Clean, nice environment. Dr is nice, but change all the time. It’s also a bit expansive. Long waiting time. I ask there is 2 people in front of me. But I waited for more then 40mins, end up took more then an hour to leave the clinic.

Advertised as open at 8am but staff arrived at 8.20am and Doctor won’t be here to see patient until 9am. Ridiculous!!! Better change the operation hours to reflect the actual service hour. YOU ARE WASTING PEOPLE TIME!!!!

I have immense respect for people who are absolute experts in their field. Front desk is welcoming and efficient, floors are spotless, queue system is running correctly. Dr. Patrick educated me while tackling my issues, I have never before, had such an informative, helpful and sincere experience with a doctor (in any country). My wife and I were both super impressed, this is a next level quality of service. Dr Patrick is a winner, what a great experience. To you and your team, thank you.

Clinic is modern and well-run, but my rating is for the doctor I visited. It was not Dr Patrick so I guess it's the locum doctor and when I visited, he did not even check my temperature or throat. I sat in the chair for 5 minutes describing my symptoms and that was it. Zero effort or care; would not be visiting again because of this doctor. EDIT to respond to the unprofessional response from the clinic: The doctor is male, so if it's not the locum doctor, then it's even worse as it's rostered staff. Secondly, if I did have Covid, the business owner/doctor is violating patient/doctor confidentiality with this statement and also with the statement where he accuses me of visiting last year with Covid. Again, this does nothing but highlight the sheer unprofessionalism of this place. PR training is highly encouraged. This is a reminder to patients to choose where to spend your money wisely.

Nice environment and easy get parking around, but be prepared that they might have no stock for your prescription because it happened to me twice of my visit. No lozenge & difflam spray for my sore throat visit this year. No sure why but doctor always said no stock even they order from pharmacy??? Wonder why… And be prepared to wait long even only two patients in front of you only, easily you have to wait at least 40mins and above. But the doctor is doing their job.

Dr Patrick is a professional and good doctor. He is very thorough in his assessment (he is patient in talking through what his recommendations are and takes time to explain to you and teach you how to control the problem) and is a very pleasant person. The clinic itself is very clean and all the staff are quite good (prompt in their conduct). Not often you find such well organised healthcare around. Never thought I would be writing a good review on a clinic. Keep up the good work!

This clinic is simply awesome. A class above the rest. Nurses are polite and cheerful, waiting area is spacious and the air is fresh and clean. Dr Patrick Gurubatham, is a real “Guru” in his own field. Congratulations on building your own brand “Patricks Medical”. Leaving behind the other brand that is simply commercialized!! I have been a patient of yours for years, watched you grow and our community is happy and proud to have you as our regular GP. Keep up the good work!!

The clinic, as you can see from the pictures, really is clean & orderly. The nurses are polite & helpful, & most importantly, Dr Patrick is really attentive & professional. I went there for some problems having to do with dizziness, he checked me out, took my blood pressure & asked me a good bunch of questions, to get what caused it. He then also noticed some of my skin problems & while suggested that I get it looked at & he might be able to treat, opted to focus on my dizziness problem & didn't push for me to treat my skin problem so as to well, get more $$ out of my pockets. I went out of the clinic with only 2 types of meds for my condition, & the doctor really refrained from dumping more meds on me so as to avoid charging me for stuff I wouldn't need, unlike some others out there who would give you more meds than you'd actually be needing. Overall, definitely one of the best clinics I've been to in years & highly recommended.

I have visited Kinik Patrick's Medicial a couple of time. Firstly the clinic is greeted by friendly and helpfuls staffs. The waiting area also looks great and I feel very comfortable. The time taken to see the doctor also not very long. The doctor is also very friendly and pleasant with good mannered. I was very pleased by the overall positive communication with the doctor. He also provide excellent solutions to your health issues. Excellent service provided by a caring doctor.

Brought my mum to do a blood test a few days ago (doctor on duty that day was great!) and come back this afternoon for a review of the lab report. Went in to see Dr Rathee and the conversation went like this: Dr: ”your bad Cholestrol is high. Try to cut down on fatty food.” Me:” but she’s very cautious on her diet. Rarely eat fatty food. She doesn’t even eat rice. Has plenty of salads everyday.” Dr:”oh okay” …. Dr:” Do you eat a lot of banana? Your potassium level is high. High potassium can leads to increase of heartbeat.” Me:”Is that the cause for her anxiety? Dr:” Don’t think that’s the main cause.” Me:”But she doesn’t eat banana at all. We don’t have banana at home.” Doctor didn’t give any more advice on this and proceeded with the report. Mum went to see doctor with the hope that doctor could explain what’s causing the high Cholestrol and potassium level. But what she were told were nothing much than what’s being said on the report. We came out. Mum asked the nurse if she could do a blood pressure test politely, but the nurse didn’t respond a word and gave her the sly eyes as if my mum was being a trouble person. But good thing was, she did went on and helped her to do the blood pressure test. I hope the staffs could be more helpful on the information and be more caring with the patients. Overall, patients come in to seek medical help.

As patients we have an option to choose what we want to eat, See, Hear Do or which doctor you want to see.If someone else is not doing as per your expectations, YOU should encourage and teach with your wisdom since you sound like a Perfect Person! Constructive Criticism comes from Wisdom. If you just Rant and Complain about everything outside your world You are Just Showing Your Frustrations inside your Heart that has moulded you over the years from a deprived child and having a depraved Mind Soul and Spirit In short... When you complain of the exterior Look within your interior ie Your Self and share encouragement on how to improve( Dont be Selfish) There are always people who Love to Complain and are Picky instead of being Grateful. Those who are grateful have other good reviews, Those who complain always have Bad reviews of others.... Sigmeund Freuds definition is they are caught up in the ID where they are like Little Children when asking for milk when they are Hungry. If cannot get...Cry, Rant, Complain and throw a Tantrum.. In Psychiatry they are known as a person with an Antisocial Behavior These are words of Wisdom from the Elect with a good command of English, where I must stress Education is always an important ingredient for Integrity and Dignity, always looking for Solutions to a Problem and NOT causing a Problem!!!!

Dr. Patrick is a wonderful doctor! I had been suffering for almost 2weeks with a worsening cough n fever n an eye pain that was getting worse despite medication. He was very thorough & the medication he prescribed only took me 2days to recover & they even have the courtesy to check on their patients recovery. He not only is a wonderful well versed doctor but the entire staff is a great team! Definitely an outstanding doctor!!

After took appointment also in 3hours can't do fomema medical,,,too slow service here,,, what a menorial service...!!!!
