It is a great place to bring family and kids here. Many activities can be done, especially running/jogging and playground. Water recreation is also one of the main attractions here. The only main problem is parking. So limited, just put it on the sidewalk of the road.

Walking track is a bit rustic but the view is still amazing with at least 5km pathway.

Beautiful and big round of park for exercise activities in the morning. Place is indeed a bit under maintained and the place could use some refurbishing activities by the city council. Very huge range of floral and fauna surrounding the place and it's safe! Great place for kids, families and friends.

The Evening time is best to see the place view ☺️ Also they're have boat you can try to see full lake in few minutes 🙂 Add also have the washroom parking place for Car 🚗.. [March 2023] One of the good park in Shah Alam. With a fantastic view around the mosque. Also they are doing some upgrading work of the walk pavement. Very happening in the morning, with good crowd and fitness dancing groups. If you are animal lover, bring along some cat biscuits or fish food for animal feeding activity. There are many parking entrance whilst you drive circling the park. If you like to have breakfast then you can park at Kak Anie Shellrock restaurant. Taman Warisan Melayu has opened to public. Very nice concept. It has a higher ground for lake viewing. Just a small area of malay cultures decoratives.

A morning well spent, love the matured trees everywhere. Not just the gardens, the lake is also well maintained. Happy to see (and hear) many kinds of birds coming and going.

Beautiful park in the city. They have zipline and wide variety of water ride, canoe, cycle thing, boat with engine and etc) and also a restaurant on the water. Good to excellent walking path. Plenty of shade. So far i didn't encounter any potholes, cracks or broken railing. Not sure about the toilet. Plenty of people on weekend. Probably a bit annoying for joggers to jog here. Way too many kids, but it is a park. Ample parking around the park but again, full on weekend. They are restaurant just across the park such as burger king and mcdonalds. There are even vendors selling drinks and snacks inside the park itself. Kinda eyesore for me. MBSA should do something. Give them a place or don't let them inside..

A great park to visit, there're kids playground spread across this vast park, free public toilets, and free parking spaces. You can just pick a spot and spread out your picnic mat for a rest by the lakeside, go on a zipline, walk the canopy bridge, boat ride or kayaking. Lots of fun activities for a weekend out in the park within the city centre👍🏻

We enjoyed our time in the Taman Tasik Shah Alam. Had a boat ride which was quite good. Kayak and paddle boats also available on hourly rental. Saw the Wet World Water Park from outside but it looked good. Planning to visit it next time insha Allah.

It is a very large park, we only managed to walk half of the park (tasik barat) in two hours and we are too exhausted to continue. The facilities are still well maintained and it is suitable for both adults and kids. We did boat paddle which is fun but exhausting. There are also facilities like a zip liner, exercise facilities, and a playground.

Beautiful, Spacious, Green, Kids - Friendly - these are the descriptions that I can say about this place. Still under construction for one or two areas but it does not hamper us to walk around from one lake to another. The parking place is just quite ample and they are almost everywhere at each lake. For Shah Alam folks and around it, this is definitely the place to exercise, picnic, chill and bring kids to enjoy themselves. Neighbouring to one of the lakes, there are some restaurants and cafes other than Wet World Water park.

Taman Tasik Shah is a very spacious and clean park with a lake, nice walking path and good landscaping. The path goes around the lake and there are wooden, concrete bridges and even a small suspension bridge. There is also a children's area and fountains. There are fewer people during weekdays which makes it a nice walk. There are several car parks and that makes it convenient to visit. There is also an underpass joining one section to another. A scenic place to spend some time for exercise.

Very nice and calm place. Can do many activities here like flying fox, picnic, kayaking and so more. New attraction here is taman jepun-selangor but i don't have enough time to explore it. Not so crowded on Saturday morning and there social distancing not be a problem. I haven't been back here in a long time but it's super nice and lot of changes. Bit different from 6 years ago. I find the place amazing for it has many trees, long jogging tracks, monumental buildings, lakes, and other facilities. You will see many animals here from bird to duck, from fish to monitor lizards. The lizards will sometime climb a tree and you will see them chill and relax on a branch of a tree.

I have been to many lakes and parks and I have to say that Taman Tasik Shah Alam is easily one of my favourite few. The highlights are the following 1. Very extensive kids playground with challenge tracks and sets 2. Kayaking/boating is possible at a cost 3. Boat trips at reasonable cost (Adults -RM8 and kids - RM5) per one trip. 4. Canopy walk (elevated bridges and pathways) 5. Nice round tracks around the lake It is a lovely place to have a nice break and enjoy early mornings, afternoon or evenings.

A stunning and well maintained park that is equivalent to the combined size of a few regular parks you can typically find in the Klang Valley. Not only you can witness alluring sunset and take instagrammable pictures here, they offer a wide variety of facilities to suit your any preference you might have too. The biggest drawback is probably how EASY it is to be bitten by extremely aggressive (not hindered by repellents at all) mosquitoes there. Hope it won’t become a spreading ground for dengue fever. That aside, it’s everything from a park you can ask for.

Dustbin sufficiently prepared all along the path. Nice view of the majestic Blue Mosque. It's connected to another 2 lake gardens nearby (Raja Lumu Recreational Park & Permai Lake Garden)

Best place to achieve your "10,000 steps a day" Playground a bit crowded, have kayak / paddling / cruise w reasonable price. Not much benches but can bring ur own kerusi healing / tikar for picnic cause theres lots of grass area.

Nice place for family activities such as jogging, cycling, picnic n kids to play at playground. But due to covid19 sop, playgrounds are closed n sealed with mbsa tapes. But you can still bring your kids to ride bikes, scooters, roller blading n other fun stuffs. 1st dose n 2nd dose vaccinated are allowed in public parks n lakeside. Children can have fun but under adults supervision. Bring masks n sanitizer if you're planning on a picnic at the picnic table. You can go maskless if you're jogging, cycling or power walk around this place. Watch out for pakcik aiskrim, people crowds him if he's here n his ice cream are normally sold out .

A nice place to come with family for recreation purpose. Can try the zipline, boat tour.

Overall jogging view are good except for toilet is unsecure for ladies. This is not my first visit and still feel the insecurity. Out of the toilet is observed with chair and toilet's window can be accessed publicly which is next to less traffic parking area. Hope this can be improved further in my next visit.
