i ordered stock 2 weeks ago, promised to be delivered on 11/9/21 morning. we purposely apply half day leave to receive stock but wait until 12.00pm, they didnt send. when we called they passed responsibility to warehouse. this is my worst experience in SSF. previously i had a very good purchase experience in SSF IPOH. but this time SSF really make me disappointed.

Terrible company. A 180 degree comparison to IKEA. No accountability. No punctuality. No professionalism. Terrible service. Just don’t bother with this company especially this branch. You’ll thank me later.

I bought them on 3rd of march ,But they didn’t send to me yet, About 2 months ago😡 , I'm really sorry for this company, they haven’t a schedule to send, this is so ridiculous

I still think SSF offers many kinds of household and decoration items which some items you can't even find it from any other shops. You will be spoilt with choices of sofas, beds, wing chairs, flowers, vases, dining tables, bedside tables, coffee tables, you name it and you will get it at SSF. Be a member and you will get to purchase speciality items at member's price. Not only that member can enjoy the 1st 2 items with a 40% off while subsequent 5 items with 30% off - based on retail price during birthday month. Just for your info, this is not a paid review. My comments are all based on my shopping experiences at SSF.

Quality LOW Service - don't expect any Delivery-you pay and then you need to pay some more furthermore invalid contact number. The manager of the company can change purchase term anytime so don't expect they will honour anything. Customer service number no answer

My first time buying furniture from Ssf and the worst home delivery and furniture installation experience I’ve ever had. The store really helpful but the delivery management is the worst.. wrongly scheduling delivery time and dates and make changes as they wish without properly confirm with me the dates.. sending me wassap giving me contact no of customer service and delivery person, however d customer servicenumber never pick up my calls for me to inform them that the arranged time and date is wrong ..they ask to wassap d number, but I wassap and no reply also.. so I have to leave all my important task to accommodate to d time they’ve scheduled.. but then it getting even worse because d delivery person don’t even arrived within d time they’ve themselves allocated and I can’t reach the delivery man because the contact number given also not answered.. then I told them to reschedule and again they rescheduled the wrong date and time .. and again I have to leave my important task again to accomodate their incompetency.. alast the furniture delivered and guess what , the furniture can’t be installed because the parts is incomplete.. here I go again for another incompetency in scheduling next installation.. and guess what, they get the times and date wrong again.. so troublesome and very unprofessional service..I have no choice but just to stick to their arranged time and date and leave and change all my other important task and appointment because of their unprofessional service.. they’ve should give me compensation for all the hassle I’ve tbeen through and important appointments that I have to rescheduled due to their incompetency..
