Sehr unfreundliches Personal was bei Problemfällen stur und ausfällig reagiert. Obwohl das Anliegen plausibel war und ich nur ein Hemd umtauschen wollte welches einen Fleck hatte und das schon beim Kauf. Schade hatte bisher immer gute Erfahrungen in diesem Laden gemacht. In Zukunft werde ich diesen aber leider meiden da dies kein Umgang mit Kunden für mich darstellt.
