Checked in on 13 Aug 2022 Went to Wyndham Hotel, Klang since we had a wedding at a nearby venue. The place was incredible in the inside and looked modern although it looked old outside. We paid RM220-230 per night since it was on a weekend (we stayed for 2 nights). Breakfast was not included and since we stayed in the hotel it was RM25 per person. (If you're not staying at the hotel, it will be RM55 per pax). Parking is free, just give your TnG or visa card to the reception so they can help. I liked the shower and toiletries provided, I didn't feel the need to use other soaps purchased elsewhere since it was nice to use the hotel's toiletries instead. The shower was satisfying, I could bath in it for a long time. The room was quite spacious and perhaps soundproof since we can't even hear anything outside from the room like housekeeping trolleys or noises from the people next door. The room has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, bath robes and slippers, all the standard hotel stuff you expect from a five star hotel. I liked the iron, it was easy to use. The breakfast was great, they had a lot of varieties to choose from and their menus change day to day which was great so we got to try new food each day. The reception and bell boy were cheerful and great even though they were wearing mask, you can hear the cheerfulness from their voices and it made my day. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Worst stay ever. Was writing this at 2am in the morning as i left the hotel because the room opposite us was too noisy and partying with loud music in the room at 2am in the morning. There were probably a total of 10 guests in those two rooms. We called reception and they sent security, and as we watched through our doorhole, the guest claimed they had already informed management on their plan to party. That is when the security pointed at my door and said “but they complained”. I immediately packed and checked out and left because now my safety was compromised. This is the worst “5 star” hotel i have stayed in, and for them to have handled this absurd event that has never happened in any other 5-star hotel ive stayed in unsatisfactorily and without calling the police for a blatant breaking of the law with regard to house rules and Covid SOP, i would give 0 stars if i could. Avoid this place at all costs

It's a fairly standard business hotel. Clean and functional are the two words I'd use to describe it. The food they provide for events is really generous and can probably feed twice the number of participants. Room rates are reasonable.

Great architecture. Clean, classy and professional setting. Top notch banquet halls for weddings and other events. Parking is quite pricey(RM20-30 per entry if I'm not mistaken)unless you're a customer there, and can get verified at the counter.

I traveled to Klang often since my childhood so I'm fully aware of this building's history. I must admit I had some apprehension before coming But after staying there recently, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. First - the room was very nicely appointed. In fact the fixtures and attention given to details are superb - certainly more than other hotels in the same class Second - everything is big and spacious. Perhaps this is one for the benefits of being an 'older' design The event team is also friendly and efficient. This hotel certainly deserve 5 stars

An absolute pleasure working with the staff of the Wyndham. I held my wedding reception at their grand ballroom and the level of service was amazing. Such caring and friendly staff and the place is just beautiful. Awesome food and a great pool and gym. Would absolutely recommend this place for your next function, holiday, or just to pop in and have some delicious dim sum at the Royal. Thank you guys so much for making my wonderful day that much more memorable and enjoyable. Hats off to the Wyndham Acmar Klang!!!

Very clean hotel with amazing staff. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. The place seems newly renovated when coming out of the lift you can kind of smell that newly renovated smell. Rooms were in great condition. The door probably just needs some lubrication as it was squeaky. Besides that everything was great.

The best stay so far.. our family really enjoy the stay but sadly we need to leave earlier than plan.. definitely will come again

Went to the cafe house on a weekday for galfriend bday. There's no buffet on weekdays. Cafe house is quiet, great for gatherings. Place is neat, clean and beautiful. Food is good, although small than normal bowl size of rice is served (pix). Dessert from the cake countertop is a bit sweet for our liking. The floor manager, Kenneth, came and spoke to us. He is friendly and even compliment a small plate of dessert for galfriend bday. The staff service is good though some can only speak Malay.

Stay 2nights and bad experience, wouldn't visit again due service and poor housekeeping. Toilet have strong pee smell when I enter, floor has blood stain that can't be removed? Waitress inexperienced too, screw up orders and next day asked if we paid???! received weird call from reception approaching in wrong manner asking who am I on phone... Ask when I check in/out?! Make up room 3.30pm?asked to come back after 430pm but 4pm disturb again.... never again..

I was staying 2 nights on 2 & 3 September in room 1101. I informed 2 receptionists at the counter to make up my room at 0900 hrs on 3 September which they acknowledged n wrote it down before going out. Additionally I pressed the button to make up the room.. However when I returned at 2.45 pm, the room was not done..I went back to lobby n highlighted them I was in a rush n the room towels have been used up..I requested for immediate housekeeping which was attended by Mr.Sathian. However when I went back to the room the supervisor in charge stated that he had only one person to do it but after I told him again that I needed urgently he brought 3 personnel to do it..The room was done within 15 min..but this caused me delay n stress to my wife n young kid..I am disappointed with this..If there was going to be delay due to manpower the hotel management should have at least what's app me... First stay here n most likely will be my last as well

We had a pleasent visit at the hotel during the weekend. Although was a bit disappointed they wouldn't allow my daughter to play the piano at the lobby. But one of the staff was very friendly and even gave my daughter her personal piano note for her to practice. Kudos to Ms T Y Khoo!

