I wanted a phone. Having had a Samsung before the last one. I am from UK. Decided to get one from Subang Parade. Stumbled across a Sumsung store. Bought a Sumsung phone, recommended by the staff. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went beyond the callof duty.. Because the issues were complication involving 3 phones, l had to literally come over 2 days to resolve it. Brilliant staff. 10/10 Staff: Alif , Mr Ken, Summer and 2 others.

Upgraded my smartphone. Got a promotional price and 12 months 0% instalment using c.card. There are 3 Samsung stores (different owners) inside Subang Parade. My family and I go to the store right opposite Nandos on GF (beside BATA). Jack and Daniel are helpful to give updates on latest phone info and promo. They helped me to transfer my files from old to new phone free of charge. Need to wait a 2 to 3 hours cos too many apps in my phone 😅, there is a seat inside the shop to wait.

Aiman and Alif have been very helpful in my purchase of Samsung phones. They patiently handled by queries and were very polite. The other staff in the store were knowledgeable and advised me on how to use the new phones overseas. Happy with the service at this store. Got free gifts too as it was the last day of the year!

Came in over the weekend to check on some phone. Was attended to by Mr.Aliff. He patiently explained in detail on the phone that I was interested in. Told him I'd come back in a few days to make a purchase. He did not hardsell me. Here I am today to purchase an A14. He handled the sale very well. He assisted with the transfer of data from old to new phone. He is very well versed with the operational steps. Even received 2 free gifts. The lowdown was that they did not have the original Samsung casing on sale. Thank you Aliff!
