    Slowest service ever.. i could drive to a farm hatch and raise and slaughter a chicken... Then go and cook it at home myself in a quicker time than this took. And above all else we ordered online before hand and checked in to the store. Really no excuse for this. Other clients are being helped faster and they had orders 3 times our size.. also they only started making the food when we came in to the store to ask

    What a horrible experiences. It is an extremely small restaurant. There is literally 3 tables and a counter. The counter only has one stool. They don't stock any diet soda. Orders take forever to be served. They have one persone taking orders over lunch time and the staff prepping the food are very loud. I think the only positive thing was the good tunes they played.

    Extremly slow service. Stood for 30 min waiting for order to be taken. No one infront of us. Their only priority was MrD orders. Orders always incomplete and staff are not friendly. Ice cream machine and soda fountain have been out of order for months now and this is utterly disappointing.

    We waited almost 30 minutes on the line with only just 6 people infront of us. The teller was also the food packer, also preparing the boxes, taking orders and giving out deliveries. Eventually we went to buy chicken at their neighbours Chicken Licken.

    There always one person working. If you're lucky, you'll get service faster but on most occasions you stand in line for a very long time. Then you find yourself next door (chicken Licken) because of being discouraged by the slow service. On a good day it's a little fast tho

    The service is very slow. Unemployment rate in South Africa is very high, and yet there is one person working at the till. She is the only one taking orders and assisting people with collecting their orders. Please do better.

    Too little staff Waited almost an hour for my order. No one at the counter. Saw one person working on the kitchen. One person packing orders. And alot of customers. Appoint more staff.

    This KFC outlet is about a km from work, and would be so convenient...but that's not the case. My order is never right, the service is SLOW, customer care is non-existent. I now drive past it and visit one of the other outlets.

    The service is terrible. Waited FOREVER for our order to be taken. I would suggest to rather go to chicken licken as their service is way better and faster.

    It was horrible. I ordered via the app and I only had to collect. They made me stand in a long queue, gave me the wrong Fanta and the gravy did not have white mash

    Very Very Ver poor service I waited in the line for over 45 min the guy is just packing food and doing Mr D he does not even look at us, one lady even left the service is very poor and it is very clear that they are understaffed. I’m very disappointed and very angry. I cannot wait for almost an hour for my order to be taken.

    I ordered the Steetwise bucket for R33,90. The food was delicious except that my dries were too little. They can afford to add just a little more in the bucket. I ordered through their new Touch-on-the-Go system without having to order at the till. The system works perfectly. I'm very impressed. My order was prepared very quickly and the pieces of meat were an absolute delight. Well done to the cooks back there! Overall, my visit was lovely.

    KFC has the worst customer service. On the 24th of April I ordered at die Bult KFC and paid via the app, as I got to the store, the store was closed (I presume it's because of loadshedding). I immediately called customer service and they assured me a refund in 7 business days. Needless to say I did not get my refund after 7 business days and I am still struggling to get it out of them and it is the 11th of July already. I have called and followed up multiple times, the Manager of their customer service promised to call me back, still never did. I contacted them via facebook messenger too and they just stopped responding to me there too. I called again today and still no resolution. I would reccomend you spend your money elsewhere if you actually want customer service.

    Can't hear each other over music and when you asked if they please (pretty please) put the music softer they tell you they can't "Head office say they not allowed to"... so we left!!!! Bad BAD BAD!!! ESPECIALLY they where informed that my husband have ear problems !!!

    I ordered an Oreo Krusher and it just tasted horrible I had to throw it away. I was also served in a damaged container that was leaking.

    The worst experience I've had, I greeted the cashier with a smile did not even respond and didn't even smile then I asked if they had a kiddies burger but she just gave me attitude and failed to explain to me that they don't have kiddies burgers, the worst customer service and will definitely not go back to this particular branch😞

    I have order here a couple of times, and every time I get the same results. The service is very very slow, the staff is not friendly at all and doesn’t value their customers. After looking through the comments it is evident that I am not the only person feeling this way.

👍 First time there and had a rainy day. Too much mud at front parking, but very creative inside. I would have liked to see pictures of how the place looked like when it was still operational. Had a wedding there. Very spacious and beatiful.
