Staff is arrogant. They refuse me to buy cause I am wearing a backpack. They judge people by their appearance.

Went there to look for some of their products. When I entered the store no one serves me. Therefore I took a look on one of the bag, suddenly a sales person say I could not take the bag by myself instead when he passed to me he just walk away without even letting me ask question. This is so called high end customer service. Stuck up SA

I'm so excited when I in the luxury shop. I decide to grab many things there. It's chance for me and my boyfriend to enjoy our shopping. I'll come back Gucci.

Very Poor Service, compare to Gucci in the Gardens, all the staff busy with their owns things with out prioritizing their clients.They cannot even explain properly there product s, Are u all guys having a training before you selling things? is not about the price. To the Store Manager, train your staff properly or fired all of them and change a better one.

Gibson was nothing BUT 100% lovely and helpful since I set foot in the store ♥️ he wasn’t arrogant or judgey at all, was just really friendly and even made conversation on what he personally preferred and recommended, def coming back here just for him!

This door keeper has no manner and bad attitude. Please re-train her.

Rude salesperson. Was looking at the belt, a sales lady totally ignore my query when I ask her. She just walked off. Although she's attending to a customer, she should not just ignore and walk away. At least you can respond or get your colleague to attend to us. Another guy staffs was busy talking to each other but never bother attending or entertaining us. When called for them, they don't have the intention to serve properly. 👎

The staff scan you from top to toe before came to serve you, your appearance decide which level of service you get 😂 Prada next door is way better

Visited this store and I was greeted by CA Dylan A. He did an excellent job at making my shopping experience pleasant. Dylan was fairly knowledgeable about the products and provided fast, efficient service in a professional manner. Purchased some shirts and jewellery, left satisfied.

I have great experience when I shopping at gucci store bcoz really nice n friendly staff name gibson...so the other day I come again unfortunately he doesn't have bcoz his shift start at 2.30 pm,next time I will come at the time...

We were served by a senior sales advisor by the name of Rahman at the Gucci Store in Pavilion. He was very well mannered, helpful, patient, bubbly and very welcoming and we were happy with his service! A sales person by the name of Syahirah from Gucci Store in The Gardens is also just as helpful, warm and offers good service unfortunately we didn’t buy anything from her cause what we want was not available at her store. But overall good shopping experience with Gucci!

I was served by a male sales associate named Mr QHAIL Mohd. He was sincere in serving me even though I ended up buying just a wallet from him. Hope to return to Gucci Pavillion in the near future and get more items from him.

Gucci never disappoint, their stores are always beautiful and well presented, with excellent sales associates, no matter which country I visit their store. For me as a Hong Kong customer, it's nice to know Gucci in South East Asia is priced slightly little bit cheaper, not that it's a lot of still, it's nice. Also the items can be different, so if u know yiur staffs, you'll find something to buy and save a bit, why not?

Are the staff trained to play phone during working hours?

One of the male sales staff was so rude and unfriendly. No smile, no greetings at all, not helpful when I asked questions. Was disappointed how different personality from his Gucci Instagram account. He looked friendly and passionate on his IG.

Got served from an "advisor" who name Naufal, Gucci please aware your "advisor" if your people is not willing to serve. Me and my friend asked for a bag to take a look, and the whole process we were being polite and try to make eye contact and said thank you with him but he did all the way ignored us and even when we return the bag to him, he just mean mugging to us :)
