Decent outlet for quick snack, relax or catching up with friends or buddies. Ample seating. Ample parking. Apart from donuts: they do serve sandwiches and variety of coffee. Decent friendly staff.

Near to AEO Mall Shah Alam..if you see petronas then you able to find this place..quick bite to fulfill your empty stomach with variety of donut...breakfast menu also available..good if you dine in..take away and more convenience is drive thru..friendly staff and good environment...come and try..

it's really fast and easy to feed your hunger

The donuts still reign supreme. It's been my family staple since childhood years. However, the premise looks dull & boring.

First time trying dunkin donut, the crew were polite but kind of slow service, ordered combo of coffee and doughnuts and sandwich, totally dissapointing , the coffee was so bitter, the doughnut not fluffy, not many choices, the chocolate topping taste like a cheap chocolate ,(Big Apple taste so much better and cheaper) and the mayo chicken sandwich had like only 1 tablespoon of minced chicken and a lot of lettuce. Not sure if other outlets the same in quality but I'm never going to Dunkin Doughnuts anymore. Not worth the money

Is it this branch only serve drive thru? I walk in and two staff saw me and just act nothing, just keep on busy with her own stuff and serve drive thru customer only. The two staff totally dont want to serve me at all. If you all only want to do drive thru service, please write it big there. Dont make customer look stupid standing there for so long. And close down the small window if dont want take any walk in customer orders at all. Really disappointed.

Regular customer popping up at 8am via drive-thru. The staff were nice and attentive, however the waiting time became longer and longer. Roughly around 10-15 minutes waiting time per car (according to my experience buying Sunny Egg Combo).

Donuts are nice. However, indian lady working on 8/2/2022 at 6pm shift. Is rude. Suggest to place her at other department away from dealing with customers

Just make sure dunkin donut make a survey what is the customer most favourite donuts so atleast they can add more on the stock wise. I felt sorry for the crew have endured the customer by saying most of the donuts is unavailable.

Arrived here around 7.40am but the staff said they open at 8.00am. Too late to have breakfast before go to work

Drive thru is very helpful and fast. For the food well its Dunkin Donuts. Its the usual dunkin donut food and drinks i dont need to go further than this.

Quiet place for breakfast. Most customers go for take away. Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches. It's DD anyway, so donuts aplenty prepared for your individual sugar cravings. What's really convenient is the location. A quick stop by the Petronas station for petrol or donuts & coffee. Then off to Aeon Mall, or pasar Tani, or Selangor library, or Tesco, or Aquatic Centre.
