Wow was surprised at the various stores, everything under 1 roof ,including ATMs which was great especially when no cash on hand

The FNB ATMs are not really safe because they have no privacy at all so they force you to do your personal things inside the bank

I love to shop at a city mall it has all my favorite shops in one place there are no waiting lines and it is safe to bring children along

The only arising problem i have noticed in the City Mall is the partitions they are building in the parking section. They are making parking and navigation through the parking space a bit difficult. Other than that, the mall is fine, all the known brands are there and the location of the mall is fine, easily accessible.

Got all I needed and the was one lady who is a cleaner there. She made my year. I didn't ask her her name but I like her treatment towards the people.

The place is immaculate. It is still a symbol of what was once an economic hub in the district. When you walk or drive around the CBD you may be saddened by the dilapidated buildings, but as soon as you enter the mall, your spirit gets lifted. Though the city center is a shell of its former self, the mall remains a beacon of hope.

The trolley guys from Shoprite, hey they shocked me guy just followed me. I panicked thinking here am gonna get robbed only to find he escorts trollies so that he returns with it to store. Maybe could great and explain for incase I'm not a local.

I wish we had more stores like it Used to have I love that I sometimes struggle to get stuff at MM and City Mall is very accommodating

A five for the level. Clean and looked safe and straight forward to shop. Not shops I would normally shop at but got the job done

Love the FREE covered parking, but more lights, cameras(CCTV) should be added. It can become a "ghost town" there. Lots of shops to choose from and since it's a bit smaller to MM, you can't really get lost that easy

A bit cramped for my liking and it could use with a bit more shading.

Social department /workers that was my first time being on that place, social worker's of place they're nice good people 👌👌and my journey went well💯

This is very clean mall no papers on the floor and have a public toilets for both men and women

I always get everything I need there whenever I shop from there, there's a supermarket, Ackerman, jet, Mr price, clicks, solo and sheet street. Which are my to-go-to shops whenever I'm there, and many other shops with friendly services

Living in Potchefstroom lost of my life, I got used to the fact that shops inside the mall only close around 4pm-5pm on Saturdays. However that's not the case here in Klerksdorp (City Mall). Shops are closed at 2pm already and it's something I really have to get used to.

It s still a convenient way of shopping with your favorite clothing,shoe ,grocer store,an optometrists dentist and a doctor available just no restaurants

The place was kept clean and the presence of security personnel was very calming

Our Klerksdorp city mall is very chilled honestly. The mall only needs restaurant so that people can relax and nibble after their shopping.

The problem they took lots of shop to matlasana mall city mall doesn't have shop even Cambridge is not selling the fresh food some are router atleast try to put pick a pay on spar their coz checkers is very expensive
