Great place for hardware; especially for fastners - incredible range of types and sizes. Also impressive: easy access from main road (Use east access from traffic lights on main road), plenty parking, knowledgeable and helpful floor staff.

It is probably the best Hardware shop in Klerksdorp with the greatest selection of products it really has everything you would ever need, that being said it is a pricey place with most of tge stuff priced higher than other places.

The prices marked on the goods in the store are not the prices that are rung up at the till. When the price is rectified, the pensioner savings cannot be processed ( as they then say that you received discount on the price already ) When trying to sort this out in store with the relevant employees, they are reluctant to help, they also say that it cannot be rectified. When insisting that the price and discount is corrected they converse in a language that is not understandable. I believe if a client addresses an employee of an establishment in the international language English, the client should be assisted using the same language. The said employees should not converse in a language to each other that the client does not understand. I do not want to shop where I have to argue about the pricing advertised on the goods

This place is just... WOW! 💞 What a fabulous shopping experience. There's barely a thing you won't find here for home repairs and garden and much more. I found the store to be exceptionally well laid out, spotlessly clean, and the aisles clearly marked so you know exactly which direction to walk for whatever you might be looking for. The floor staff were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to assist me when needed. Thank you! 5 shining stars indeed.

Always looking for assistance everytime I went to builders Klerksdorp. Standing half an hour at the power tools, bought a cordless grinder and had to read the book in the store for more info because nobody came to assist me.

Sorry too say but my experience in builders was not so good! I don't know how many people is working there but no one is around to help. I must walk to the other side of the shop nearby the taps to get help. That is not the 1st time. Bulders is a littel bit pricey as well.

Very happy helpful staff. And you can buy any helpful tools from building to electric to power tools to renevating your home to braai's to gardening to anything you are tinking off. You can even bay all your building nesesesaties to build a brand new house.

Couldn't find what I was looking for hence the four stars, but otherwise a great place to shop. Large variety on their DIY products for all the enthusiasts such as myself. The friendly car guards who take exceptional care of your prized possession is an added bonus.

Absolutely the worst service. We work for insurance companies as service providers for construction, plumbing etc. We went their and mixed paint. No issues. Then the nightmare started. We approached the tills. The lady working there is helpful. We swipe our Builders Card where we should get discount. Surprise! We don't get the discount. The lady says she will call the manager. The manager comes, doesn't greet us and says she must call the other manager. We are waiting till now for the manager to come... The previous time this happened the manager that said she must call another manager, managed to assist us and that she will give it through to head-office. So this means that Builders as a whole company doesn't do their work correctly or just loves bad reviews and unhappy customers.

I am very much upset with your service, I bought my goods on Saturday and was told that it will be delivered on Monday because you don't deliver on weekends, Monday comes and goes but nothing, Tuesday morning I get a phone call from the shop asking me if I am home and I said yes, after some hours I get another phone call telling me that the delivery truck was at my house and there was no one, I wasted 2 days at home waiting for your delivery only to be told a lie, why didn't they call again to check if I am inside the house, I am very angry because my workers needed to finish the work today.
