Without any ifs and buts, the first sentence after the examination, “I want to operate on you”. It is clear that the doctor can earn and benefit more from an operation than from making me or other patients healthy. Rude staff, despite having an appointment I had to wait almost 2.15 hours. A pity.

Termin gemacht für meinen Sohn,welcher laut Kinderarzt dringend operiert werden sollte! Fahre hin um dann zu erfahren dass ich (ungeimpft) und mein Sohn für je 15 Euro getestet werden sollte! Das hätte man mir am Telefon schon vorne weg sagen können und nicht erst an der Tür! Danke für die Stigmatisierung und niewieder! Jetzt wird einem schon die Ärztliche Versorgung erschwert ! Applaus

Ich empfehle diese Arztpraxis niemanden !! Sehr unfreundlich ! Und sehr freh und nicht kompetent! Bischen mehr Flexibilität wenn es um Patient geht das man sie nicht lange warten lässt . Wenn man überfordert ist als Arzt oder als Fachangestellte sollte man sein Beruf ändern ! Sehr unfreundlich und Unprofessional . Ich empfehle sie nicht weiter ! Kein Stern verdient !

Good doctors for adults take their time and give the patient an “I feel comfortable here” feeling (as far as that is possible with ENT doctors ;). However, small children tend to have unnecessary ear operations (keyword: tympanic effusion, which small children simply have from time to time, but which almost always heals on its own). Unfortunately, the practice has poor time management, waiting times of 60 minutes are completely normal in the afternoon, so a deduction from the stars.

Der Arzt an sich ist gut, aber lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin geht gar nicht... schließlich mache ich einen Termin, weil ich auch andere Dinge zu erledigen habe. Es werden Leute ohne Termin, weil sie früher da waren, vorgezogen obwohl man einen Termin hat. 3 Jahre später: Es hat sich leider nichts geändert. Man macht einen Termin und hat trotzdem über 1 Stunde Wartezeit. Patienten die später kommen werden früher dran genommen. Anscheinend werden auch hier leider Unterschiede zwischen Kasse und Privatpatienten gemacht... die Behandlung ist immer noch Top aber für die Zukunft kann man eigentlich direkt eine Stunde später zum Termin fahren oder einfach ohne Termin erscheinen...

Great team, great practice, great class! When you have to go to the doctor on vacation, the mood is usually already depressed. Then you enter this (insanely spacious!) facility and are greeted by friendly faces. Maybe as a Berliner I'm used to completely different waiting times, maybe it was the extremely pretty practice itself (bright waiting room with an amazing panorama), at least the wait only felt like a moment. We went to the treatment room incredibly quickly and once again felt a feeling of joy. The anamnesis and examination were interspersed with niceties and I felt completely cared for and protected - a feeling that you don't get every day when you visit the doctor. If I were back in Kiel and had problems with my ear/nose/ears, I would come back: this is the doctor I trust from now on. TOP CLASS!

Quick appointment, operation went professionally, I was back home after three hours. After 1 week no more complaints. And I can now breathe through my nose again. Many thanks to Prof.Godbersen and his team!

My 4 year old son had an operation today (adenoids and removed tonsils). I can only report POSITIVE things. We were so well received, there is such a great working atmosphere, I was able to accompany my child until the anesthesia and everyone is really friendly and professional. I would therefore like to thank Dr. Godbersen, our anesthetist and the entire team. You are great 😊

My daughter was operated on on November 17th, 2023 by Prof. Dr. Godbersen, a really nice and warm doctor. We felt very comfortable, thank you for the kind care. ☺️

The doctor was nice and made an effort, then suddenly the doctor came in, looked at the screen and read out what I had just told the doctor loudly and clearly in the direction of the hallway and commented mischievously. Absolutely impossible!!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen, ich bin am Ohr operiert worden und habe mich noch nie so aufgehoben gefühlt, wie in dieser Praxis, herzlichen Dank an das ganze Praxis und OP Team und besonders an Professor Godbersen.

Zu 2 mal da gewesen und alles top, ich glaub die schlechte Bewertungen kommen teilweise weil die Personen einfach keine Zeit mehr haben immer muss alles schnell gehen, naja meine Gesundheit geht vor und hier werde ich top behandelt.

Kompetente und sehr freundliche Ärztin und Rezeption. Schnell einen Termin bekommen (Kassenpatient). Wartezimmer mit Sicht auf den Hafen (aber nicht lange gewartet).

My polyps were removed there by Professor Godbersen in a very professional and very friendly and competent manner. This rare method without nasal tampons was incredibly relieving; my nose was clear immediately after the operation. The numerous follow-up treatments were also carried out quickly and easily. I rarely had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Professor Godbersen and his team

Very competent doctor. My son had tympanostomy tubes, the adenoids were removed and the tonsils were reduced in size. Everything went great. Everything was explained well in the doctor's consultation and we got an appointment for surgery relatively quickly. I find his way of communication very likeable. I can only recommend him.
