Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and tidy and has all amenities you need when overnighting or a week stay. Food is good quality and well prepared. Portions are a bit on the excessive side. Thank you for a pleasant surprise as i was not expecting this service. Was warned not to stay in stilfontein but can vouch for your establishment. What a neat, beautiful and clean place to stay. The staff was very friendly and really want their guests to have the best experience possible. Me and my mom arrived late, our food was ready, fresh and warm. So delicious and tasteful. Also big portions with fresh fruit juice. We slept so well and felt safe. Will go back any day.

Friendly staff, we go down to stay in Residensie at least once a year. Delicious food and rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The sight of Blue Death pesticide was a turn off for me. There are better ways they can control pests that are not obvious for guests. The staff also seemed to incapable of catering for a big group like ours which was a considerable number of people.

It was perfect, the reception was warm and welcoming. It feels like a home away from home with very hospitable staff.

Bathroom floors & shower floors needs a good deep cleaning,carpets in room needs cleaning nice looking place with country feeling
