edit 3/12/20: come again today to try their loaded fries...yummy..fries top with chicken pop coated with your own choice of sauce..drizzle with nachos cheese sauce...we choose combo 12pieces with fries and drink✌️ nice and clean place to dine..glad we came early.full with customers during lunch hour.their service quite fast.combo 18 pieces & added 3 plain rice for 4 peoples with total rm60..coating sauce little bit salty for me..still can improve👌👌

4 fingers always my favourite fast food restaurant. Friendly service, fresh food and clean environment. It would be better if the soy sauce can be given a little more.

I admit the duration of waiting is a bit long, but comes to Crispy Chicken~ it is really yummy ! I miss their soy garlic crispy chicken~ Should try!

Came here to try the latest menus and it turned out good and juicy. The staff is very friendly. The food and drinks being served at the right and logically waiting time. Even though it is full house with customers to enjoy their food, it is not even crowded inside there. Food taste is inconsistent. Sometimes, it is very good, but sometimes not so good. The workers are very nice and always smile. During the weekend it can be very crowded.

Still prefer the honey chicken instead of their rice. By the way it is quite crowded around 7pm dinner time.

Honestly, the food there is the BEST compared to SP. Fresh from the kitchen, still hot and crispier! Personally, the price is normal for this kind of food. Fyi, 4Fingers is not a FASTFOOD. Please be noted. Keep it up ICT 👍👍

Bad service In a mall like icity whr ppl come specially to have a nice time, in such a mood ths outlet 9 pm they say we cannot sit n eat n while waiting in the queue for 10 mins they say all burgers sudah habis Its not expected with such a brand..pls dont provide such a bad service to the customers

The seaweed fries was way too salty. It felt like swallowing sea water every single bite. If anything, please choose the other option which is the kimchi flavour. It can save your kidneys.

Fri, 23 Dec 22. Bad customer service. The male staff at counter unfriendly. Speak on low voice, when asking to repeat make annoying face 🙄 (The bigger man) Chicken taste bad. Too salty, cannot differentiate the spicy and soy galic. The only good one is just a burger and fries.

Had quick lunch here, gonna stay bit since I WFA. Very OK customer service! Food is good too 🫰🏻

The staff do not communicate with customer when the rice is finish n do not inform to customer to change another item…bad service!!!
