I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am after looking around. The area is clean but when it comes to checking the aquarium area and the bird area its really bad. The bird area have accessories that looks really old and dusty as well as budgie snacks that is broken and looks like a old product. The variety of things are very little compared to last time. When you go to the aquaria area, most of the beta fishes are very sickly and confined in a small container which is very stressful for them. There was even one which is dead and filled with mold, not cleaned for I don't know how long. Walking around it, all the fishes are unresponsive as well as water is greenish. Definitely not a great experience. While they have wide range of cat food, dog food, I hope the management can look into the care of the aquaria animals. Its very disappointing.

The staff at this store lacked the knowledge to handle fish packing After dinner, we went to check out the betta fish on 2/5/2023. When we selected and took it to a male staff at the counter, there was only one staff serving it and the packing process took a while. After that we found some serious mistakes, that the staff completely changed the new water, it is known that in fact should retain its original water, because the water temperature can not be too far away at once, the fish will not adapt. But obviously that staff lacked knowledge and experience in this aspect, and I did not dare to ask him if he had dropped Anti- Chlorine into the water. I just wanted to go home soon and change the water again

Brought my daughter to buy a budgie. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the birds. It was the best experience so far in our quest to find a budgie.

This used to be the most amazing pet store in KL but now don't even bother. It's a hassle to park there especially on weekends and it's so far when you find parking that you will be totally disappointed and frustrated with the lack of service selection size that you will remember the long walk back to the impossible to find car park

Its a big pet store with a lot of food items, pet toys and everything you need for your pet. They also have grooming services. The staff was helpful and activated my loyalty card for me. She also helps with recommendation products for my cat.

Good variety of pet supplies, from food and toys to grooming essentials. The prices were reasonable, and the store was well-organised. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant place for pet owners to shop for their furry friends' necessities.

After upgraded the shop more spaces and well segments and arrayed of shelves easy to browsing pets’ accessories, foods, shampoos, vitamins and care products. Grooming services available and bakery for pets selling here. Staffs very helpful, Ms Fatin is kindly gives opinion on products. Life pets selling at limited choice like rabbits, sugar gliders,birds and fish. Most foods and toys are premium brands. The entrance was layed with corrugated steel plate and few inch above the floor make a disable unfriendly.

I was served by a very good natured and helpful young man. In spite of the very vague description I provided, he located the item for me! It is not every day that we get store assistants who work so sincerely. Thanks, too, for bringing the litter sand to the car for me!

it used to be big with variety of animals.Now only a few rabbit and 2 hamsters. the rest of the store is for pet food and misc items. the items sold a pretty general for simple shopping

Most of the time their line busy. They purposely keeping the land line engage or what seriously I don't know. When go there they will give reasons phone under maintenance. Its really troublesome for someone travelling far to check on stock availability. Hope the management will look into it and solve the issue

Very good service, friendly staff. I was looking for my cat food which was only available at this place due to replacement of stock sometime in the 2nd weeks of January 2019. By the help of Pets Lover main office, we went and collected the packages which was placed on the the Counter tagged with the customer's name. I was impressed.

Quite well stocked with friendly and helpful staff. If purchasing bulk, good idea to park on P2 in basement at the opposite end from the IKEA entrance. You can take the lift down from the store and the staff normally helps push any bulk purchases out with a trolley if they have sufficient hands to spare.

Very lousy, not the same as before 2020. No animals at all except some hamster and fish. Like closing shop soon. Waste of time

Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful! Alot of choices for dogs, cats, small animals and even iguanas. Bought some stuff for my guinea pigs and they love it!
