Wanted to get my bangles & rings polished before cny. Guess what? One of the staffs was already checking our items but there’s this Chinese man told us that we can only collect it after cny. There’s still few more days to cny, they can’t even polish and able to collect before cny??? After i went off, i saw them laughing and talking…When we customers want to purchase, they try so hard to persuade us to buy. So is this how the after purchase service that i deserved? It’s just bangle and rings, and they said i’ll only be able to collect after cny LOL they need one week to polish it? Doesn’t make any sense at all.. I purchased so much from Pandora and this is what i deserved. What a bad service.
