When I saw The Bear ring on your facebook, I immediately showed hubby. I exclaimed with excitement, "It was as if the ring was customised for us!!!" 26 years ago, when hubby and I started dating, being 6 ft tall with swimmers built, he was like a teddy bear to me. Big enough to protect me and yet with soft and tender demeanour. From then on, he will get me teddy bear soft toys when he travels. Today, a bear which he bought from Germany is still hanging in my car after more than 20 years. This year is our 20th Wedding Anniversary and hubby decided to order The Bear ring. The service from ordering to collecting the ring was fantastic. Very professional & personalised. Very clear instructions on how to care for the ring plus how the ring was made were carefully explained. No wonder they are an icon especially in Subang Jaya. The best part is they are famous for their customisation too! We will definitely recommend them any time!

Johnny is extremely knowledgeable in the types of gem and cut that may suit me. He was also assisted by Wai Yee. They helped with my initial pick of gemstone before I dropped by for the second time as I wanted to customised my ring with feather designs for my band. During my second visit, Wai Yee together with Irene assisted me with sketches of the designs for the ring which was to be finalised during my 3rd visit. Irene is equally as helpful and talented in her design skills. She was so patient with advising what type of shape may look best with examples of her previous work. Me and my fiance finalised everything during our 3rd visit and we're extremely happy with the outcome of our rings 2 months after with so many customised items in between.
