Where do I even start? I am not used to giving bad reviews, this 1 does not even deserve a 1 star. I work in the mining sector and do bookings for executive and management travel on a daily basis. I have 15 years experience and never in my experience have I experienced the level of disrespect that I experienced with The Key Guest Villa on the 20th of August 2021. You commend them for their business ethics after they cancel your booking last minute for non-payment for failure to submit a simple bank letter for the purpose of our procurement system and they respond with an low blow tone e-mail with exclamation mark at the end. But me being the bigger person I still responded positive, because I carry my own weather. They cancelled our booking when we were in the process of payment, I am the one who should be sending "!" e-mails not them. if I were Malema, I would say they are racist. Simple as that. We were more than happy to take our business else where, we had no choice and no issues what so ever. Learn to communicate well with all your clients. We pay the same currency, we are not a charity case. RESPECT your clients. Business Ethics 101.

Having the lawn mowed while an important meeting is held is NOT ON! Please be considderate of that! In this day and age no generator when loadshedding happen.... how can you expect >20people to sit in a meeting without ANY AirCons or fans operating in a heatwave??!!!

This is a hidden gem. For that truly romantic experience book one of the 3 available suits. The rest of the accommodation is decent and good value for money. The food is also great. The employees are very hospitable

Very beautiful lodge for relaxing, kids friendly environment. You can host your weddings, baby showers and parties there. The staff is very professional and takes care of their lodgers. Happy with the service

Great manitured gardens, great service from staff, and great food. The rooms and shower though are loooong overdue for a contemporary look and feel makeover!

Furniture is old specially in the bedrooms of which is a turn off BUT the food is good shame!! 👍