The quality of food is very poor. Talking about breakfast buffet and room service food, it is not really that you expect from a 5-star hotel. And the staff is not responsive at all. I requested to change the pillows in room for being too thick. But the staff did not care to respond. And another thing is that they lie about the hotel facilities. They don’t have any Soa here but they are wrongly mention it on hotel website & booking portals. That was very bad. Only good thing is the room interiors because it’s a new hotel. But I won’t come back here due to the poor quality food & uncaring staff. And even the location is totally out of city with nothing much around this place.

Staff are friendly. However, the F n B does not has choice for vegetarians. They also do not allow A La Carte orders if you have paid for buffet breakfast. For A La Carte orders, you need to pay separately about RM42.00 om top of the buffet which doesn't cater for the special requests food.

The staffs are polite and efficient. The room spacious and super clean. Only minus for me, the water not hot, just warm. Maybe for some safety concern. Everything else was just awesome. Kudos to the whole team.

Welcome drink provided at the lobby with fresh orange juice. The bellman is nice. When arrived at the lobby, they will serve you and carry your luggage automatically. Good services. Smell good when entering the lobby 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was indeed a pleasant and convenient work trip ever. We travelled from Sabah and had to take the earliest flight available at 530AM. We arrived at Wyndham by 10AM but our meeting was scheduled at 2PM. So I took my chance and asked the helpful front office staff if there is any chance we can do an early check in. After a quick check with the housekeeping team, she said yes to all seven of us for an early check in. The room was so nice and clean that it makes me want to rest instead of working. 😂 my favourite thing about the room is the bathroom, credit to the designer! Overall it was a good experience and i would definitely love to be back to Wyndham anytime soon. Special thanks to Ms Hafiza and Mr Faaiz for your kind assist on the meeting and accomodation arrangement!

the staffs takde enough training, borderline rude. basic courtesy not enough lol. they always buat situasi jadi awkward/tegang, tak smooth langsung. especially the ones handling and cooking the food. not coming back.

As we arrived at klang earlier than expected, they allowed us for early check in. The rooms are clean and the furnishings has a touch of modernity. Their international breakfast buffet was good, has a decent selection of cold cuts and pastries. Loved the marinated salad, it was so good. However, the rooms do not seem to be soundproof. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel ballroom's luxurious design, creating an elegant ambiance for the business event. The room was big and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hats off to Rafizan who gave us 5 star hospitality. Excellent location .

Check in was smooth. Unfortunately the room I got had problems. The first one was the sink in the toilet clogged, they had to call the technician to sort it out and manage to solve it fast. The next one was I book for a king bed but instead I got two single beds combined. It wasn't so cozy as I expected. Others are great. The pool, gym and food. My family enjoyed our time there. Hopefully things will get better for our next time perhaps.

Enjoy my 4 nights stay here. Breakfast is good. Gym room is clean and tidy. Room is big enough for 2 people.

Had a lunch buffet here with team. The food was delicious. Got variety. Ice cream also nice. Many desserts to choose from. Their apam balik station was a bit slow and long queuing .

Having a birthday celebration at the lobby lounge, they got live band, food was super scrumptious, nice ambience, very helpful ang thoughtful staff they have. Thank you wyndham, surely will come again. Food price is average.

Came here for an event and had a pleasant experience. Plenty of food choice options for breakfast, check out time is 12pm and the staff was nice enough to let me check out at 1pm. Service was great. Aeon mall is just opposite and quite convenient to go around or grab some last minute daily necessities or food.

Was at Toh Yuen Restaurant for Dim sum. Proud that Klang has a nice quality hotel to build a better image of a badly managed town. The dim sum is great, non pork. Highly recommended for a try.

Lots of wear n tear in a room and bathroom, in a quite new 5star hotel room and the hotel cafe/restaurant food was not good. The lookedlike 90s swimming pool was quite kinda dirty and kinda spoil my quick getaway. Thankfully Royal TohYuen restaurant located in the hotel is very good, good service , good food.

Been here for the booster dose only. Smooth process. The hotel looks great. Friendly staff although I am here only for 30 minutes. But they really helpful.

Cozy and spacious. Friendly and polite staffs. Grand Ballroom sound systems need an upgrade. Anyhow..please try their hi-tea. Highly reccomended. Note: This hotel is also a PPV.

Had a birthday celebration during HiTea. I can't say I enjoyed it throughly. The variety was good but the taste doesn't seems to justify the price paid for. Not a 5 star standard, its my opinion.

I got my Pfizer booster on 30th January 2022, it was so fast, so calm surrounding and what a beautiful view in wyndham hotel. Great place to stay cation or have dinner with your love ones.

although it takes a while to fininsh the construction, the interior was quite scenic with luxurious cafe. Eventhough I only went there for the booster vaccination, I believe that their rooms was pretty good.

Worst stay ever! Call service centre/operator 4 tines and no answer. Very noisy sound makes very uncomfortable stay. Please avoid staying here if you want a peaceful stay. Im staying here as i have course here and gonna have exam tomorrow..how can i study with this noise??! Nonsense!!

