad mojo day for the servers. Food is not as good as we've had pre Covid or ones we have eaten at other outlets. We are not new to Dolly Dim Sum. With such decline in food quality and service, perhaps (hope) this is our last. May your experience better than ours ✌🏻

Dolly Dim Sum is a Halal Dim Sum restaurant - I highly recommend you to order their Crispy Shrimp Cheong Fun, Salad Prawn Dumpling and their Salted Egg Custard Buns. Their Royal Golden Fried Rice is good too. Their prices are above average, but the food tastes good, and served quite quickly - took around 10 - 20 minutes for everything to arrive, perfect for a quick meal if you arrive early during peak hours. If you come as a large group of 5 or more, it’s highly recommended to reserve ahead of time.

Food quality is very good, better than Sunway outlet, which is surprising. Staff is very friendly except the person in charge. Will come back definitely.

The service was swift and crews were really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The szechuan dumpling is really good!! Tried all 3 cheong fun, was okay, nothing so amazing. The egg custard bun is worth the hype. Overall, this dim sum place is maybe on the pricier side but you’re really paying good for the food taste and quality.

Went there for early dinner with my family. Food was good. The pomegranate juice and lemon grass juice tasted blant though. Staff friendliness can be improved. Just as simple as a smile, greet and show some enthusiasm while talking to customers will do.

All the food we ordered was delicious 👍, except for the Prawn Cheong Fun, which wasn’t as good as I remembered the last time I went here.

the food here is very good, i came here because of their Chee Cheong Fun, but fell in love with their Szechuan Dumplings instead. their Beef Kuay Teow is also GOOD. Thai Fried Rice, a little too sweet but okay, 7/10. Golden Fried Rice is okay-ish 6/10. the Staffs were very good and efficient, even when handling so many customers.

First time here. Food are amazing even though it was my first time tried them. Staff are friendly and price are reasonable. The portion is just nice for one person but you could order many dishes and share so that you can try them all. I will definetely come again in future.

The foods were very tasty and service was fast. I tooked 20 minutes waiting list to be seated because we when there at peak hours but while waiting they provided you with the menu so that you can decide what you want to order.. 😋

One of our favourite dimsum’s place when visiting IOI City mall. We arrived around 8:30pm and the restaurant was almost full. Lucky us, we managed to get a table. For ordering, you will have to fill up the menu sheet and pass it to the waiter. The staff were friendly, took our order professionally and food arrived quite fast. Everything we ordered were delicious to our liking. Fresh ingredirents, cooked and well seasoned. Do try out their salted egg custard bun with runny filling. It was so good. In terms of dining experience, to me the distance between tables are quite close to one another, unless you manage to get sofa seating. However, price was reasonable and worth the taste plus they have variety of selections. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at Dolly Dim Sum!

One of many halal dim sum located in IOI city Mall. Dolly restaurant is nicely decorated, charming and inviting interior. Staff are welcoming and quick to show seating. Most of our orders were quickly served within 5-10 minutes except lo mai kai took 20 minutes to get served. Even though food presentation is great, their dim sum quality and taste is so so only. Hot tea is charged by cup/head even though you’re getting a pot to share , refill is free. Overall, if you’ve never tried halal Chinese breakfast before do try. Price is expected to be on the high side since dim sum is a luxury breakfast for most people.

Price a bit pricey, portion quite small, if you’re really starving please don’t eat here. You will not feel totally satiety. But the taste is not that bad. Will repeat again? Maybe not at this moment/ year.

The fried rice is a must order item on top of the dimsums. Portion is good for sharing between 2-3 people when ordered with dimsums. Just noticed they have chicken feet on their menu so will have to revisit with more parties in the near future. Efficient and attentive staff. Clean restaurant. Good waiting time. :) Kids are given their own bowls and utensils. Thank you! Decent eatery for all - single diners, couples, families and friends. Not sure if it their usual term but they only accept credit card payment when I was there. This isn’t a problem for me as I prefer cashless transactions. Anyhow, thank you for letting me know upfront. :) p/s: To avoid disappointments of having no tables, come during off-peak.

Great service, the food came quite fast. BBQ Chicken CCF - The white layer is a bit thick and the inti is quite pecah-pecah so it was rather hard to eat. I have tasted better CCF texture-wise and taste wise. Radish Cake - very soft! I really liked the softness and it is cooked nicely. Se Chuan Prawn Dumpling - The dumpling is delicious but the se chuan soup is not the best. Would prefer something more neutral than salty.

Delicious, rare halal dim sum chain shop. Good ambience, clean and good service. Something light to go with for halal yumcha or tea break..

Very popular eatery, you have to take a number and wait for a vacant table. We ordered a number of dumpling dishes, fried rice, and a couple of drinks. Portions were pitifully meager. The thai fried rice was very messily plated and very sweet, what a disaster. Drinks were mostly ice and even then only three quarters full. Sad to say not a very memorable dining experience.

food was good. service is good and fast. just that personally i find the salted fish fried rice to be bit too salty. rest of the food was good 👍🏻. price may be above average. best to dine at non peak periods due to high volume of diners

I have waited for 40 minutes at this outlet.. and currently there are 2 available tables for 30 minutes empty.. yet the staff want to wait for more than 10 tables available… at first when i arrived she just said only 2 que times need to wait.. but actually we need to wait for more than 10 tables available? So this will only benefit for those who are coming late for that instead us who are the first group who reached the outlet.. we have to wait for 30 minutes.. but the last group just need to wait for 5 minutes…so as u can see there are so many available tables here..

My fav place, all the time. My complete set of 2, would be royal golden fr, crispy noodle, egg custard bun (ofcos cant miss this 😘), prawn cf, and most fav too, sch dumplings! 🫶🫶🫶 id suggest go to ioi branch, the staffs are super nice

Foods and services, very good. But the taste of cappuccino, not worth it as the price. Since the choice of coffee itself limited, at least please improve the taste of cappucino. Tq.
