I would like to make a complaint to the owner. My wife went to buy cat food at the Sunway branch. The big sized fellow by the name of Gerry behaved in a nonchalant way wit my wife. But behaved better with a Chinese customer. When she further wanted to know the price of the products that she brought to the counter, again he answered nonchalantly and he proceeded to ask the next customer what they wanted politely. Please check your cctv. We don't understand why he behaved that way. He answered her questions but in a very don't care manner which was disrespectful. Never said sorry when she questioned. He just answered, I tau customer yang betul. When I went over to tell him I'm going to complain to the manager, he said go ahead. We buy products from this place often, and the Sarawakian girl and the Malay girls who worked previously were polite and respectful. Please don't hire rude fellow like this. Really unhappy over this incident.

Old staff were so great and helpful. New one so rude and certainly doesn’t know much. I asked for the arrival of new stock but staff just replies that no idea when it will arrive. If can’t answer customers, then what’s the point.

Friendly staff, I am the owner who just raised a dog. When I entered the store on the 6th last Sunday, a staff name jerry gave me a lot of knowledge about raising dogs and introduced me a lot the products in the store include dog food, dog shampoo, skin care products, and supplement for my puppy,teach me how to take care of my puppy and teach me the dosage of products. I really got a lot of great knowledge for jerry that day. very thank you