8/9/22 - Had a wedding to attend in Klang. Took the opportunity to stay here. Can't comment on the check-in experience as someone else did the check-in. Our room was tastefully furnished and well stocked. Overall cleanliness was great. Had a good swim in the pool. However, signage to the pool was missing. It was not in the lift. The window noise insolation was good as the hotel is facing the busy leading to Klang Town. The bed was comfortable. We slept well. Not forgetting the hotel's efforts in conserving resources. Good job. Keep up the good work. Do support their conservation efforts.

Stayed in junior suite. Room is spacious and clean. Plenty parking at basement. Front desk check in quite fast. Settled in 5mins. Considered faster than lot of other 5 star hotel. Hotel Located Near to eatery area. Noticed their in house restaurant has promotion, price is reasonable. Shall try next round.

Had an event at Wyndham Acmar Klang. Event food was nice. Place is classy and washrooms are clean. Mirror has a touch button that turns on the mirror lights, useful for those who require to freshen up. Had a lounge downstairs that serves alcoholic drinks and food.

Proud of this place. An unfortunate icon of Klang Town now completed. Taught the staff Basic First Aid last week. Awesome caring people who really wanted to learn life saving skills.

I must say that the staff is really trying hard to be like Ritz Carlton style. But unfortunately the toilet in the room is not that clean for 5 star hotel. They don't clean the corners, mirrors, part below the wash basin, shower drainage area. To me if the hotel is 5 star it's not on par as Shangri la or anantara standard. If rated as 4 star it will be up there with the rest if you know what I mean. Overall it's one of the better hotels to stay in Klang.

A beautiful hotel with great looking facilities and well-kept common area. Spacious front lobby and excellent rooms and hotel facilities. Saw many events organized here, too. My only gripes are the food although has a lot of variety can be quite bland, and the basement parking is dark and gloomy and can use more traffic arrows and bright lighting for enhanced sense of safety.

Two nights stay over for a wedding reception. Huge hotel built two years ago. Looks new and clean. Shower pressure is very low, so I am a little disappointed. Breakfast has a big spread fusion of Western, Chinese, Indian and Malay. Impressive presentation but taste is 4/10. Chef need s to improve taste. Reception was maned by youngster but quite professional. Easy checking in but be warned that yoj can only check in after 2/3pm. Overall stay is pleasant.

Went to the hotel for CNY reunion dinner in their Chinese restaurant. The dinner was very disappointing and felt cheated. Firstly, the service was awful and sitting was uncomfortable. Then the staff got our set menu wrong. So we were force to take what’s been served. For the price paid the dishes was just so ordinary. Soup served were just starchy and not much ingredients. The fish served was tough and not fresh at all. The dishes were either overcooked till dry or overcooked till it’s mushy. The worst part was the sweet dessert, it was really in acceptable. The texture was grainy and we can’t even figure out what it was supposed to be. All it tasted like mango.

Nice and latest, newest hotel in Klang. Great spacious lobby. Lower ground basement parking seems narrow and poorly planned though. We went for lunch at the Royale Toh Yuen restaurant at Level 1. Sat at the window section with a view of the hotel front entrance down there. Nice dim sum and great Chinese cuisine.

Pleasant stay in their big/ clean room but shower head kinda not easy to secure properly. Staffs were friendly. It be good if shutter service is available to/ fro hotel to the nearby central i city mall.

Be careful, this hotel is a scam. I’ve made the group reservation for my wedding guests for total of 12 rooms and I have made full payment of the total payable way before the check.in date. On the check.in date (15 Dec 2023), my guests arrived at the hotel in different timing and suddenly 3 out of 12 my guests were asked to do the payment by the hotel check.in staff. They even mentioned to my guests that failing to do so, they can’t let them to enter the room. Furious about the situation when i heard my guests were asking to make another payment, I rush myself to call the hotel. My call get rejected twice and for the 3rd time, i was connected to some guy from the reception manager. I told him to check if my full payment has been received for all of the room and he confirmed that the no more due payment for my reservation. When I mentioned to him that some of the staffs asking for 3 of my guests to pay the total amount upon check.in, he only reply “oh, really? I don’t know about that”. I told him my guest name and asking him to void the transaction. Bro, i mean if you don’t know can’t you just check quickly and at least apologize on the uncomfortable situation like this? Btw, he was mentioning that he will reply my email the next day. Well, i’ve waited for his “next day” but the email reply was never be arrived. I followed up again, replying from my reservation confirmation email. It tooks months for someone finally reply on my enquiries (btw, in that email there are at least 5-8 contact persons) but they don’t bother. The money is already in, why should i bother ~ perhaps that were they thoughts! Until today, I keep on following up on the void status. They never reply on your enquiries (I still remember how fast they reply, when you are about to make a reservation) LOL. What a shame for such good stars hotel!

Nice, clean, well design, comfy and all you can ask for a good nite stay....love the flooring of the bathroom and the Black stand Lamp....Just Love it!
