I've been to at least half of all the shops in the klang valley which sell aquatic plants, fish and equipment/accessories. Whilst this shop is a newcomer, it is definitely in my top 5 list. Possibly the best stocked for nanofish and snails in the klang valley. Livestock is healthy, customer service is excellent, lifetime membership, which provides discounts is free and there's an online website too.

I've been to many other aquarium fish shops but so far NMS aquatics is one of the best. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating specially Jane, she would answer our questions clearly and would recommend what's good for our aquarium setup. Place is very clean, well organized and the fish is well taken care of. We always enjoy our time shopping here and watching the fishes, almost felt like a fish exhibit because of how well organized they are. I highly recommend this shop, specially for first timers. 😁👍🏻👍🏻

I went there initially with intention to window shop for 15 minutes. End up spending 3 hours and RM1k during that visit! Top notch service, beautiful & comfortable place and extensive inventories! Turned me into a fish lover, will definitely return to expand my collection!

I was looking for a shop like this everywhere, most of the time Google leads me to the uncle shop that only sell basic stuff. NMS was recommended by a fish and aquascaping enthusiast veteran. I'm pretty new at this and I'm supporting my girl's new hobby, NMS staff is so attentive and got us what we need to start off and with a super reasonable price. It will be my weekend go-to place now ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Price is a bit higher than the market, but the place is really nice and tidy, the quality of the fish & shrimps are also in a very good condition. You can sign up as a member to get 10% disc. Someone whom I assumed was the owner, was not wearing his mask at all and was a bit concerned about it. I also didn't remember that I was greeted (not sure because he was talking to someone else and/or I was already assisted by the staff). Talking about the staff, you should look for Jane there because she was the one who assisted me with every questions and every other things, and she was very patient & friendly.

The creatures here are so badass. Too bad a lot of my photos are blur so i'm able to share few only. Come visit and see yourself.

I usually bought online from them but yesterday was the 1st time i step in the shop. Love the vibe. The fish and plants are healthy and so beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. She even remember that i bought online from them last week which is really sweet.

I have been a regular at NMS after exploring countless aquarium stores in Klang Valley. It is honestly one of the best, in terms of quality and health of the fish, as well as their selection. Love that they label each species with water parameters, disposition, lifespan and adult size. Price on the higher side, but the store has spent a considerable amount in renovation so its understandable, a comfortable place to shop.

Wonderful experience here. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help and spend time with you although I didn't make a purchase the first visit. Great environment, reasonable rates and wide selection of freshwater fish. Bought 3 tanks on my second visit!

Great service the staff are very friendly and knowledge. The shop has some really cool ornaments. I found my beautiful super red albino Oscar and short bodied Oscar here.

Having seen the many positive reviews, I went to NMS. Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the conditions of the aquariums, the many dead animals in the aquariums, the dirty water and so on. I was looking for few snails and 90% of the snails in the aquarium were dead. The staff didn't seem to want to look after the aquariums on their phones. In short, I hope that this shop will make changes, because currently it is not even in my top 40 aquarium shops, having visited more than 50 shops in the region, it's sad. Bonne continuation tout de même.

After several months of redesigns and heartaches with 2 professional aquascapers who quitted, we finally have a new home for my pet red eared slider, Odin. We are grateful to Jane from NMS Aquatics who listened to our ideas, took note of Odin’s needs and preferences and worked hard to design the perfect home for her ❤️

Very pleasant experience the staffs are wonderful and help me look around the shop as it was my 1st visit. The experience make me feel like a kid again, shop is pleasant,displays are pleasant,tanks are pleasant and the staff is wonderful at assisting in my needs. They're quite new, went there for the first time yesterday. Great variety of tropical fish, including sting rays! Prices on the higher side, but they carry a range of quality aquarium products. A lady named Jin served us, she was super helpful and polite. Will go back.

A great place to fulfill your aquatic needs - from healthy fishes, really fresh live plants to hard scape supplies! Services provided by the team are also second to none - very personalized and very responsive via WhatsApp. Had the opportunity to meet the big boss yesterday when I had a tank emergency and the boss personally helped with patching up my nano tank. Keep up the good work NMS! Edit: adding more feedback since my recent experience with NMS. I can only applaud NJ and Tiny for their wonderful services and knowledge. Good selection of reasonable price drift wood and tank deco. Very nice tank display setting. Tank Water so clean and ambience is so comfortable with aircond. Give yourself a chance to visit.

They have lot's of variety to choose, very friendly staff to help me set up my first eco system fish tank. The price is slightly higher then other aquatic shop but it's worth it with their services.

The owner of the shop and the girl at the counter are both very friendly. There are a lot of beautiful and rare fish there, and the shop looks well-kept. I would strongly advise anyone to go because I appreciate the level of attention the staff provides and the knowledge they share.

Best place to buy exotic fish and aquarium enquipment. Got pretty much everything u need here. Place is clean and many helpful staff that can assist you when you need help. I highly recommend people to come here. Remember look for Ms.Jane

Pros: Shop is tidy, selection is good (7/10), most aquatic equipment present, nice setups Cons: prices are too high (x2) market prices, I can easily think of a few more worthwhile places to visit around shah alam area thus they really need to not price themselves out, also mislabeled bumblebee goby. Would definitely love to revisit the shop again if the prices are more competitive

Went to their shop a month ago with my family and love the setup of the shop! All black, looks very sleek. They bring in quite unique species of fishes,crabs,snails,shrimps etc. Prices of products are reasonable, although I find the prices of fishes are slightly higher compared to other places,of the same species. A zen place for me to visit whenever I'm stressed out ✨️
