It is an okay store with some good selections on fun foods. But the place is so expensive that I just can't see me shopping there regularly.

Quite relaxed artmosphere,not too busy or packed,Spur service sucks though.. .it wasn't actually a busy day but we had to wait about 45 minutes for our order..pity as mummy wanted their specific dish...

Excellent customer service like all the Woolworths I came across.

Products is good but we encountered very poor customer service from the cashier and made my wife and I feel like we just wanted to walk out and leave.

Unhelpful floor staff and very slow cashiers and all 4 cashier staff were focussed on one single till hold-up for at least 20 minutes - massive que build up. Discovered after leaving that some items that were proffered for purchase were not charged or packed in bags. We shall never shop there again. They get one star for location close to mall entrance - else zero

They have amazing underware for all sizes. The staff was very friendly, help full and well trained. Thumbs up Woolworths Matlosana mall.

I am definitely going back to this shop. Firstly the security guard is friendly, then the cashiers were good looking and very friendly which made it easy and very welcoming space they create for us customers. Iam very Pleased

It's a great shop and has a big variety of items (not just clothing), and very happy, friendly staff. I just find it difficult to get assistance on the floor around the clothes. They have great sales too, plus they stock MAC cosmetics and their own brand items which are fantastic quality.

We got what we want the staff member that was helping us was friendly and helpful.

The clothes shops do not have good quality and the clothes are very expensive.We had our lunch at Spur and although we had to argue with the waiter for adding veggies to our order,they again did not have coke light in stock.A pity they don't serve sweet potatoe fries for diabetics.

Temperature in store is on point, merchandising in place, employees are visible pn the floor and willing to help. I love their cakes always fresh and the service at the till point is amazing😊
