It's non halal restaurant as it does serving pork. Overall food was tasty. They don't serve you tissue, straw and aircon was so cold. Most of their waitress and waiter are very young. Abit slow in serving food and pick up our empty plate. (eg: I need repeat request for cheese sauce for 3 times). Had a great time and food with family. So 3 stars for their food only. Money wise quite worthy.. Cleanliness is OK..

Went there for the supper refill buffet. Food is so so, to their credit the shrimp is very fresh. Other than that it's a very bad experience. 1) Within 1.5 Hr they send the wrong food at least 5 time. 2) or they will just miss out few dishes when they send it 3) the floor is definitely not crowded, but order, service and everything is very slow. 4) there are Bell on each table but you have to press 2 time almost every time just to get them to attend you. 5) they drop the food on the seat when they clean the dish, what they do is just pick up the food and dint even bother to clean the seat

Food was not bad, we ordered the super refill buffet but it doesn’t include the dessert in it which is a con. Only few sauces which is the one from the table and the one from the menu, garlic and green pepper to grab on the table. Some staff keep talking and didn’t even do their job, we ordered just 3 stuff and they brought us only 2 from what we ordered…

Really nice place to eat. They really make a huge improvement. The waiters is very helpful. They help us to ensure our seating place is cooler and change over vegetable upon our request. Just realised that the portion is more than other outlet. Well done.... keep it up.

Went for their starter pack semi refill. Came here at 6pm. Now its already 745pm. The refill of each time takes more than 15minutes. N they give really super thin slices of pork with few pieces only each plate. I have to order refill each time for more than 15minutes. They say machine still processing the pork slices.. what the ? Shouldn't it be prepared earlier instead of last minute. My bbq wok just remain heated and have to wait dont know how long for each refill.. very bad dining experience at central I city mall. Other bbq plaza outlet not even like that. The staffs here seem like not working at all too

The meat they serve not sure is minced meat or pork slice. The meat is just too thin, while the staff is not attentive at all under a non professional manager from setia city Branch. All the staff stay at the back to play phone while the customer sit at the front . Don't take your customer for granted period. You have lost a long time patron of your restaurant. This is the last time

Came here today for dinner today. The food was good and the place was very clean especially the table which in so many other restaurants, the tables are often quite sticky. The service was very good, and the waiters were very polite and responsive despite they were all foreigners who were supervised by a Nepali supervisor who was patiently guiding, I suppose the new workers. Will visit again and keep up the good work, guys.

First time dining there, the service is very good and attentive. Everything we ordered was delivered to our table and it was fast. Great!

Overall acceptable. The meat and food is good. The service no problem,they are helpful. Can be quite full during dinner peak hour.

The pork slice is ultra thin and fastening the cooking process. Unlike other outlets, the waitress here automatically refill our cabbages when our plates are empty. The distance between tables is too narrow. Otherwise overall good.

Just open. not crowded. Better than its outlet at other mall. Have special promotion with member only. Just don't like the smell on your shirt after dining. Have some fresh waitress need be train well to serve, but overall is good place. Go 2nd time already. Promotion set is nice.

Extreme slow service, food that sent to table are not same with amount of order. Bad and noisy environment.

Food lousy and suck! Fried chicken overcooked and super dried! Fried rice not tasty at all. All in all food has no quality and tasteless. I remember before COVID this BBQ plaza food was very good and tasty. Sadly to say I will not visit the restaurant again.
