Was attended by pharmacist assistant Christyn and she was really very attentive and thorough with a very detail explanation of my medication. Surprise to find such a very patience and attentive staff. Keep it up. You will be a good pharmacist. A rare gem!

When come inside the store, all of the staff looked at me as if not satisfied with my visit. Three times I went in to look for a medicine they says dont have and instead of suggesting an alternative they just turn away. The only good time was when it was first opened back then. Meanwhile, in Caring Damen Branch, they would suggest and explain the alternative either brand or something else. Could have been better Big Pharmacy, be like your Taipan Branch

It was indeed a pleasant experience shopping at BIG Pharmacy Da Men Mall. What I love most is variety of products. I was looking for Oral B whitening toothpaste and it was always oos at other physical stores. I was about to order online and luckily there was ready stock at BIG Pharmacy, hence no need to wait for shipping!

This pharmacy has it all. I got to buy cat food here. Hope they can still sell because it's really convenient to have wide range of products in one store.

I'd like to commend your pharmacist on duty, Faiz, on 26th Oct 2022 at around 9.15pm. Initially I was asking for a product that can relieve my rash issue. Faiz pointed to calamine lotion so I took his advice. After browsing other products and making my way to the cashier, Faiz approached me and suggested a better lotion I could use for the long term instead of calamine that could further dry my sensitive skin out.
